Love using this plumbing company both for myself and my clients. They are reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and it just needed a new part, and they were able to do it in just a few minutes.
For scheduling, they were able to send someone the next day to repair. They are awesome to work with!

I called handyman bunjy yesterday to come out and look at my garbage disposal. He happened to be in my area and came out and looked at it right away. After about an hour, he told me the problem was that it's so old and rusted, it needed to be replaced. He came back the next day to replace and and now it works beautifully. His pricing was fair also. He did a great job, was fast and efficiently. Would definitely use again for future jobs.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I learned SO much in 45 mins from Darren. It was packed full of informative goodies. I had misplaced my paperwork for my 2020 Moen kitchen faucet so I wasn't operating at full potential. Lifetime warranty on Moen faucets. So, I did call Moen to follow up on that. Finally found my paperwork and I had registered the faucet, so that saved some time. Darren also took a look at my shower single handle faucet and taught me how I could take a picture of it on my phone (From the Google App) and research a cartridge replacement for it. Who knew??? (not me!). Lastly, we went downstairs to look at my aging water heater and Liberty Plumbing Heating and AC is high on my list now for that pending expense for multiple reasons. Give them a call if you have any needs that they could help you with. I'm still shocked at how reasonable the repair this morning was (NO SUPRISES, can you even fathom??) and very pleased with the water heater estimate and information. I feel like I won the lottery!!!!

I have been rescued many times over the past 10 years by the skills of the Master Plumbers at Fourway. Flooded basement, water heater service, sewage line cleaning, and dry well recovery. They are prompt, dependable, and clean up after their work. Without hesitation...give them try!

I came home from work one day recently to find the drain in my laundry room backed up. It smelled awful and did not look good. I called a company I found on Angie's List. That technician from that company told me this particular drain is difficult to clean and the problem is usually from something more extensive (break in pipe or tree limb obstruction). He suggested I call a company who has the ability to put a camera down the drain (he did not have a camera). However, he would have to charge me if he attempted to clean the drain and was unsuccessful. Therefore, he suggested I pay a technician who has a camera and can look down the drain and provide me with a more accurate assessment of what was going on. I thanked him for his time and returned to Angie's List. This round I found Paul Vielhauer Plumbing. I sent a message to Paul via Angie's List. I explained the situation asking him to let me know if he could fix something like this. He replied within 24 hours with a message asking me to call him so we could discuss the issue. When I called his company, I talked to a very kind and helpful person. She told me the first technician gave me incorrect information. She explained before any camera can go into a drain, the drain would have to be cleaned so the camera can see what's going on. Therefore, no matter what was going on, I would have to have the drain cleaned out. Then she continued to explain this is not uncommon for this particular drain to have this particular problem (she knew which drain it was before I told her). She mentioned 98% of the time having the drain cleaned will resolve the issue. She also told me her company does not have a camera small enough to go into that drain and cleaning drains is not their area of expertise (they fix the broken pipes, tree obstructions, etc....). We ended the conversation with her offering their services if that was needed. She wished me good luck and I was grateful for the education and honesty. Thank you Paul Vielhauer Plumbing. I returned to Angie's List for the 3rd time and I found AAAce Drain and Sewer Cleaning. Chris Groves came out the next day. Chris came, he conquered, he left. He did all of it in about 30 minutes and it was affordable! Chris Groves from AAAce Drain is my hero. I would definitely recommend him. He was friendly, he was professional, he explained the situation clearly and concisely, he worked efficiently and effectively. Thank you Chris Groves!!

Jeff Ridgeway is an incredibly professional plumbing contractor who not only provided me with a quick estimate, but gave me money-saving options for my remodel. His work is outstanding. He has a one year warranty for his installation and he's fast! He had my kitchen and bathroom up and running by the time I returned home from work. A truly nice surprise!

Back in November, Val Gross 2 guys came and changed out the ice maker water line to braided metal water line, they stated it was safe for drinking water. The ice tastes like metal. The diverter drain in the tub, was not aligned and leaks in garage. I had another plumber come to repair their mistake and told me the colored water lines, are not approved for drinking water.

