I've used them 3 times now. They have been available in an emergency and when I needed to schedule some work for a later date. They are always professional and ontime. The prices are reasonable and they clean up after themselves. Wow.

I called LaBrash Plumbing with an issue. They were able to come out the same day. The technician was polite and personable. He completed my job quickly and at a reasonable price. I intend to contact them to complete an additional job since my experience was so positive.

These guys are first-rate plumbers -- all of them. I called them on the recommendation of my electrician ten years ago and I've never looked back. They've diagnosed a cracked pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced broken shower and bath faucets, fixed a leak in a dishwasher line, installed a new garbage disposal and handled the plumbing for an extensive kitchen remodel. Everyone at Pipe Right is smart, quick, reliable and trustworthy. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The following review is for Sean Harris. I had my home built in Maple Grove in 1986. Being widowed, I never had anyone who could keep up on my repairs and/or updates regarding my plumbing issues. Sean came out last fall for the first time and did repair my front yard outside faucet that was dripping. This spring when turning my outside faucets, the front faucet was still dripping. At the time of booking an appointment for Sean to return and repair the faucet, I also booked for him to check out my sump pump (it was the original one from when the house. In the last months, I have had Sean out to replace that outside faucet, replace my sump pump, replace both outdated toilets, and do a repair in the shower in the lower-level bathroom. Each time, Sean gave me the price for each repair/replacement. He always very professional and polite. Since I am battling cancer, he was very cautious to wear a mask. I will always call Tim's Plumbing and request for Sean to return with any future repairs/replacements I will have. I wish I could give him a 10 Star ranking!!!!!!

I called in the morning and was taken care of completely three hours later. Service is very friendly, professional, and educational. Prices were reasonable as well. I will definitely use again for future plumbing problems!

Donnie was arranged by American Home Shield to address an overnight pipe blowout. He was gracious enough to get to me the same day so I could have it fixed before a vacation beginning the following day. He handled the entire transaction with AHS, found and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. Donnie is very amiable and I highly recommend him.

Hasn't even come out yet and the customer service is already poor. We have a home warranty on our home and unfortunately this is who they've chosen to displace. After finally getting in touch and speaking with the technician about what is going on (three separate leaks), he says he can't look at all three unless we call the hsa and have them add it on before he arrives. Go through the trouble of calling the hsa twice to try to add on the other two leaks, the first customer service lady adds toilet to the call in error Instead of indicating another pipe leak and after a second call to the hsa, customer service lady calls the technician and says he refuses to take the additional leaks because he already has an appointment scheduled. The same guy who told us to call and get it added in the first place. She said he was rude to her as well and can't even cancel him to get someone else because they said it's prepaid. Called the technician again and let him know that the first customer service lady had added toilet in error and he didn't need to look at the toilet. His response was that he can't look at the toilet anyway cause he can only look at the leak from the original dispatch. SERIOUSLY?? This guy is a piece of work. Please don't bother calling them out for service as they can't even keen up with whatever back and forth garbage they're spewing.

Paid this man $75 for a 6 minute tour of my home. Hope he thoroughly enjoyed his free money and ripping people off.

Unquestionably a great experience and outstanding service. I totally recommend McQuillan. Came through for me when I needed a new hot water heater pronto - long weekend, guests on town.

The WHOLE time, this plumber told me about how juicy his pear was. He told me it was ripe and other inappropriate things. It disgusted me and my 37 year old son who lives in my basement. He told me the plumber was fruity. I guess that explains why he likes pears. He left me in a state of confusion

I would not recommend this company to anyway. My work was covered by an insurance company and they selected Randy Lane. They sent the owner of the company - Brian - to my house. His work was of low-to-average quality. In the process of the simple repair he was doing he pushed a pipe through my ceiling and then used a saw to make the hole bigger. He is now falsely stating that the hole was caused by water damage when it was clearly caused when he pushed a pipe through.
He also left a ladder at my house. I offered to give it back to him, but he has not called. So, unless you want free tools, false statements about their work, and a hole in your ceiling, do not use this company.

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. This place takes advantage of people in need, especially the elderly. Our normal repair person could not go on the roof to clean bathroom vent because of insurance. So we found a plumber that could come out short notice. Huge mistake. What should have been a 2 hour, $400 job, cost my 90 year old mother-in-law $1,300.
Then he comes out a couple days later to try and sell my mother-in-law some other minor work Collin said was needed, and he wanted to charge $1,500 for this. He was refused and sent away. Beware!!

