Best Businesses in Minnesota
The best and most reliable plumber. We have used Pat for several jobs and he has become like family. Reliable and reasonable.

Charlie and Phil are great. A friend recommended them. They're responsive, keep you informed about their work and what's going on with your home's pipes. I moved a washer upstairs to a new area and they installed quality plumbing...and found and replaced some old pipes that could have caused thousands in home repairs had they gone unchecked.
I will use these guys for my bathroom remodel next.

I called Chris as well as 6 other plumbers on a Sunday and he was the only one who called me back within 10 minutes. He came within 90 minutes and was extremely thorough. I felt his prices were fair, especially given it was a weekend. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job you need.

Our heater went out. They were able to make the trip from Howard Lake to Maple Lake, diagnose the problem, have the replacement part handy, and get it fixed all within 75 minutes! The price was very reasonable, especially considering this was after 8pm. Thank you!!

We just had our water heater and water softener replaced by Kal's Plumbing (yes, both needed replacing) and they were so nice, informative, helpful, and charged over $1000 LESS than a company I see recommended on Nextdoor regularly who we also got a quote from.

We had a broken bathroom extractor fan that rendered our main bathroom totally unusable. My wife tried to extract it and midway through discovered, to our despair, that the fan wasn't extractable with the tools and leverage we had. Folks here were SUPER nice, came same day so we could shower on ZERO notice, and were extremely fair in their pricing. It was a tight squeeze and a mess, and they saved our asses--we are so grateful.

We needed new faucets in two bathrooms and one new sink upstairs. Downstairs we needed new piping for the main copper water lines with new shutoffs, an outside spigot, all yielding better water pressure in our home. Fixed a toilet that was configured incorrectly by a previous plumper. He advised us about our water softener settings as well as new configurations for our upcoming furnace install.
Overall he was extremely thorough, friendly, and professional during the entire installations, which only took about 6 hours. He gave us a rundown on all our water concerns before, during, and after all the work was done. Prices were extremely reasonable and cheaper than competitors.
Highly recommended and would use Rescue Sewer & Drain again for all our plumping needs!

We had a very bad experience with AArt's Speedy Plumbing. My 91 year old mother paid a total of $455 for a simple replacement of washing machine water shut-off valves. Another plumber had given her an estimate of about $200 to do this job, but he would not wear a mask during this coronavirus time, so she hired this company. The plumber Ike was unprofessional; she had to ask him twice to put his mask back on. When he connected the drain hose to the drain pipe, he asked her for an old rag to secure it. Really? And charging more than master plumbing rates? I called the company and requested to speak to the owner, but he has not returned my call. Shoddy work and financial exploitation of a senior is a crime. They should hang their heads in shame.

I had my main supply water valve go bad on a Monday morning. That meant no water to the house. I called and got the secretary. She talked to a tech, who dropped what he was doing and came over. He was able to get the valve working without replacing it, which saved a lot of time and some parts. I'm very pleased with the service.

Ruben called me when he was a few minutes away to let me know when he was going to arrive, and got the two drains that I needed unclogged taken care of with no issue. He was professional and made sure to be as neat as possible. Will use these guys again for a slow drain!

Let me just say that if you are looking for water service for your home or office, look no further than Premium Waters in Northeast Minneapolis!
I called their main office line looking for general information, and DJ was in my office, talking with me in person within half an hour. Fantastic pricing on water and the cooler rental, and I love doing business with local companies. Give them a call!

Beware of Bonfe. We called them out to route our main sewer line. They offered to included a video inspection. The sewer route tech used the smallest blade I have ever seen. When the inspection happened there were still many roots left behind. The video tech identified a problem that we were aware of and made even the smallest flaw in our line sound like an emergency. They estimated $42, 000 of work that they said was urgent. I felt pressured. Fortunately, I got a second opinion. The ultimate price tag from the second reputable company was $5,000.

Was terrible, from not showing up first day to being late .. He knew I had a home warranty, they were the ones that found him. He knew the rules.
This process took over a month to get resolved, He finally came out to the house and told me I had 3 leaks under my kitchen sink. After numerous attempts from myself and the home warranty to get the $$ for fixing the problems he finally came back with a cost of:
$717 for the kitchen faucet (I told him no, I bought one myself and had it installed)
$225.00 garbage disposal
$184.00 old garbage disposal (I could of thrown this away myself after looking at the invoice)
$115.00 piping repair.
The day the problems were corrected he told me to pay bill in full and that he wasn't dealing with the home warranty company and that if I didn't pay him he was charging me an additional $160 per hour. I paid him as I wanted them out of my house. All this took place while I had the home warranty on the phone explaining to him they would be issuing him a check that very day! But Jason from Big River Plumbing, didn't care! my after thought were I should of called the police and had them removed from my property.
Then Jason had the nerve to send me an email thanking me for their business and wished me a 'blessed' day.. Really?!?!?
Save your headaches! this problem took over a month to get resolved. Don't use them for any projects!!!

I am so frustrated with this company. Sent a technician out right away to fix our hot water heater.. technician replaced the thermo couple and that did not do the trick- he then called the water heater company and found out conveniently that the parts were under warranty.. the company sent us new parts at no charge but Dean's was going to charge $890 to install the new parts. I had to put half down.. but said I wasn't totally sure if I was going to have them replace the parts, or if we would have someone cheaper do it.. since you can buy a brand new one for that price. I called and spoke to the manager Troy, asking for some kind of refund because number 1 they did not fix our water heater and number 2 the parts were under warranty to begin with. Now it was $345 just to replace the thermo coupler- took him about 20 minutes.. he hesitantly agreed to credit me $45 plus the $82.50 which I had over paid because we did not have them replace all of the parts. Troy said he was getting the check out the next day.. here I am almost 3 weeks later and no check. They keep telling me the check was sent, but I have not received it. Terrible customer service in my eyes, and the biggest scam if I ever saw one. Would never recommend these guys.. Talk about getting raked over the coals for nothing!! Ready to contact the BBB!!!!!
