These guys do a great job at a reasonable price. They told me exactly what they were doing and how much it would cost before starting work.  Sean was professional, clean and made sure I was happy with his work. He cleaned up the area and I will definitely use him again for my next plumbing job!

A Art's Quality Plumbing is very customer centric. They have done several plumbing jobs for me including installation of a ice machine, numerous clogs toilets, reconfigured plumbing and installed a garbage disposal. They always answer the phone and respond quickly.
  Recently my daughter had a clogged toilet at her apartment. We called a Art's Plumbing and they arrived within hours. She cannot say enough good things about John. He was in and out in 15 minutes.
   Plumbing always seems expensive, but A Art's Quality Plumbing their pricing seems fair. This is the plumber for all of your plumbing needs.

Paul, the plumber, showed up even earlier than scheduled (after calling first). Had our problem corrected in a short time at what I considered a very fair price. I will use them again (if necessary).

Prompt response to my call, easy to schedule, great service. The plumber even took time to investigate and diagnose a secondary issue we were having, explained our options thoroughly and made a solid recommendation for repair. Will definitely call on Tim's Plumbing again.

We've had them come out several times over the years. They are easy to work with, do a great job clearing the drains and clean up after themselves. Don't know what else I could ask for.

I would give them zero if I could.charged me 337.50 just for coming out to look at it with no solution . Terrible. Sat in his van to make a few calls and that was it.

I had them install a water softener. Fifteen months later, I had an issue and the plumber, Jeremy, said he couldn't honor warranty due to a number of issues like the location of the nearest water tower. That water tower was there (for 38 years) when it was installed and was never mentioned. The only remedy was for me to put another $2700 plus labor into fixing water softener. I would then have put nearly $5000 into a water softener issue. Really, $5k for water softening? Also during the appointment plumber had to go shopping for supplies. That time was added in to my trip charge. No parts were added to softener as it was simply set to bypass. I talked to owner several times and he too gave me the run around. How about sending me a refund check ($159) for the amount paid while plumber went shopping for parts? I'm disappointed that this company won't make this softener issue right and won't deal with a warranty issue. Find another plumbing company.

We had a great experience with Lonn, Mary and Darryl at Tim's Plumbing. We needed a new water heater and kitchen faucet and when I called to see about an appointment, both Darryl and Mary were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions patiently. We scheduled an appointment within the week, which was a pleasant surprise. Lonn appeared right on time and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He identified another issue while he was here (because he is so thorough) and stayed later than he expected so he could resolve that issue for us as well. He also made sure the area was very clean before he left. I will definitely call Tim's Plumbing for our next job - no hesitation at all.

My 2009 Rheem water heater was leaking water at a pretty good pace and needed to be fixed/replaced. I consulted Yelp and called two places that said they could schedule an appointment in six days to assess the situation. I called A Aart's Speedy Plumbing/Tim's Quality Plumbing (I don't know why they have multiple names). They said they could come assess the issue in six days for a trip charge of less than $150. If I wanted to replaced the water heater I would not pay a trip charge and they could come that same day. The quote was just under $1,300 for replace and haul away. I asked about other costs and they said that there could be extra costs to bring up to code but they didn't expect it. I agreed and they replaced the unit that day. There were extra charges: they brought some things up to code and charged to move my water softener out of they way. The plumber called me with the extra costs before he started. Final cost was just over $1,500. I didn't compare them to other plumbers' prices, so I cannot speak to the value I received for the money. However, they made it convenient and worked quickly. Update: The water heater they installed began to leak from the top. They said it was a bad water heater, it was under warranty and they replaced it.

Mark came out to my place in North Branch that I'd recently bought and completely set up a new bathroom I'd added in the basement.  I couldn't have been more happy with the quality of his work or the personal integrity that he clearly displayed while in our home.  He's my go-to plumber for as long as I live yet when it comes to any kind of plumbing work needs that may come up.  Such a good & kind man who, because of his years of experience, can do it all & provide professional guidance if needed.

A Aart's Plumbing charged me an excessive amount to repair a leaky pipe.  Lonn did not wear booties and he did not put down tarp to protect our carpet.  He had to tear down sheet rock from the ceiling and he left a mess for me to clean up.  He charged me over $700 to fix the leak.  The next day which was a Sat. there was another leaky pipe in the same area so I called A Aart's Plumbing and got a message there there was nobody available for an emergency call.  I called Plumb Right and Thomas came out right away and he was very professional.  He wore a uniform and booties and he put down a tarp to protect our carpet.  He had to tear down sheet rock from the ceiling and he cleaned up the mess and took it all with him.  He charged me $353 to fix the pipe which was less than half as much as the amount I was charged by A Aart's Plumbing for the same kind of repair..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a new sink and faucet installed by this company and it was a COMPLETE DISASTER. The first disaster was the plumber who came out dropped my new sink and broke it. He then asked me to return the sink to the store and say it was already broken. He was extremely unprofessional and was cursing very loudly the entire time. The next day the glue he used to glue the drains down started balling up and there was glue all over my counter tops. I called the company to have someone come back out. The company sent the same plumber. He was super condescending and said it looked perfect and said the glue would eventually wear off.  A few weeks later I arrived home to find 3 inches of water covering the entire main level of my home. The hose from the faucet he I installed came off and was spraying water everywhere. The company did NOTHING to assist only saying they could yet again send the same plumber out.

