We needed two gas lines installed and we thought the quote was extremely high from another company. We contacted Pat and he came right out for an estimate and was extremely reasonable, easy to work with, and FAST. Bonus was he was able to work in the evenings so we did not have to take vacation from work. We will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs.

We needed to get a couple small projects taken care of and I had multiple companies come out for bids. Not only did St Paul Pipeworks have the best rates, but they were also incredibly friendly and great at explaining what they were doing and why. As a first time homeowner, I really appreciated them taking the time to explain why they took certain steps. Paul and Drew in particular were fantastic. I cannot recommend St Paul Pipeworks enough!

I called Chris as well as 6 other plumbers on a Sunday and he was the only one who called me back within 10 minutes.   He came within 90 minutes and was extremely thorough.  I felt his prices were fair, especially given it was a weekend.  I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job you need.

Our heater went out. They were able to make the trip from Howard Lake to Maple Lake, diagnose the problem, have the replacement part handy, and get it fixed all within 75 minutes! The price was very reasonable, especially considering this was after 8pm. Thank you!!

We just had our water heater and water softener replaced by Kal's Plumbing (yes, both needed replacing) and they were so nice, informative, helpful, and charged over $1000 LESS than a company I see recommended on Nextdoor regularly who we also got a quote from.

Tyler arrived a little early, which was fine with me.

I showed him the door in question and he went right to work. He was done in less than 30 minutes. The appointment time was set for an hour, and since I don't fix doors, I had no idea if it would take that long.

Tyler is friendly and professional. I'm happy that I went with Hall The Way Done for this job. I've got another door issue that I want addressed in the spring, and Tyler will be first on my list to get the job done.

One of the things I love most, besides the great job, is that I got an appointment very quickly. My schedule is the only reason why it waited until Friday. I like it when I don't have to rearrange my life for a contractor to come out to do work. With Mother Nature dumping a boatload of snow on us, I was set to work from home, anyway.

Tricia and Tyler are top-notch and I'm happy to do business with them. I suspect that you might feel the same way, too, if you give them the opportunity.

Extremely speedy response to a backed up drain in the basement floor in an older (1963) house. We're relatively new to living in this house and didn't have a full history of past ownership maintenance. Roman perfumed a thorough inspection of two sewer lines with a camera to identify the source of the problem. Everything was handled professionally, with clear understanding of work needed, and completed much faster than I expected. I will definitely be keeping this number for future plumbing needs AND will have my sewer lines flushed annually. No more surprises!

As always Aarts's and Tim's Plumbing provided us outstanding service at a reasonable price!  They know what they are doing and are focused on service!  My garbage disposal froze-up and they were there to diagnose the problem and replace the unit the same day.  John and Jeff were focused on what we needed and providing service in a timely and helpful way.  They were thoughtful of our house and did not leave a single trace of their work.  This is perhaps the 5th or 6th time we have turned to them for help and every experience has been great!

Bill and crew did and exceptional job on adding a utility sink, adding a proper water drain for our washer  and moving pipes around in our basement ceiling to make it look neater. We have used plenty of plumbers over time and were never completely happy until now. We have found our go to plumber.

Augie cleaned out our basement drain and did a great job! Fixed the problem in under a half hour. He was very friendly and professional. He called me back shortly after emailing him via his website and was able to come out the next night which I thought was a nice touch. He was flexible to meet our late after work schedule as well. Lastly, his winter special of $80 I thought was a bargain for this kind of service. I hope I don't need my drain cleared again for awhile, but if I do I'll definitely be calling Augie's again.

We asked  for Jon to do the plumbing work because he provided such a complete solution to a problem that led us to call Benjamin Franklin several months ago. The service rep Laura got Jon to our house within a few days of our request, and Jon delivered another stellar job. We will call on them again whenever we encounter a problem that requires skills beyond my DYI capabilities.

Let me just say that if you are looking for water service for your home or office, look no further than Premium Waters in Northeast Minneapolis!  

I called their main office line looking for general information, and DJ was in my office, talking with me in person within half an hour.  Fantastic pricing on water and the cooler rental, and I love doing business with local companies.  Give them a call!

The tech was on time, professional, and friendly. He replaced an inexpensive thermocouple in my water heater that wouldn't stay lit. It took him about 15 min. and the charge was $830. Do the math and figure out what that equivalent hourly rate would be (over $3000/hr.). I felt I was in a bit of a box and agreed to the charges prior to him starting the work (my bad!). That is an absolutely ridiculous and exorbitant charge for the amount of work. It didn't cost me that much to have my furnace blower and motor replaced last year with a different company. It took that technician two trips and a much longer time to repair. I certainly wouldn't recommend Bonfe for anything. They have figured out how to take advantage of you.

Was terrible, from not showing up first day to being late .. He knew I had a home warranty, they were the ones that found him.  He knew the rules.
This process took over a month to get resolved, He finally came out to the house and told me I had 3 leaks under my kitchen sink.  After numerous attempts from myself and the home warranty to get the $$ for fixing the problems he finally came back with a cost of:
$717 for the kitchen faucet (I told him no, I bought one myself and had it installed)
$225.00 garbage disposal
$184.00 old garbage disposal (I could of thrown this away myself after looking at the invoice)
$115.00 piping repair.
The day the problems were corrected he told me to pay bill in full and that he wasn't dealing with the home warranty company and that if I didn't pay him he was charging me an additional $160 per hour. I paid him as I wanted them out of my house.  All this took place while I had the home warranty on the phone explaining to him they would be issuing him a check that very day!  But Jason from Big River Plumbing, didn't care! my after thought were I should of called the police and had them removed from my property.  
Then Jason had the nerve to send me an email thanking me for their business and wished me a 'blessed' day.. Really?!?!?

Save your headaches! this problem took over a month to get resolved.  Don't use them for any projects!!!

Called and scheduled appt online for what  I thought was 10am to noon, but got a call at 730 am saying a tech was ready-could they come now.  i was sleeping.  Called them back and I was home anyway so I didnt mind waiting.  My AC went out and the tech was very nice and quickly discovered that another company who 2 days ago looked at my furnace left a blower door open, I think, making the AC not work.  It was an easy fix.  Nothing was actually broke.  The tech, Ray, was very nice, professional, courteous and all the rest.  He didnt try and hard sell but did give me a ballpark price  for new furnace and air when I asked for one.  He also took the time to test my freon and helped spray down the AC unit to get the cottonwood off of it.  Very cool, I thought.  Average scheduling experience but wanted to take the time to recognize a very professional tech, Ray.  He represents this company well.  I didnt love the $99 travel fee but he didnt hit me with diagnostics and then pile on from there so I guess it wasn't horrible.  And I couldn't use the $59 online coupon towards that, so, didn't love that either.  All in all, good experience with Dean's and this employee.
