Terry worked in the plumbing field as a young boy and started his own business because he loves being able to help people solve their plumbing issues. His real passion is helping design bathroom remodels and upgrades.

Very helpful team with lots of integrity - never felt like I was being oversold or talked down to. Terry and co. did a great job writing up the full scope of my project, reviewing it with me, and providing options for each component so I knew I was getting the best for my money.
Had 2 toilets installed.
Very professional and prompt service.
Thought the price was fair and answered all the questions we had about the install and product supplied. (Kohler).
Would use them again for other plumbing needs.

They were on time, friendly, thorough, protected our floors, were done in half the time of the prior plumbing coming that was nearly twice the price. They pointed out a couple items we need to take care of down the road. Great experience, highly recommend.

They went to my parents house who are in their late 80's to fix a leaking shut off valve on the toilet and replaced some of the parts in the tank and was charged $400.00 and were told a new toilet would be $700.00. I think it is awful to take advantage of the elderly! Extremely overpriced!!

Had Terry Overacker plumbers replace a main valve that had a small leak .I arrange the city turn water on the day that Terry said that his crew was in the city. Terry Overacker said he dosent charge a trip fee and his crew would look at job and give me a EST .One of the plumbers was told to go to the truck and brought in a prewritten EST even though they had brought in there EST tablet in the house and were looking repair. I Paid $495.00 for a valve that may of cost $50.00 retail. The plumbers were there for about 40 min if that [400.00 dollars a hour?] The valve they replaced was threaded not soldered. Writing this so you have other options plumbers to call and you should. I kick myself for not believing the reviews I seen but they are correct. I try to support businesses in my city and Terry Overacker is in Anoka. But will not use this company again. Thanks Steve M
called to have my water hooked up for my new refrigerator . he was here for 15 minutes cost 328.00 . for 15 minutes and about 6 inches of plastic tubing he added to copper line. I feel like I got robbed.

I had a leak in the second level stand up shower that I had identified. Terry Overacker was quick to have a team out the next day and was expecting them to repair the identified leak.
Instead, they said that fixing the leak was not a permanent solution so they would not complete the work I had requested. They advised I needed a whole shower removal and new install. The cost for this opinoin left me with a $150 bill. I challenged that I had ask them to complete specific work, I did not request them to identify the problem.
My opinion was that I shouldn't pay such a high fee for their alternative opinion but they did not agree and no refund for me. Since then I have completed the work on my own and have been leak free for 6months. mike fridley mn

Very good prompt service at a reasonable rate. Other plumbers didn't want to tackle the job they got it done
I don't like to give out bad reviews but I'm just gonna have to. I had two leaky toilet valves that needed replacement, along with exchanging out the rigid copper piping with the more modern, flexible stuff. Submitted an appointment request online around 7am yesterday due to not being open yet. 11am rolled around and I hadn't heard from them so I called. A lady answered the phone, took my name and number. She said she would speak with Terry and call me back. And that was fine. 5pm rolls around and still no returned phone call. So I called another metro area plumber (TJK, 4 stars on Yelp!). Got a returned phone call 5 mins later, appt at 8am this morning and work was completed within 30 mins. Now me and my toilets are happy!
I would not recommend this Plumbing outfit to anyone I understand and know how much plumbers cost but if you want to get ripped off go ahead and contact Terry just ridiculously overpriced.
