Keith and his team replaced our water heater that also ran our in floor heating and our water softener. Very responsive to all my questions and gave me an estimate on the spot. I'd called 5 other companies and they didn't get back to me or gave me a very late overpriced estimate. Keith gave the best price and didn't play games. They came in to do the job quickly and finished in one day. They had already finished the job when another company got back to me on their estimate. Really nice and professional group of guys. I purchased a investment property with a great view of the Mississippi River valley. After the purchase realized quickly I had my work cut out for me, everything that could be wrong with a 140 yr house was seriously in need of repair. Contacted Mark for complete plumbing replacement. He got me a very competitive quote quickly, we agreed and he went to work. We worked through many challenges along the way but he stuck to his quote and finished the job to perfection. I have only one regret, that I have no more plumbing needs at the present time but when I do I will call Mark without hesitation!!! Thank you Focus Plumbing:)

Called RWPH for a 50 gal Water heater replacement. Carrie was polite and explained their process to me in layman's English. Said a tech would be out 1st thing in the morning 7:30am. Garrett,  the owner showed up personally and went through everything with me. Quoted a good price. I explained I would have to postpone the install for a day or two until I got paid. With a gentleman's handshake we worked it out that I could pay for water heater now, installed and I could pay labor when I got paid.  Michael showed up with the new one and installed in less than 1.5 hours, amazing.i went to the bank to get the $$ to pay for it and found I got paid early. Called Carrie up and let her know I could pay in full. I asked about a Military discount and got another 10% off the original quote. Life saver...  Thank you Garrett, Michael and Carrie for helping us out. Further projects will be referred to Red Wing Heating and Plumbing.  Highly Recommend.

On short notice, Joe made time in his schedule to come out and diagnose my plumbing issue.  He gave me a fair price and an honest assessment, connecting me with the crew needed to to the job.  I absolutely recommend Joe and would hire him again.

The service tech used a video scope to examine the heat exchangers and then showed me the many cracks that would lead to carbon monoxide being released. I didn't have to rely on their say-so; the evidence was in right in front of me. They explained the issues with my old furnace and discussed options tailored to my house and needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy an expensive new furnace; their service reps shared information and I made the decisions.

The estimator discussed options and alternatives with me, giving me information to make the decision about which brand to replace my old one with. The cost was very reasonable, and their payment plan helpful.

Huge props to Levahn Brothers for being kind, courteous, and helpful with their over the phone suggestions to help me fix my own plumbing problem myself. We had an er situation where my son's bathtub faucet wasn't turning off unless I shut down the main valve. The person on the phone made a suggestion on what the problem likely was and helpful tips on how I could quickly fix it on my own! It worked and I've got nothing but appreciation since we had no water for the past two days and were desperate!

Jorge from Top Notch took care of my mainline tree root problem. I get tree roots every year or so it seems, and the guy I used to have do it retired a few years ago. The last few times, I've gone and rented an auger myself and done it, with moderate success. Last time was this summer, and now it started to back up AGAIN! Enough of this! Too sick and tired of hauling that damn machine up and down the stairs, pretending I know what I'm doing... so, a friend recommended Top Notch to me. They were great right from the start. Answered their phone, were polite, and gave me the rates and timeframe right over the phone. When Jorge came, he was personable, polite, and professional. He had my main line augured out in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and was exactly what I was looking for in a drain cleaner. Since I know the roots will be back in a year or so, it is REALLY nice to know I don't have to go looking for another drain cleaner. Responded the same day, but charged $470 to replace shower cartridge and invoice had no breakdown of the cost, just the total.

One of the BEST around, hands down.  Years of experience, fast service, knows what he is doing, gets the job done quickly and correctly.  Our Siamese cat likes him too...she loves to explore his truck filled with nooks and crannies.  :)

Highly recommend! Initially had Bonfe come out for an intermittent squeak in my furnace, they quoted me 2k for furnace repairs or 6k for new furnace. When Bonfe was trying to schedule the new furnace install for very next day despite me still getting perfectly hot air blowing through I began to question and got a 2nd opinion with McQuillan Bros. They had a contractor come out the very next business day and deemed a perfectly working furnace, they did this all FREE OF CHARGE. All that the furnace needed was a little WD40. I will definitely be going with McQuillan Bros for any future plumbing or heating needs. Thank you for saving me several thousands of dollars!

Chris and his son, Michael,  did an amazing job on meeting our plumbing needs and also in customer service.  We own rental properties and needed new shut off valves installed in the units.  They arrived on time and immediately set to work completing the installation within an hour.  They also double checked that there was no leakage after the water was turned on in the units.  Also, they fixed a couple of other things needing repair as they completed the installations.  The price was fair for the work completed and are on my list as the go to plumbers when we have plumbing issues.

Review would be 4.5 stats if I could.

Clint came out to replace a pvc pipe that was unglued at the joint.  We flooded every time the kitchen sink was emptied.  As usual Clint's work is top notch.  However the cost of this repair was 500 plus another 140 to run a snake down the drain.  Clint, I like you and you do good work, but I think you are priced a little excessive.  

I will close by saying that we've never needed him to redo his work.  His workmanship is top notch and done right every time.  Maybe the cost is worth it but right now i need an aspirin.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. The guy basically came in to tell me my toilet needed to be replaced and promised to let me know when it can be done. Never heard from them again. Being a good citizen I asked that minimally they should send me a bill. I got billed for $200 dollars. The bill does not even have the decency of explaining what was done or for how many minutes did the guy stay. I would recommend that people never work for this company again. It's the worst experience I've had.

So, I had my sewer backed up and called Rol Air. They came out and $600 stated they had cleaned out the pipe and there weren't many roots. Two weeks later I had a more severe back up and called them again. They charged me $250 to tell me the same thing that it was cleaned out- nothing was coming up and it was likely a belly in the pipe. They don't do bellies. So I just had Roto-Rooter out here and they looked at the pipe and found ROOTS. Not a belly. They said there were quite a few roots in there likely causing the issue. So I spend $850 at Rol Air to do absolutely nothing. I will NEVER recommend this company. I have contacted the Better Business Beureau for taking advantage of me and charging that much money to not do their job.

The technicians are great but watch out for the flat rate pricing.  My water heater pilot light was out and I needed a new gas valve (which is a common problem it seems).  The part was under warranty but they charged $900 for the labor to install a new one.  Without the warranty they said it would have been $1600.  However, the job takes a half hour (and there aren't ever any complicating factors, according to the technician).  The replacement part certainly costs less than $800 (probably just over $100 from what I can tell).  Leaves you wondering where their high pricing comes from.
