Really good experience every time I call. The last plumber to come out talked me out of a temporary repair in favor of a different solution that didn't cost any more. I appreciate that kind of thing a lot.

We had a leaking pipe and Steve was so helpful, professional and personable. As new homeowners, doing some initial googling we thought the worst, but he assured us it was a quick and easy fix. Thanks Steve! :)

A leaking waterline under my kitchen sink was attended to by this service. Fees upon fees! $205/ hour plus driving fee of $89. The assigned plumber solved the problem, which was more complicated than estimated. (Spent too much time talking with me than working, especially since he was being paid hourly!) Good work but I will look for a better $ estimate somewhere else, especially as someone on a fixed income!

Not only were they able to come out right away, but the couple (Jackie & Bill?) were super fast, helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. We had a clogged main line due to tree roots and they took the time to show me and plan for maintenance in the future. The price was unbeatable and their friendliness mixed with expertise was amazing!

Awesome company to deal with! Had them come out and hook my refrigerator, stove, plumbing lines, and fix my toilet. They did all this in a couple hours and did a unbelievable job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I discovered a water leak on my main water line at 4:40 pm on a Friday. I found recommendations from my community on Nextdoor for Tim Besser of Pattim Plumbing and
called him about 4:50.  He happened to be in my area and could not have been more
responsive when he arrived 5 minutes after I talked to him. It was the end of his day on a Friday but he cheerfully addressed the problem. I would highly recommend Tim of Pattim Plumbing.

Jerry Anderson helped our family out with many plumbing jobs over the years in the Kenwood area.  He is about as trustworthy as they come!  He does a great job and may humor you in the process.

We called about a clogged kitchen sink and Eric had Nick out to solve our problem within the hour.  Excellent service!

I can't say enough nice things about this company.   From the initial phone call to schedule the service appointment to the actual work done.   They were professional, called before arriving earlier than scheduled (always a bonus), and completed the job quickly after giving us the price before starting the work.   This was a cold call that we found on yelp.   I would definitely use this company in the future.

It's been a while since we needed Annis Sewer's service -- fortunately -- and it only now occurred to write a review.  These emergencies are never convenient, right?  Annis had a guy at our door within 35 minutes of our call (late night, IIRC) -- we live in Burnsville -- and he was knowledgeable, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and the price was very reasonable.  I will not hesitate to hire Annis again if the need should arise.  (knock wood)

I have a home warranty on my recently purchased home. The home warranty company contracts with BWS. The tech, Ryan G, came to my house on 6/24/21 to assess the plumbing issues I discovered after I purchased my home.

He told me on 6/24 he would be requesting approval from my home warranty company for the repairs/replacements, then they would need to order parts, and once the parts arrived, would be able to schedule the service.

It is 7/8/21. I have been trying to find out from my home warranty company about the delay.

I was informed today by my home warranty company regarding your plumbing request, the technician has not submitted a full diagnosis, but he did call in to advise us that this was a flipper house that was purchased as is and there was no inspection done on the home. I have requested the diagnosis from them. I will follow up with you once it is received.

This comes as a HUGE surprise to me as I purchased the home for myself, for my to live in. The housing market is tough right now and many buyers are bypassing inspections so their offers don't get passed-over by sellers.

It is definitely a fixer-upper since it was a cat and hoarder house that had been neglected for over 5 years by the previous owner. Someone prior to that owner had done quite a few DIY projects. The house has good bones and needs cosmetic work (flooring, walls, trim). I previously owned and lived in a 110 year old house for over a decade and did many of the renovations myself. I have YEARS of plans to make my new house and yard exactly what I want and need.

After the purchase of my house, I had ripped out all of the cat-hair-and-grime-covered flooring, window trim, baseboards, and window treatments.

And then I broke my arm. Now most of the projects I had planned are on hold as I cannot use my left arm for anything for at least a few more months.

In the meantime, for my home to be ready for me to move in, I need some plumbing issues fixed that I discovered after the purchase of my home. Hence the request for repair through my home warranty that was sent to BWS.

While the tech was at my house, I was displeased with his attitude and the way he spoke with me. He treated me as though I were unintelligent, didn't know what I was asking about with my house, didn't know what my home warranty contract covers, and was very dismissive.

BWS has not performed any service. They have not followed through with making the request for approval of repair/replacement  through my home warranty company. The BWS tech instead took it upon himself to go out of his way to call the home warranty company make false statements to them about me, my house, and my property.

I sure hope this is not the type of customer service BWS does for everyone. But then maybe he treated me this way because I am female and have a broken arm.

I used their services on 2/21/14 to repair a leaking kitchen sink. They replaced the plastic sink strainer pieces and added new pipes under the sink.

Cons:
They charge 3% for credit cards.
They should wear shoe covers for their boots.

Pros:
They were polite and professional.
They called us while they were on their way to our home in the morning.
They accept credit cards.
They were knowledgeable and helpful and cleaned up after they repaired our sink.

My review may have been a little hasty as, I admit, I did not contact the company with my complaint or give them an opportunity to make it right, which is always the best practice. However, in this case, after the owner saw my review HE contacted ME & sounded genuinely interested in the negative experience I had had. After our discussion he promised to incorporate my feedback into his training procedure we had the opportunity to clarify & remedy some misunderstandings that took place during my service call.

I have a renewed faith in this small business, their staff, practices & intentions, I would use them again & would even recommend them to to my family/friends. They are honest people who are passionate about what they do & I believe that they truly care about their customers.