I 100% agree with the other review on here. This company is horrible and I would suggest looking elsewhere. They gave me a window of arrival time between 12:00pm - 4:00pm. After not hearing from anyone all day I called Best Buy, since that's where I purchased the appliance from. At 4:10pm, I got a phone call from an automated machine saying someone will be arriving within 40 minutes. The installer arrives at 4:45pm and comes up to check out my water valves. Once he opened the cabinet he said Oh, you actually have this up to date, then continued to say I didn't think I would actually need to install this today. The installer seemed a little disappointed that he would need to stay and actually install a dishwasher that I pre-scheduled a month and a half ago. After he started the process he said I'll try to hurry and get out of here as soon as possible. I would have liked if he actually acknowledged the fact that he was 45 minutes late and apologized, and for not calling ahead of time to let me know he was running late. Also, it would have been nice if he hadn't been so anxious to get out of my place and get home. Next time, be on time and you won't have to rush...
Two weeks and multiple phone calls later, the electrician still hasn't come out to my house to finish the hardwiring for my dishwasher. I made multiple appointments and this company hasn't made one phone call or showed up when the told me they would.
The electrician showed up a couple of days later, after making my third appointment. He was polite and did a good job. He was probably the best part of working with this company. At least he had adequate customer service.
In this day and age, the competition is fierce and companies need to earn and retain customers, or at least they should if they want to continue to stay in business.

I was informed by the owner of Lake Areas Home Improvement Services, Inc - Scott Ferrell - that the work was performed by a subcontractor, and that he is not responsible for follow up on any of the work.
Previous comments:
They started the job late after bringing the wrong materials twice), and installed the siding poorly as well as damaged two gutters during the installation of two larger downspouts.
Rainwater now leaks out of my gutter next to my house, where the repair guy had used a cutting tool to enlarge the opening for the larger downspout. He damaged a 16 foot piece of gutter that never leaked previously. The sidewall of the gutter was cut open, allowing water to run down the side of my house. See pictures.
Upon inspection of another downspout they installed, they omitted installation of a gutter outlet - see pictures. Rainwater leaks from the crack and icicle will form there in the winter.
Very disappointed that I paid them $2245 for this service. For this price you would expect quality work, a business that would warranty their work, and a contractor to not create damage while making repairs.
If you look to hire this company, check carefully on exactly who will perform the work. If a subcontractor will do the work, check their professional credentials - licensing, insurance, bonding, warranty of work, as well as any outstanding complaints against them with the BBB, Angie's list, and Yelp among many. Get it all in writing before you sign, and make sure you have the crew that YOU hire.

I wanted to share our experience so that this doesn't happen again and none of you experience the costly mistake we experienced with service pricing.
1) As you may or may not know the city of Eden Prairie is conducting a large-scale water meter replacement program. All went well for us with that replacement with the city and with Hydrocorp, however a few weeks later we noticed a slow leak coming from our main water rotary shut-off valve. We understood we were on our own to address the servicing of the leak.
2) Previously, our long term plumber had said he would charge about $175 to replace that main water shut off valve. Our long term plumber has retired, so we started to call around. We called Hero. They could not give an estimate over the phone; rather they needed to make a trip to provide an estimate and then a separate trip to do the actual work of the main water valve replacement. To their credit they were able to provide a next day assessment.
3) In providing the estimate, the Hero representative scrolled through a four page estimate on a tablet device and asked for a signature. He did not provide a print out nor read the total quote amount out loud, we thought it said $179.00 -- in fact it said $1776.91
4) The Hero rep came back the following week, had coordinated with the city for the shut of the water from the water main from the street and completed the work.
5) We then received an email invoice showing the total amount charged to our credit card: $1776.91
6) We called Hero and disputed the charge, that day and on three additional occasions talking with subsequent (up the chain of command) customer service representatives. We acknowledged signing it, but felt it was a price gouging of that work, having called four other area plumbers serving Richfield, Bloomington and Edina all able to give quote ranges over the phone for replacing a main water shut off valve and the quotes were all between $350 - $600.
7) Four phone calls with this knowledge shared with subsequent Hero representatives have resulted in Hero's willingness to come down to a charge of $1200 (still an amount two to four times higher than other local plumbers). We write this to share an actual experience that even though Hero promotes themselves as a residential plumber their fees are far in excess. Please be cautious and read thoroughly any four page digital estimate provided to you for onsite work. Thanks for your time in reading this lengthy post.

Please don't use their service! It's terrible! They don't even deserve a star. I had an appointment with them to fix gas leak from 2pm to 5pm. But nobody showed up. I called them and they said a technician will call me back shortly. I had to wait for another hour but nobody call me! I called them again and they kept saying a technician will call you. Seriously?? I waited for another 30 min and finally they called me back. All that technician told me was they have to reschedule my appointment to 3 days later. OMG... They don't even respect their customer at all. So if you consider to call them for a service, please DO NOT!
