After my regular drain cleaning guy cleaned the roots out of my main sewer line twice this year and noticed that I had a couple of cracked pipes I got a few estimates for repair or relining. Ben ran his camera down my line and came up with a very good quote for relining the line all the way to the main line in the street. His bid was less than the quote I had for digging up my front lawn and replacing a few feet of pipe. This repair will outlive me and I shouldn't ever have to have the line cleaned out again. The guys showed up on time and were done and packed up in 6 hours, did a great job and provided a video for my records. I highly recommend these guys for relining which will fix the problems for good, instead of cleaning and piecemeal fixes that will cost much more in the long run. We had a great two man crew who were great at explaining what they were doing. Thanks!!!

Krinkies did a fantastic job replacing our old furnace and AC unit! We signed a contract with Dave Krinkie at 11AM on Friday, our furnace died later in the day, Dave brought 4 temporary heaters at 7:30PM in a snow storm to keep us warm until our install date. Dave also was very responsive to our needs and moved our install date up, thanks Dave. The HVAC technicians, Ryan, Kevin, Derek(sp) quickly got our new system up and running. They really did a great job installing, routing drain lines and cleaning up after their installation! We are really pleased with our quiet Daikin HVAC system and really pleased we chose Krinkies to do the installation!  We highly recommend Krinkies HVAC!

Someone answered the phone promptly when I called. I explained my problem (slow draining tub) and was told someone could be out within a few hours and was given a price. Kris called by the expected time, did a fast and thorough drain cleaning job. He fixed a leaky shower head gratis. He was professional, courteous, advised me on a related plumbing issue, gave me a referral, and answered a ton of questions. I had a great first experience with John's Sewer/Drain.

Mike came right on time and completed the work quickly and professionally.  He doesn't do a trip charge like the big guys and his pricing is very fair and doesn't change from his estimate.  Would definitely recommend!

We woke up to water in our bathtub and the toilet had run over. They were busy that day but came the next day, to find we had a root going through our water main. It went 12 feet below the surface. Kyle worked about 4 1/2 hours and was cheerful and polite the whole time.  We really liked Kyle.  He worked hard, and knew what he was doing. He was clean and didn't leave a mess, which is very important to me. He smiled every time he talked.  Kyle went over and above what he needed to do, So thanks so much for being their for us!

Our family was under the impression we had a water heater leak the other weekend during a bout of extremely cold days.  Water pooled around the HWH base and dripped off the hot water pipe.  

We'd seen great reviews for TJK Plumbing and so we thought we'd give them a chance to give our HWH a look and diagnosis.  I called on a Friday morning and they scheduled an appt right away that morning.  It was only 2 1/2 hrs after my call and they arrived. They were responsive and prompt, and knowledgeable with their HWH selection and service.

Uniquely, we were in need of a larger water heater and they offered one of the lower prices on a special order HWH (lower by $300 for disposal, installation and labor).  After contemplating the high cost (due to the commercial size), we discovered that there was no leak, only a build-up of condensation due to the extreme outdoor cold and water on the pipes and around the water heater.

I give a 4 star for the prompt and responsive service, knowledge of heaters, and lower price in comparison to other plumbers.  But, not quite a 5 star only because we had to discover the condensation issue on our own.  I'm sure they weren't thinking to offer that piece of info because we thought we knew we had a leak.  It would have been beneficial to know of other issues aside from a leak existed especially in the cold.

If I could give this review a 0 star rating, unfortunately I would. I utilize a home warranty service and they designated Boevaag as the service provider. When I called the number provided, it was clear that this number was a cell phone, which again, is fine but the individual answered with a hello?!. I was worried I had called the wrong number so I explained the above connection and then I received a pause.

I waited it out and he finally said WELL I haven't received anything! I mentioned the provider sent the claim this morning and asked if a claim number would help. He gruffly replied that NO, it wouldn't.

Regardless of a service provider not being sent the appropriate information, my expectation is that the interaction is still positive.  So that when the plumbing/HVAC/etc company gets the information, I feel comfortable having them in my home.

I then had to follow up and request next steps from him instead of giving me, the customer, some sort of summary. Oftentimes when you reach out to a plumbing organization, it is because of a 911 or stressful need. I can't imagine dealing with this gentleman in one of those scenarios. Will NOT be using.

I've had PipeRight install a utility tub, repair a leaky kitchen faucet and fix a cracked fitting under my bathtub, and I am very satisfied with both the quality of work and the quality of the people who performed it. In the first instance, PipeRight spared me the agony of shopping for a utility tub by doing the searching and ordering. The young plumber who did the install was thorough and personable, and he performed the labor on the tub and faucet seamlessly. That he didn't mind being observed and fielding my questions is something that I value from the people who are hired for various home fixes. (You don't have to be keenly sensitive to see that some technicians get irritated when you are standing over their shoulders.) The gentleman who fixed the leak under my bathtub through the narrow confines of a access panel in a bathroom closet was also amenable to fielding my questions, and he kept me informed about what he was doing every step of the way. He worked quickly and efficiently as he stemmed a leak that threatened the integrity of a ceiling.

There's something to be said about family-owned companies as PipeRight is, and I think their level of service in terms of responsiveness and quality is something other companies should emulate. No service-oriented industry is perfect, and I'm sure PipeRight has irked a customer or two along the way. In an age when laxity from many service-oriented companies seems to be the rule rather than the exception, however, PipeRight has my business whenever I need work done.

Highly recommend Apple Valley Plumbing. I just had my water heater replaced with a same day appointment. Pricing is fair and you'll likely had significant savings working with them instead of one of a larger plumbing services competing in the area. This local business will deliver a great customer experience.

We have used Madetzke and Gust three times. We have had a tankless water heater, new sink, new water shutoff, ice maker line, and gas stove. Amazing service. Always on budget. Curious. I would and do recommend to everyone. If you need a plumber look no further.

Their voicemail says to text for faster service so that's just what I did. Never heard back. Maybe these guys are awesome at their job , but they may be even better if they hire a receptionist or two?

Very good and honest. Issues with customer service. He waited until I texted to find out why he wasn't here on time, then told me he was on an emergency job. Ended up 1.5hrs late. He did not over charge. Even explained why he couldn't do the secondary job.

Rotor Rooter wanted $229, Mr, Rooter wanted $339 to run a 100 feet to clear main drain;  A Aart's Tim's Speedy plumbing got here an hour early and only charge $150.    Excellent service and courteous.

OUTSTANDING!  My husband and I were recently in the process of selling our home. In  the process the buyer had a plumbing issue they asked to be addressed. We called Randy Lane and Sons and everyone from the office assistant to Brian Lane went out of their way to assist me with the process.  Brian came to review the plumbing issue and was able to offer an expert opinion on the plumbing and even came out last minute on the day of the close to review his opinion with the buyer and the buyer's agent.  Brian saved the day!  For any plumbing issue going forward, my first call will be to Brian at Randy Lane & Sons Plumbing and Heating.

I have had premium water delivery service at my office for several years now.  I got Chippewa Falls spring water.  I have always liked the taste of the water until recently.  So, I tested the Ph of the water, and it was a Ph of 5.  That is acid....  A Ph of 7 is water, or it should be...   I just cancelled my water service.  Test the Ph of your water.  If you are drinking acid, you are not hydrating your body.  Your killing it.