This organization was referred by a friend, so I called them some time ago and had work performed and was quite pleased. Recently I contacted Beemer and got a quote to do several items for which the cost was quite high from my perspective. I setup the appointment with them anyway, but they couldn't get to it until about 1 week later. In the meantime, I investigated doing some of the items myself and was successful at completing them. After I finished repairs from my check list, I called Beamer (Heather) as a courtesy to let her know. (She originally told me two men would be coming to do the job and as the work list was diminished by a great deal, I wanted to tell her the two items left on the list which were just the two outdoor faucet bibs in case they needed to allocate one of their technicians elsewhere.) She thanked me for my call to let her know. Here is where the problem lies. Initially she quoted me (over the phone) $125.00 for each bibb. As I had the second to repair ($50.00 off each additional item) my assumption was $75.00 for the second bibb ;therefore, I was planning on paying a total of $200.00 for these items. Upon completion, technicians (2) presented a bill for $400.00 for the job. I called Heather to try to remedy this discrepancy. She then told me their pricing was $225.00 per bibb; totally different than the verbal quote she gave before the list of repairs was diminished so drastically (hmmm???). Seems like a real bait and switch to me. Because I was upset at this/her response, she offered on the phone to remove the second bibb after the work was completed and just charge me $225.00 for the one. How convenient that is just so happens that it is still $25.00 more than the first verbal phone quote for two. Needless to say, I am NOT happy at all with this company/tactic. They didn't give me a formal quote on these items (shame on them, shame on me), when everything else from the original work request was quoted in an email. Kind of uncanny though, that the only items left from my original list (repaired by Beemer) were the two items repaired that magically increased by some 100%. I mean come on... Really????

When first walking in Chris (employee) asked for my husband instead of addressing me on what the problem was. Then when I gave him the information he asked me to call my husband so he could get a better understanding. We had our unit installed less than 2 years ago and on the back of all the paper work it says 2 years guaranteed work. He proceeded downstairs was gone for 5 minutes. Came back upstairs and sat in my upholstered chair (that now smells like smoke) to tell me that the short in my system was probably our fault and I would be charged $286 so they could find the short. I told him we had a warranty and he again stated it was probably our fault. I told him to go fix it but was extremely flustered with the false advertising of free labor. He opened the door to my downstairs and proceeded to tell his counterpart you can't please everyone I told him not to talk about me in my own home. They were downstairs for less than 5 minutes and the air was on. I believe before I was charged the $286 to find the issue that he already knew what the issue was. He again sat down in my chair to have me sign stating he fixed it. Very frustrated to feel insulted in my own home and the lack of respect for myself and my furniture which now smells like smoke. I will not be recommending this business.

Had several issues after purchasing a house and several modifications that I wanted done to spiffy the place up.
I scheduled the two warranty repairs and the replacement faucet install at the same time to maximize the efficiency of the repair/replacement (he would only have to drain the system once).
After realizing I had been billed on 3 separate tickets I understood that I did not receive any benefit of increasing the efficiency as they still billed me for what it would of taken had it been 3 separate calls.
+- 500$ for 2 hours of work with all of the non warranty parts provided.
I do not mind paying 85$ an hour for work completed by a professional, but to be bid 2x that price unbeknownst to my wife and end up paying +- neurosurgeon pay level is pretty sleazy, even for a plumbing company.

We had hired Wel-Don in the past and they did a great job, the gentlemen were very nice and had wonderful service. The second time we hired them, they charged more and did less work. The men that came over this time, different guys than the first time, wanted to get out of our house as quick as possible due to a movie they kept on mentioning they had tickets for. We had one plumbing issue with our kitchen sink leaking and one of the guys looked under the sink, saying it looked fine with not doing anything else. We also had them fix our backyard faucet that was leaking and they did that great. We also had a leaking bathtub issue and it was fixed with different parts than we wanted, since we wanted to stay with the brushed nickel theme in the entire bathroom. They only had chrome and replaced the parts with the chrome pieces for the bathtub, saying they will be back to install the brushed nickel pieces instead. We wanted our original bathtub parts back since they cost over $200. They said they would let us keep them, but sadly they took them with them. We called to inform them about our parts with wanting them back and to reschedule the swap out of the parts for brush nickel. They said this would be fine since they still had our parts, so we scheduled an appointment to have them drop off the bathtub parts and to replace the current bathtub parts with brushed nickel pieces instead. They never showed up for the appointment and never called to reschedule. This occurred multiple times with my husband calling, scheduling and then they would not show and not call back. Eventually, our calls stopped being answered. So after two months of trying to reschedule, because we were hopeful that they were decent people, they never came out again and stole our parts. Our kitchen sink still leaked after they left and we informed them of this as well. After all of this, we still had a plumbing issue, a company stole our bathtub plumbing parts, and we did not receive customer service. I will never recommend Wel-Don to anyone or ever use their services again. I did not appreciate the lack of care and dishonesty this company showed to us.

We had the drain line under the house replaced. The workmanship is good, we no longer have issues with water backing up. The problem is the mess they left. Because they had to saw and jackhammer up concrete, we have dust everywhere. My husband asked repeatedly did he need to move stuff out of the basement and they said no. Now everything is covered in cement dust, furniture is ruined, and they refuse to come back and clean up their mess. They tore up the floor in my laundry room and didn't move my washer/dryer out. They're full of dust. We have to replace them. We have to replace the fridge that's down there too. The ventilation in the back of the appliances is full of dust. No way of getting it all out. It's so fine and powdery. All they did was throw tarps over some stuff but it did no good. They didn't seal anything off. They're supposed to be the professionals. We've called them and they say they'll call back and never do. I'll never use them again.
