Excellent and trustworthy plumber. I was suddenly having some problems with an outdoor faucet and a slow drain. From the initial call to the repair, everything was professional and smooth. They're busy, so you may have to wait a few days for non-urgent repairs. But it's really worth the wait!

I had a major leak with my cold water piping upstairs that caused a leak into my downstairs bathroom. I needed to shut off the water in the house to eliminate further damage. I placed a call to request service and got an immediate response, with somebody out to the house that afternoon. The issue was in a tricky spot, but Bruce took great care. He was a true professional. I felt like his only client. I would absolutely use this service and request Bruce again!

Chris is PHENOMENAL!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Cindy is great at keeping you updated on the day and the timing window and is so flexible if things need to change! Chris is upfront about what needs to be done, doesn't over sell or over charge, and explains what he is doing as he does it. As a first time homeowner in an old house, I am SO glad I found Chris to help me with projects both big and small!

I added Falcon Plumbing to Yelp because we used Mike to replace our water heater and he did a great job at a reasonable price I thought he deserved to be listed on Yelp for others to contact him :)

Jerry Anderson helped our family out with many plumbing jobs over the years in the Kenwood area. He is about as trustworthy as they come! He does a great job and may humor you in the process.

We had a negative experience as Ken does not stand behind the work of his subcontractors. He was disrespectful to me.
We had a clogged toilet in the basement and listened to the advice of the first subcontractor who said that the toilet had to be replaced. He had said that he would snake the line when switching toilets. He didn't. At this point I had paid $450 plus buying a toilet at Home Depot myself for $90. A week after the new toilet was installed, the washing machine water began to flow out of it. The hall carpet and pad were ruined. Ken sent a new plumber who said he would have to charge the full amount to snake. After haggling with Ken who didn't want to accept responsibility for the wrong initial diagnosis and subsequent damage, I had to pay $75 to have it snaked. The new plumbers said that there was something, possible a backflow flap, lodged in the pipe, and partially blocking. They said that although the wash water would flow that we couldn't use the toilet and that they needed to break up the concrete floor and remove it at an estimate of $1800. I agreed.
Then Ken called me that evening to schedule and was so rude to me. He quizzed me about what I was agreeing to and what I had been told and seen. He acted as if I were the one who hadn't acted professionally or followed through. I was appalled that someone could speak in such a manner to me. I told him that I would find another plumber. Thank heavens I did! Grabow came out the next day and was wonderful. Mike, the owner of the company, heard the situation and said that he thought that they could probably pull out the object - never offered by Ken. The nicest drain cleaner came with his camera and looked at the pipe. There was nothing there as it had apparently been pushed out by the wash water. The plumber looked as well. They said that even had there been something partially blocking that it would not have needed to be removed. So I paid a final $200 to Grabow. I still have to replace the carpet.
I probably didn't need the toilet replaced at all. The clogged toilet should have been around $200 for a snaked line. Instead, I am out $800 and still need to get a new carpet.

We had Dave out a year ago to fix our 2nd floor toilet that is over 80 years old and we thought unrepairable but some how Dave made it like work new. Today it was a basement toilet that wouldn't flush completely.
Dave made quick work of it both times with fair prices and our complete satisfaction. I told him that he's a toilet whisperer and a great plumber.

They had to replace a diverter cartridge but they broke it. Initially, they told me that everything was fine but then I noticed that the water was dripping and not diverted correctly. They claimed that the spout dripping was normal and I had Grohe sent me a new part to be installed. The new plumber who replaced it showed me how the initial diverter's spring was broken during installation. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation. They wanted the same exorbitant amount to install the new part.

Finally had enough of the shower turning into a bath mid-way through washing my hair, and decided that something must be done. One week and a failed experiment in DIY plumbing later, I decided that something ELSE must be done, and that it would involve a professional.
Google brought me to Augie. His website was informative and, given the option, I'll usually go with a local small business. However, when I called, the recording on the other end of the line told me he was away fulfilling his obligation with the National Guard. I certainly couldn't fault him for that, but the clog had only been getting worse, and this could not wait. Dejectedly, I called a big chain drain-cleaning company, navigated the phone tree, and got put on hold twice, when a familiar number popped back up on my screen--Auggie called me back. He was free. He wanted to clean my drain. Things were starting to turn around.
He showed up promptly, right when he said he would, even though it was the weekend. Super-friendly. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem, even with my old pipes, even though I had the type of trap he was hoping I didn't. He even gave me some advise about insulting my pipes and whatnot. Nice guy. Doesn't take credit cards. No big deal.
In conclusion: An absolute pleasure to do business with.

What a crappy attitude when I called to ATTEMPT to hire their services. Mike: So, you need it snaked and I SUPPOSE you want it done today, insert shitty tone of voice. Yes, when one has water coming up in their basement, MIKE, they want it done TODAY, and that's not an unreasonable request, you jerk!

