I had a clogged kitchen sink and it was a holiday weekend! Called Rick and he picked up the phone after the first ring. I asked him if he could come by to unclog the sink. Rick and Steve were close by and came over in 10 minutes! They had the clog out within 15 minutes. He even just charged me the normal rate rather than the holiday rate!
I am so pleased! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rick! And Steve and Rick were such nice people too! Excellent work!
Will definitely use them again!

I really appreciated how quickly Elton came by and fixed my plumbing problem. He did in 30 minutes or less what I couldn't fix in..... let's just say many hours! I should have called him from the beginning and would definitely call him again in the future.

I'm writing this for Mike/Real Rooter. Mike had helped me years ago with the same fantastic service but I figured I'd try it myself - epic fail!
Mike is on my go-to list of pros with fast, reasonable service and fair price. I've tried only to post positive reviews and the people and companies I mention are all in the same category: easy to work with, professional and know their business, get the job done and offer a fair price.
If I could I'd offer him 6 out of 6 or 10 out of 10 whatever, I would. As for the negative post I see, realistically people and companies should only be evaluated on the basis of their work. To say you wouldn't hire someone based on something on the road .... well, that's your choice I guess.
As for the rest of us, call Mike first. He's awesome.

Unfortunately I didn't have them do any work for me as the bid too high on the project. In the end I had another contractor do the same work for $600 less. They were courteous and followed up several times with me. They definitely sound professional. If you can afford them I'm guessing they'd do a great job.

Billy Tiburcio, his two brothers and their co-worker did the plumbing work for an addition. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. They were very flexible, professional and went above and beyond our expectations. They worked quickly and thoroughly. We thought their prices were very fair and we strongly recommend Billy and his crew.

Fixed my shower head by putting in the new one I bought and replaced hot water cartridge in bathroom sink. Great job

Great service. Returned my phone call the same day. I am not sure if it was cheap since I did not get any quotes from anyone else. But I thought it was very reasonable. And I would not hesitate to call them again.

The prices are OUTRAGEOUS.
I needed my P trap and 2 water shutoff valves replaced under the kitchen sink and it ran me about $1200 for a 30 minute job. Unfortunately I am a single female with 0 knowledge of plumbing. When the two workers arrived they were very charming and made me feel like they were giving me a good deal. However, after doing some research I realize what a huge ripoff this was and I feel very sick.
I reached out to All Aloha to see the breakdown of the price:
Removal & Replacement of Water Emergency Water Supply Stop
$458.98 x2 ($917.16)
(This multiplied x2 because i have two shut off valves)
Replacement of P-trap $233
You can literally buy a single quarter turn shut off valve at home depot for $10-15 and a P-trap for $5-10 (IT'S JUST A PIECE OF PLASTIC)
Here's the kicker: their service fee is flat rate NOT hourly. So it took him about 30 min to install approximately $60 worth of material, which means his flat rate came out to be $1140...
I did ask the plumber why this seemed so expensive and he said it was because All Aloha does the best quality work and they were basically the Ruth's Chris of plumbers. But the irony of it all is that the installation had a leak and he has to return the very next day to fix it.
Please be weary of this company, they are clearly not afraid to take advantage of people with little knowledge of plumbing. Not to mention the hidden service fees, they just jack up the price of the product by 40% and say it's a service fee. This is very shady business.
