One of the local plumbers told me that I need a new sewer line and it was going to cost me $15k. I asked the local hardware store (Settergren's) who's opinions I trust a great deal, and they recommended that I get a second opinion. Settergren's has a list of vendors that their customers with whom their customers have had good experiences and JMJ is one of the plumbers on the list. Joe, the JMJ owner, came by the next day and helped me think it through and decided to wait and see. He ended up doing some work to keep the line clear at a very reasonable price. Joe is an honest, hard-working guy that you can trust. I recommend him without reservation.

We hired Valley to install new dishwasher and to do some plumbing under our sink. They needed to add an electrical outlet for the dishwasher. We found out that our old dishwasher was plumbed using the cold water line and our refrigerator water was plumbed using our hot water. They completely re-plumbed correctly, replaced other cracked fittings, replaced leaking sink drain. Jeremy started the project and Mike came over to help finish. A total of 7 hours between the two was needed to complete everything. The total bill was just over $400. I thought this price was totally reasonable. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing and I will call them on future projects.

Best plumbers ever. Extremely squared away on booking appointments (you can do it online with quick confirm) and showing up ON TIME AS PROMISED. This alone is huge. But that's not all. The quality of the work performed on multiple jobs has been first rate, and the charges were very fair. Highly recommended.

I have been using PJS Plumbing for years. They have done multiple jobs at a couple of different locations and we have been thrilled with the work each time. Pete the owner is very knowledgeable, honest, prompt and professional. You get all of that and PJS is very reasonably priced. In fact, I think they should charge more. Whether you're doing a massive renovation and simply don't have the time to install some new faucets, I would highly recommend PJS.

Just got our fall furnace tune up for $39. Watch their ads for sale prices. They have done many projects for us with great results and reasonable prices. All the technicians we have worked with have been excellent but Rick is always the best.

I woke up to no water flowing from my pipes for the first time in owning my house in 8 years. I had frozen from the polar vortex of early January, 2014. I called several plumbers and left several messages. Ken's son Danny called back right away and was able to come over with Ken. They plugged-in a machine that looked like a car battery on steroids. They put one clamp next to the water heater and another next to a sink that had no water and turned it on. It shot electricity through the copper piping for 30-45 minutes. Slowly but surely drips starting coming out of the sink. Finally the ice melted and you could hear the water flowing. It wasn't long before every faucet was working. This was such a better solution than having someone get into the walls to fix the problem before a pipe burst. I was so fortunate to have been recommended to these guys. I would highly recommend them.
They were prompt, courteous, professional and even funny. They saved me a lot of time and grief. If you have frozen pipes, call these guys.

Called RWPH for a 50 gal Water heater replacement. Carrie was polite and explained their process to me in layman's English. Said a tech would be out 1st thing in the morning 7:30am. Garrett, the owner showed up personally and went through everything with me. Quoted a good price. I explained I would have to postpone the install for a day or two until I got paid. With a gentleman's handshake we worked it out that I could pay for water heater now, installed and I could pay labor when I got paid. Michael showed up with the new one and installed in less than 1.5 hours, amazing.i went to the bank to get the $$ to pay for it and found I got paid early. Called Carrie up and let her know I could pay in full. I asked about a Military discount and got another 10% off the original quote. Life saver... Thank you Garrett, Michael and Carrie for helping us out. Further projects will be referred to Red Wing Heating and Plumbing. Highly Recommend.

They came to install a water pressure reduced in my townhome community. It looks like that went ok cause it seems fine, which is why they get two stars instead of one. While they were there I asked them to install a sink I had bought new in box in the kitchen. They agreed on the price. Install reducer, install sink and a new insinkerator $1025. They said they'd call me if they were going to cut a larger hole in the sink cause the old one's hole was slightly smaller since they were afraid of chipping the counter. Didn't hear from them for a while so contacted them. They did cut and only told me after they did it. Had an RO system hooked up and asked them to remove it and leave it if it was easier. They left all the boxes, old sink, all the garbage and a leaking RO (reverse osmosis) unit on the laminate I just laid down for a remodel. When I texted them back about the garbage they said they'd come back and said they'd get back to me. Just dealt with it myself cause I didn't hear back and wanted it gone. Didn't seal all around the sink, and a part of the hole that they cut is visible outside the sink it's a small detail but important to me cause I've never seen that in anyone else's house. Told them that and that the sink was not quite level. Remedied some of the situations by myself again after telling them about it. They stopped responding. I'll post photos and the text exchange and no response when I get the chance later next week but thought I'd save someone a headache. They seemed to have done great for others.

Called for service on A/C unit on hottest day of the year. $59 for service call. $185 for diagnostics. $395 to remove and replace a simple capacitor. I told them to leave as that was outrageous. I found a Capacitor on Amazon ($5.95) watched a YouTube video and did it myself in less that 15 minutes. I need to replace my A/C and furnace because of age soon, but Tiger lost a sale and customer for life.

Responded quickly and when they said they'd be there. Courteous and quick with job snaking 35' of pipes leading from kitchen sink. Great deal; would definitely rely on them again. Thanks, Mark!

I called because I had my house for sale, accepted an offer, had the inspection and inspector said I had low water pressure. B & B came to my house and told me It was the screens and shower head, so it was not a big job. Brian (the owner) said he ordered parts and would fix it. Closing came quick and he quit responding. I ended up having to take $6200 less because it was too small of a job and he strung me along until it was TOO LATE! TERRIBLE BUISNESS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW!!!

Don't recommend them. They called the day of my scheduled appointment and told me the plumbers decided to leave early for the 4th of July weekend and that they couldn't help me. Dave recommended that I call another company. Ha. Too funny!

EXPENSIVE!! Call first before they waste your time.
I needed to replace an electric water heater in one of our rentals. I called Genz-Ryan since they were located close to the property. I have replaced electric water heaters in other rental units as recent as 6 months so I had good idea of what it should cost. Their cost was DOUBLE!! Normal cost should be around $900-$1000. They wanted $1875. I should have paid the service call fee and sent the tech on his way and called someone else, but my tenants needed hot water and it was a Friday. I also should have inquired how much they charge, which I did not. My suggestion would be to NOT use this company. Call someone else, anyone else.
