After my regular drain cleaning guy cleaned the roots out of my main sewer line twice this year and noticed that I had a couple of cracked pipes I got a few estimates for repair or relining. Ben ran his camera down my line and came up with a very good quote for relining the line all the way to the main line in the street. His bid was less than the quote I had for digging up my front lawn and replacing a few feet of pipe. This repair will outlive me and I shouldn't ever have to have the line cleaned out again. The guys showed up on time and were done and packed up in 6 hours, did a great job and provided a video for my records. I highly recommend these guys for relining which will fix the problems for good, instead of cleaning and piecemeal fixes that will cost much more in the long run. We had a great two man crew who were great at explaining what they were doing. Thanks!!!

Had a clog when I was out of town.  They responded to my request immediately and scheduled same day service.  Price was good, workmanship was excellent. Problem solved at a very reasonable cost. I'd definitely do business with John's in the future.

Called them up about a drainage issue. They offered to come over right away. The service man was friendly and efficient.

I can't vouch for actual services, but TJ just called me back on Labor Day Weekend and offered invaluable over-the-phone consulting and a reference for someone who does work in my area.  GREAT customer service!

We had new countertops installed and we needed our sink removed, we called Boevaag and unfortunately, they were no available for sink disconnect for it was not an emergency, which we were fine with. We had to contact Hero Plumbing for the disconnect (ugh), and they came out to disconnect and we paid way too much.  Hero came out the following day to do the reconnect and gave us the estimate of 2700.00, (no joke) which includes their garbage disposal. I declined and sent Hero on their way to fly and hose someone else.

I called Boevaag to see if they had any cancelations, and Joe said, 'ya know what, we can come out tomorrow.  Which was great, we bought a new garbage disposal and Boevaag came out as promised and reconnected our new sink for $235.00.  Never a need to go to the big guys, stay local and they were fantastic!

These guys are first-rate plumbers -- all of them. I called them on the recommendation of my electrician ten years ago and I've never looked back. They've diagnosed a cracked pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced broken shower and bath faucets, fixed a leak in a dishwasher line, installed a new garbage disposal and handled the plumbing for an extensive kitchen remodel. I had a toilet that was slow and often incompletely emptied.   Steve arrived promptly and said it was $90 to snake the toilet.    He got started while I wrote out the check.   As I handed him the check, he was finishing up and said I was all set.    Except it was not.    The toilet was as slow as ever when I tested the flush.
When I pointed this out to him he said he had no idea what the problem was and walked out.    Subsequently I talked to another plumber who told me to check the siphon jet.  Sure enough, it was blocked by scale and I was able to correct the problem by pouring in a gallon of vinegar and letting it set overnight.    Toilet flushes like new, no thanks to Steve.
I called him and explained my dissatisfaction, and he was dismissive as ever.    
So on the one hand, he snaked the toilet and did the work I paid him for.   However, it did no good, and he offered no advice or suggestion.  Even when I explained another plumber offered a solution, and it worked, he did not care.  
I expect more from the professionals I hire.

Greg came by the next day after i called him ,,as i had a minor leak on a Kitchen Faucet , that was in my Townhouse here in Apple Valley....the Faucet was 19 years old....He replaced my two supply stop valves ( hot and cold) so that we could actually use the shutoffs( they were frozen and un-useable)  !!  I bought a Delta Kitchen Faucet, the Greydon Pull down, TOUCH type faucet-AA battery operated....Greg did a wonderful  job and took his time, and is super friendly, and NOT in a Hurry at all....he made sure that there were no leaks prior to leaving,,and i will definitely use him in the future, vs my old standby Genz Ryan, as They are approx. twice the money for the same work....LOVE Apple Valley Plumbing Co...and wont use anyone else in the Future !!  thanks  Greg !!!!  Dana R

We have used Madetzke and Gust three times. We have had a tankless water heater, new sink, new water shutoff, ice maker line, and gas stove. Amazing service. Always on budget. Curious. I would and do recommend to everyone. If you need a plumber look no further.

Don just left here. He replaced a bathroom spout in about 20 minutes. Total cost $177. Had Bonfes here earlier and had to pay their $89 travel fee to get a quote for over $1000. I don't think I need to say any more.

Very good and honest. Issues with customer service. He waited until I texted to find out why he wasn't here on time, then told me he was on an emergency job. Ended up 1.5hrs late. He did not over charge. Even explained why he couldn't do the secondary job.

terrible, charged $421 just to tell me I need to replace my water heater ( I was told they will charge $175 to check and diagnose the water heater )  , using the situation and charging over what they quote .

Randy Lane & Sons are the best! They are thorough and very efficient in their work. I called them out to install a kitchen faucet and clear a clogged drain. Their technicians are courteous and know what they're doing. The cost meets the job. From the dispatcher to the technician, I give them all two thumbs up for their patience with me and completing the job in a timely matter.

I have had premium water delivery service at my office for several years now.  I got Chippewa Falls spring water.  I have always liked the taste of the water until recently.  So, I tested the Ph of the water, and it was a Ph of 5.  That is acid....  A Ph of 7 is water, or it should be...   I just cancelled my water service.  Test the Ph of your water.  If you are drinking acid, you are not hydrating your body.  Your killing it.