Bad experience actual bill was twice as much as what the quote was.  when I spoke with him to see why we were charged twice the amount of what the quote was they told me because it took twice as long as expected to work on it.  I said yes that is correct That's because your plumber did not have the correct tool so he sat there and tried to get the job done with the wrong tool instead of going to buy the proper tool so he could do it in the correct amount of time.  The technician was honest with me and told me he had the wrong tool and that's why it took so long because he was trying to force other tools to fit and work.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. They were able to fit me in the same day when I reached out regarding needing to have my old, leaky outdoor spigot replaced. Nate came out and he was fantastic. He was super fair and kind and was working to find solutions that would be quicker, cheaper fixes before ultimately needing to go through the wall to replace it. I spent quite a bit of time comparing companies, reading reviews, and getting quotes. I am beyond pleased to have gone with Aart's Speedy Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! Thank you!

Main sewer line was backing up. Called Tim's Quality Plumbing (also known as A Aart's & Tim's Quality Plumbing) and they sent somebody out the next day. He looked things over and gave me some options (including referring me to another company that offers hydro jetting because he didn't think augering the line would work with the massive tangle of roots that were in the line). I decided to take a chance and have him auger the line anyway and he pulled out every last root (he told me I should play the lottery because of how lucky it was that he actually got them out). I was impressed with his expertise and also that he was willing to refer me to a different company when he thought that would be the better course of action. The price was right about what I was expecting (a little less actually). He saved me a whole bunch of headache for sure. I highly recommend Tim's Quality Plumbing.

terrible, charged $421 just to tell me I need to replace my water heater ( I was told they will charge $175 to check and diagnose the water heater )  , using the situation and charging over what they quote .

Rotor Rooter wanted $229, Mr, Rooter wanted $339 to run a 100 feet to clear main drain;  A Aart's Tim's Speedy plumbing got here an hour early and only charge $150.    Excellent service and courteous.

We called Aarts and Tims for a running toilet.  The tech came out the same day to repair.  However, after replacing a part that didn't solve the problem - We were still charged for the service call. When we told them the problem was not fixed we had a second visit by another plumber from Aarts and Tims who said we needed to replace the whole toilet unit.  This visit was again charged for parts and labor.  They said they were giving us a discount for the first call, but why were we charged at all when the problem was NOT fixed during that call.  Not happy with these service charges.

After sending Aart's guy packing, I noticed that both HD and Lowes offered sink installation and had laundry sinks similar to ours with the drain piping included.  Lowes referred me to handy.com which quoted me (blind) about $250 to install a brand new sink and haul the old one away.  Their tech showed up on time and got the job done in an hour and a half including a strip to HD for a couple of PVC drain adapters.  He was pleasant and efficient; I couldn't ask for more.  Of course the $129 I paid Aart's for nothing still galls but there's nothing to be done about it.  I will try handy.com again

As always Aarts's and Tim's Plumbing provided us outstanding service at a reasonable price!  They know what they are doing and are focused on service!  My garbage disposal froze-up and they were there to diagnose the problem and replace the unit the same day.  John and Jeff were focused on what we needed and providing service in a timely and helpful way.  They were thoughtful of our house and did not leave a single trace of their work.  This is perhaps the 5th or 6th time we have turned to them for help and every experience has been great!

We had a leaky tub faucet and were quoted $700 by a different business to fix it, and they didn't have the parts to fix it that day.  We called A Art's and their plumber (I think his name was Lonn) came out the next day.  He had the parts needed to fix it on his truck and completed the work for $200 less than the other plumber!  He was professional, prompt and did great work.  We were extremely happy with the quality and price of the repairs and would definitely recommend this business.

There was a clear lack of communication between the head office and the employee. He openly admitted he could have been done around two hours earlier had he not needed to go pick up supplies that he would have had if he would have spoken to the office.

Work was good. The guy was nice.

We had a knowledgeable plumber that helped haul out our dishwasher and replace a new shut off valve, but we had to get an electrician for the rest. He was early and very easy to get along with and let us know clearly what our next step is.

Ran into a bind with clients of mine closing on a property and needed a plumber over to the house they were buying ASAP. Called them and they had a plumber over there within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Great communication and very easy to work wiht. Highly recommended!

I didn't know who to call so I took a random guess. Had an outstanding experience with this company. Nate was awesome. We got our new water line in hassle free and very affordable.  I will definitely use them again when needed. Great job!

Josh updated connections and replaced fixture in a timely manner, keeping me informed of unexpected snags and subsequent proposals.

We had a very bad experience with AArt's Speedy Plumbing. My 91 year old mother paid a total of $455 for a simple replacement of washing machine water shut-off valves. Another plumber had given her an estimate of about $200 to do this job, but he would not wear a mask during this coronavirus time, so she hired this company. The plumber Ike was unprofessional; she had to ask him twice to put his mask back on. When he connected the drain hose to the drain pipe, he asked her for an old rag to secure it. Really? And charging more than master plumbing rates? I called the company and requested to speak to the owner, but he has not returned my call. Shoddy work and financial exploitation of a senior is a crime. They should hang their heads in shame.
