Still waiting for my rebate since June, I call   Excel energy, they said they never received my rebate application, then I call and text Michael to see what's going on, no response.

Amazing service, very punctual and got right to the problem and fixed the issue quickly!!! Definitely would use again and recommend to my friends.

I appreciate when someone in this industry has good communication skills and integrity. Val was able to come out within a short time to give me a quote and was able to do the work on the same day. He put in a new faucet and installed a RO water filtration system for us. He was honest and fair.  I would recommend this business to anyone.

After working with Roto Rooter and paying $250 to snake my line, my basement drain was still backing up. They sent a rookie out to my house, fresh off a 2-week training period. He claimed he was stuck at 26 feet and recommended I pay another $250 to get someone out with a camera to check the blockage. Knowing that these guys work on commission, I opted to shop around before making my decision and I stumbled upon Ron the Sewer Rat. They sent out a seasoned plumber named Rod who has been doing this for years. He was able to clean my line within an hour and an half for half the price of Roto Rooter. I highly recommend calling these pros! Save money and get the expert plumbers out to your house!

If you're looking for a small owned business you found it! Geno answers his own calls. Very responsive, affordable, and friendly (with emphasis on friendly!) As a female, sometimes you can feel intimidated calling a service and worry you may be taken advantage of; this is not the case at all with Geno's. I'm 100% confident he treated me as he would treat anyone. Highly recommend this business!

I have discovered Comfort Matters. I had been with the One Hour people for years and had bad service to many times. Comfort Matters is local, individually owned and they provide great personalized customer service.

They saved us.  On  the morning of June 19, 2014, after 7 1/2 of rain at our house our sump pump float switch failed.  We were reduced to manually running the pump about every 8 minutes.  
We called Duda and had to leave a message; they were out on a long day of calls.  We spoke on the phone at about 5PM, they found a new sump pump, got to our house a little after 6, and had it installed by 6:30.
Our basement stayed dry.  Thanks guys, awesome job and I can't recommend you highly enough.

I can highly recommend Stewart Plumbing.  They installed a water heater for me, which seems straight-forward enough, but due to delays in the heater coming in to Lowe's, we had to reschedule 3 times.  Each time they were understanding and accommodating, and when the day finally came the installation went perfectly.  Nice people. Fair, honest and helpful.

I added Falcon Plumbing to Yelp because we used Mike to replace our water heater and he did a great job at a reasonable price I thought he deserved to be listed on Yelp for others to contact him :)

Tharaldson Plumbing & Heating do excellent work. They came promptly and brought their A game. They solved a severe leak issue. We had them replace a badly corroded toilet, a kitchen faucet, and an outdoor faucet. They were fast and efficient. Erik and Bob are excellent plumbers. We have used Tharaldson Plumbing in the past and will use them in the future.

Had 2 toilets installed.
Very professional and prompt service.
Thought the price was fair and answered all the questions we had about the install and product supplied. (Kohler).
Would use them again for other plumbing needs.

I've used All Ways Drains several times over the past couple years to install a kitchen faucet, replace a bathroom faucet, install a toilet and most recently to fix a leaking toilet. Each time they've been professional, friendly, and on time. They are very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Initial contact by phone unsuccessful.  Left no message but they immediately called back.   I could find no record of a business or home address so this may be a virtual business location only if that matters to you.   They quoted me the $99 any drain price plus a service fee and taxes so total was $138.   They called before arrival as promised.    I saw no company truck but rather what appeared to be a pickup with a trailer containing all the equipment.   Technician was very polite.   He removed his street  shoes before entering the residence and maintained a clean working area while working.   No cleanup was required after he left.    He tried to power out the clog with his snake several times but without success.   The final location of the clog was pin pointed, but he was unable to remove it.   The Tech called the office twice to advise and seek consultation on next steps.    At 2 hours he was done trying and told me they would have to send others over to cut, clean or replace some of the pipe once they found the source of the plugging.  (He said he was only a pipe cleaner)   Fortunately for us when he removed his powered snake for the last time, a small opening developed in the clogged area and that allowed us to work the material loose and finish the job.   Success!!   When I asked him if we could power jet the line to assure all the debris was removed he told me power jetting was $600 (both would give me $150 discount coupon)   I decided to cut my losses at this point and hope we got it all.   Overall I would say the tech was very professional and did not give me any hard sales pitches.   I would hire these guys again I think as the price was competitive.  Not sure they will be around however since they appear to be a newly established business with no business address...Makes a person wonder...

I've known these guys since they did a boiler installation for me in 2008.  They were by the far the lowest bid of the three that I received.  Service has always been excellent.  They are also always willing to give you a few minutes of advice over the phone of a few things to check before you order service, which can be a real money-saver.  Greg in particular has been very great to work with.

I have had multiple experiences with Neil and his NRG Plumbing company including today.  I can't detail enough what a solid professional he is.

He is very prompt with communications, knows his stuff inside and out, and is a pleasure to work with.

I would recommend him for any and all of your plumbing needs.
