Keith was great! I got a new dishwasher from my mother-in-law and tried to put this thing in myself, terrible life choice. After opening it up and realizing that this was beyond me, I found Keith based on a recommendation from my mother-in-law. He was everything she said and more. Not only was the dishwasher installed, but I had some inherited less than effective plumbing under my kitchen sink, he replaced the turn-offs and a few pieces of pipe that were significantly corroded.
He came in, did not only what I asked, but also what I needed, was way more affordable than anyone else with incredible professionalism. He also took a look at some things in my house like my water heater. He let me know that my water heater looks great right now, though based on age I should keep an eye on it as most water heaters leak between 12 and 16 years old (mine is at like 15). He served me as a person, not as a quick job or buck.
Thank you Keith!

Mark has come out to my house to install a new water softener and a new toilet over the last few years. He responded quickly, was very professional, took the time to explain what the issues were, and always left the work area really clean. I would definitely hire Mark again for any plumbing issues. I hope he doesn't retire or quit the plumbing business anytime soon!

Called RWPH for a 50 gal Water heater replacement. Carrie was polite and explained their process to me in layman's English. Said a tech would be out 1st thing in the morning 7:30am. Garrett, the owner showed up personally and went through everything with me. Quoted a good price. I explained I would have to postpone the install for a day or two until I got paid. With a gentleman's handshake we worked it out that I could pay for water heater now, installed and I could pay labor when I got paid. Michael showed up with the new one and installed in less than 1.5 hours, amazing.i went to the bank to get the $$ to pay for it and found I got paid early. Called Carrie up and let her know I could pay in full. I asked about a Military discount and got another 10% off the original quote. Life saver... Thank you Garrett, Michael and Carrie for helping us out. Further projects will be referred to Red Wing Heating and Plumbing. Highly Recommend.

One of the local plumbers told me that I need a new sewer line and it was going to cost me $15k. I asked the local hardware store (Settergren's) who's opinions I trust a great deal, and they recommended that I get a second opinion. Settergren's has a list of vendors that their customers with whom their customers have had good experiences and JMJ is one of the plumbers on the list. Joe, the JMJ owner, came by the next day and helped me think it through and decided to wait and see. He ended up doing some work to keep the line clear at a very reasonable price. Joe is an honest, hard-working guy that you can trust. I recommend him without reservation.

H2C came out to inspect my 16 year old furnace. The tech found a crack in the heat exchanger. We went over the options and I decided to have them install a 95% eff. Tempstar furnace. I did shop a couple of other companies and the sales people didn't know what they were doing and the prices they gave were very high. So I called H2C back to let them know that they are right when they say Bringing fair pricing back to the Twin Cities. The install team was out the next day. They were great they walked me through everything from how to set up the thermostat to how the furnace modulates and functions. You have gained a customer for life with the great service I recieved. I have been telling everybody at the office about you. Thanks again

Why would anyone go anywhere else for plumbing supplies? The store manager has an incredible level of knowledge of every potential fitting or device. They are incredibly helpful and friendly.
I drive past over a dozen neighbor hardware stores and two big box home improvement stores to get here. This is the place to go!

Jorge from Top Notch took care of my mainline tree root problem. I get tree roots every year or so it seems, and the guy I used to have do it retired a few years ago. The last few times, I've gone and rented an auger myself and done it, with moderate success. Last time was this summer, and now it started to back up AGAIN! Enough of this! Too sick and tired of hauling that damn machine up and down the stairs, pretending I know what I'm doing... so, a friend recommended Top Notch to me. They were great right from the start. Answered their phone, were polite, and gave me the rates and timeframe right over the phone. When Jorge came, he was personable, polite, and professional. He had my main line augured out in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and was exactly what I was looking for in a drain cleaner. Since I know the roots will be back in a year or so, it is REALLY nice to know I don't have to go looking for another drain cleaner. Top Notch has my business now, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. Absolutely made my day! Thanks again! -Dan

Great service today from Brad for a pinhole leak in our main water line. Brad arrived promptly within the time window, worked quickly, was very professional, left the work site clean, and was low pressure and honest in recommending repairs. Also, he was patient with us while answering our MANY questions. We are very happy with his work and will plan on calling Brad at TJK in the future for any needs. Thanks!

My 72 year old mother used their service to install a kitchen sink faucet that she supplied. Apparently they had to replace a shutoff valve as well. They charged her $994.29 to do the work. The only parts & materials they provided were the shutoff valve, maybe some plumbers tape and caulk. Basically they price gouged and took advantage of her.

Not honest; once he took his money, did not follow up on work that wasn't completed. Never returned calls, needed to call another plumber to start over; wasted $800.

Horrible experience. Do not waste your time. Clint is a crook that tried to charge me 4x the going rate. His work was poor quality and he had to come back to fix what he had done. Even then he only fixed it after arguing about it. I would rate him less than 1 star if possible.

I had the opposite experience of Greg M. My plumbing problem wasn't major but it made me nervous & I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. I made a couple of phone calls-didn't get hold of anyone at the first, the second couldn't come out til the next day & was nice enough to refer me to Richfield Plumbing. The person answering the phone had a good idea of my problem & set me up with Brian. He called an hour later; an hour after that, problem was solved. I was very pleased with the rapid service & felt that the price was reasonable for the job.

So, I had my sewer backed up and called Rol Air. They came out and $600 stated they had cleaned out the pipe and there weren't many roots. Two weeks later I had a more severe back up and called them again. They charged me $250 to tell me the same thing that it was cleaned out- nothing was coming up and it was likely a belly in the pipe. They don't do bellies. So I just had Roto-Rooter out here and they looked at the pipe and found ROOTS. Not a belly. They said there were quite a few roots in there likely causing the issue. So I spend $850 at Rol Air to do absolutely nothing. I will NEVER recommend this company. I have contacted the Better Business Beureau for taking advantage of me and charging that much money to not do their job.

Do not hire. Hired Dean's to help me while remodeling my home. Plumbing and electrical. The staff was friendly and they appeared reliable. On the second job I hired them for, I purchased their club membership program. Which allows for free in-home consultations and inspections. They called me to schedule an inspection on my plumbing. They called the evening of and canceled. They wanted to reschedule for June. I said sure. They never replied...
I hired them again to fix a leaking drain on my sink. They called an hour before the scheduled visit to cancel. The staff was rude and condescending over the phone. I had used vacation from work to be present for the repair. When complained about my inconvenience, the girl on the phone became snarky. I'm a busy person (like most adults) and it is important to not be jerked around. Time is money...Once they get your money, they don't seem to care about you. I wouldn't trust the company. The guys I met were nice, but they are a mess. Over priced, unprofessional, unorganized-and unreliable. $3000 for 15 feet of gas line and 3 outlets installed. You'd think they would care about their customers.
