I have had multiple experiences with Neil and his NRG Plumbing company including today.  I can't detail enough what a solid professional he is.

He is very prompt with communications, knows his stuff inside and out, and is a pleasure to work with.

I would recommend him for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Asked if he could service a gas fire. He quickly answered yes. Gave him the details. He then never got back to me. Why say he could do the job then leave us hanging. I'm not impressed.

If I could give him 0 stars, I absolutely would. Avoid at all costs! First of all, he's rude and unprofessional, he says some very inappropriate things. He also does more harm than good and you will have more issues after he works on your project than you've had before. Not customer oriented at all, only cares to get paid once and you're stuck with your problem afterward. I do not recommend, the worst contractor I dealt with.

My son flushed a small remote; it was stuck in the porcelain. We reached out to NRG, and Neil responded right away. He spent a lot of time trying to break the remote out, but was not able.  He made a special trip to grab us a higher quality toilet and was back and had installed within a couple of hours.  He also snaked another toilet that was giving us problems, at no additional charge.  Both toilets working great, all for 1/3 of the price the last plumber charged us, just to unclog 1 toilet.  I would highly recommend Neil and NRG plumbing for any plumbing needs.  Fantastic job.  Thanks Neil !!