Was terrible, from not showing up first day to being late .. He knew I had a home warranty, they were the ones that found him. He knew the rules.
This process took over a month to get resolved, He finally came out to the house and told me I had 3 leaks under my kitchen sink. After numerous attempts from myself and the home warranty to get the $$ for fixing the problems he finally came back with a cost of:
$717 for the kitchen faucet (I told him no, I bought one myself and had it installed)
$225.00 garbage disposal
$184.00 old garbage disposal (I could of thrown this away myself after looking at the invoice)
$115.00 piping repair.
The day the problems were corrected he told me to pay bill in full and that he wasn't dealing with the home warranty company and that if I didn't pay him he was charging me an additional $160 per hour. I paid him as I wanted them out of my house. All this took place while I had the home warranty on the phone explaining to him they would be issuing him a check that very day! But Jason from Big River Plumbing, didn't care! my after thought were I should of called the police and had them removed from my property.
Then Jason had the nerve to send me an email thanking me for their business and wished me a 'blessed' day.. Really?!?!?
Save your headaches! this problem took over a month to get resolved. Don't use them for any projects!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. After purchasing a home with a fairly new, multi zone system furnace, I noticed that one of the dampers wasn't working well. I called K&S and they sent someone out for repair. They replaced one of the three damper motors on the damper system and charged $600 for this. ($400 for the part, 200 for labor). Just for giggles I looked up the part in question and discovered it had a retail price of less than $100. I called to complain and was initially told that that was just what the part cost, then when I complained more and asked to speak to a manager, I was told that a mistake had been made, and I was charged for the wrong part. A new price of $250 for the part was offered, and though it was still more than twice the published retail price from Honeywell, I agreed to pay. In the interim the damper system still wasn't working properly, so I requested a service call to address that. At that appointment I was told that I had a coolant leak, and though my unit was under warranty from K&S I would still need to pay labor of $450. In the interest of full transparency, I was not speedy in paying the adjusted invoice, but I did pay it. Though I had misgivings, I agreed to have the condenser replaced, as K&S was the original installer and responsible for the part. On the specific date of install I was awakened at 715 AM (Scheduled appointment between 8-12) by someone pounding on the door and informing me that if I didin't pay the full labor charge first, they wouldn't install the warrantied part. I paid the amount, and the technician replaced the condenser, meanwhile leaving a mess in my utility room, a vent off of the furnace, and not resealing the unit where he had opened it, resulting in cold air pouring out of the furnace rather than going through the house. When I asked about the still unresolved damper issue, he told me that a different technician would be out to complete the job. The next morning, K&S called to schedule that appointment and told me that i would have to pay a service charge for them to come out and look at the problem that they initially were supposed to be working on. Needless to say, I won't be doing that. K&S's behavior and lack of consistency in workmanship bears mention. At no time has anyone from their organization reached out for anything, except to demand payment for a job that is still incomplete. To be fair, this company does a decent job of marketing their brand, but their execution in my case was terrible. I believe that they are a cheaper alternative than some other options here in town, but I'm reminded of the old saying, You get what you pay for. Except that in this case, I'm still waiting.......

I had someone over to take a look at my leaky water heater. He didn't even take a close look at the problem, just asked me what was wrong, I said it was leaking, then he said we needed a brand new water heater, didn't even attempt to fix my leak due to the reason that our water heater was too old. He then proceeded to have us purchase their water heater for $3500, and get us to sign up for their monthly plan, didn't even discuss how much it would cost or how to fix the current problem. After trying to be polite and listen to his scheme, I asked if there was anything he could do to stop the current leaking and he straight up told me not to bother because my water heater was too old and that I must make the new installation within the next two days or else my basement is going to be flooded. I wish I would've read all these reviews before calling them over. Waste of my time listening to him trying to sell me something even before trying to fix my current problem. That was so much unappreciated.

The tech was on time, professional, and friendly. He replaced an inexpensive thermocouple in my water heater that wouldn't stay lit. It took him about 15 min. and the charge was $830. Do the math and figure out what that equivalent hourly rate would be (over $3000/hr.). I felt I was in a bit of a box and agreed to the charges prior to him starting the work (my bad!). That is an absolutely ridiculous and exorbitant charge for the amount of work. It didn't cost me that much to have my furnace blower and motor replaced last year with a different company. It took that technician two trips and a much longer time to repair. I certainly wouldn't recommend Bonfe for anything. They have figured out how to take advantage of you.

Please don't use their service! It's terrible! They don't even deserve a star. I had an appointment with them to fix gas leak from 2pm to 5pm. But nobody showed up. I called them and they said a technician will call me back shortly. I had to wait for another hour but nobody call me! I called them again and they kept saying a technician will call you. Seriously?? I waited for another 30 min and finally they called me back. All that technician told me was they have to reschedule my appointment to 3 days later. OMG... They don't even respect their customer at all. So if you consider to call them for a service, please DO NOT!

Don't bother. They won't return your call, won't write down your information, and can't fix what they _do_ work on. The wife runs the office, and simply oversees a vast stack of paper work, all hand written, with no organization. I gave them my cell phone number, and they lost it several times, so they call the landline, and expect you to be home. But they won't leave messages on your machine!
