Tharaldson Plumbing & Heating

Be warned: This is the most dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with! We were alerted by other contractors working in our new home that the plumber this business assigned us was unproductive and billing for full days on the job without completing a reasonable scope of work. My wife then went to the work site at our new home to monitor and log hours. The plumber sent a bill for a large lump sum without disclosing what hours his plumbers were actually on-site at our home. When we asked for a supporting log of hours, they provided certain alleged hours they were on-site which directly and materially conflicted with our log of observed hours. The dispute escalated into a lawsuit. The lawyer representing the plumber also placed an unlawful mechanic's lien on our home in violation of Minnesota Statute 514.011 Subdivision 1. Because of this lawsuit, I am including the following review disclaimer: This review contains both personal opinion as well as statements of fact. Though the review is unequivocally negative, it's not libel as it's not exaggerated or false.

Tharaldson Plumbing & Heating do excellent work. They came promptly and brought their A game. They solved a severe leak issue. We had them replace a badly corroded toilet, a kitchen faucet, and an outdoor faucet. They were fast and efficient. Erik and Bob are excellent plumbers. We have used Tharaldson Plumbing in the past and will use them in the future.

Can't say enough---Lon Tharaldson Plumbing has been tremendous in helping us with some major plumbing and heating issues.  Their rates have been very comfortable to work with.  They worked around other repairs by rearranging their time to expedite and accommodate another contractor's crew so all needed work was completed as quickly as possible.  The great work they did for emergency repairs has guaranteed our hiring them for our  future updates and replacements in plumbing, heating and air conditioning!  THANK YOU!
