Samuel Biddle is a polite, professional and honest plumber.  He works independently as a Master Plumber. I hired Samuel Biddle's to repair the plumbing in the kitchen that was originally done poorly by a different plumbing company.   I have been satisfied with his professionalism and work.  I called Samuel a few months later to work on the plumbing in my bathroom shower and water valve to my fridge.  He knows what he is doing and explains his work in a way that's understandable to the lay person. I am again very satisfied with his work ethics and professionalism.

I hired my nephew to change my toilet seat. Little did I know this would cause an epic disaster. I left him at my place alone for 2 hours. When I came home, he was still working on it. 2 hours after that, he called me in and told me there was a tiny leak and he would be back the next day to fix it with putty. Ok, I don't know anything about plumbing, but I'd hired him to change the toilet seat, where did this leak start? Putty? Oh no way. I drove him home, but by the time I came back home, water was gushing out, and my son was just sitting by the toilet, emptying out the bucket which kept filling rapidly with water. Oh no!

The first thing I did was to call Morgan LaRue, of LaRue's plumbing. He came over as soon as he could, and sure enough, my toilet tank was cracked and the water hose was loosened. The toilet was damaged beyond repair. Morgan turned off the water and let me borrow buckets so we'd be able to flush. The very next day, he came by with a new toilet and installed it in minutes. Let this be a warning to everyone, do not hire an amateur to do a professional's work. I called my nephew's mother to let her know what happened, and she flew into a rage, blaming me for everything and saying nasty things about me and even posting disgusting comments on my Facebook...... but that's a whole 'nother story which I won't go into here.

Morgan saved me again, since my leaking toilet could potentially have caused thousands of dollars of damage to my downstairs neighbor's condo. He came quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing a good plumber. He's a contractor so can also do drywall, install floors, and various other services. Thank you Morgan! I'm never going to ask anyone else for my plumbing repairs. Morgan and his family are the best, and it's a shame I can only give five stars for this 10 star service.

Our water heater broke between 1 & 5 in the morning, and I started calling all of the 24/7 plumbers listed, most didn't answer or had answering machines, Roto-Rooter couldn't come until 10-2! The wonderful hero's at Save More Plumbing came right away and fixed the problem! Thanks guys!!!

We wanted to get an exterior pipe shortened, a quick 15-20 minute job.  The guys were prompt, efficient and left the job site perfectly clean.  On the way out, the lead plumber noticed that another exterior hose fitting was basically welded shut from corrosion since we live just off Kaneohe Bay.  He offered to fix that as well on the spot with an upgraded spigot.  I was pleased with the value for money and their prompt service.  Definitely recommend Full Service Plumbing.  Their company title doesn't lie!

My family and I have been using him for all of our sink, bathroom, toilet, pipe, drainage, needs for YEARS, and without a doubt, Harold is the most reliable, down-to-earth, and knowledgable plumber out there. His prices are also so fair and reasonable, I don't even bother looking anywhere else!

We called Josiah last night and he offered times he can come out in the morning for my toilet issues, he was able to diagnose the problem and tell us what he had to do, thankfully it was something not so big  the job only took him an hr! Rudy was hired to fix a kitchen drawer of mine that was broken. He was very responsive and fast! I was barely home due to work but he was so accommodating and worked with me to make sure the work got done and done correct. Thank you Rudy!

I needed a slow leak repaired due to the 25 year old gasket was worn.  I decided to change all the bathtub fixtures, since it was white and getting corroded. I sent out feelers for the repair, and Price plumbing was one of the first to reply with and approximate quote.  Other replies were cheaper and unreasonable.  I made an appointment with Price plumbing and they arrived and promptly changed out my fixtures within an hour.  They charged me the price they quoted and I'm totally satisfied.

Service guy Cole was professional, skilled, and fast.

He changed my shower assembly in less than an hour and doubled checked everything afterwards to make sure there was no leaks.

He also got the invoice ready for me on the spot, so it was easy to pay.

I will be contacting him again for more work for sure!

Best experience I had with a plumbing service!

I live in a condo on the bottom floor and found leaking coming from the ceiling over my bathroom. Called them @ 7am, they squeezed me in that morning. They were running a little late from another job and called to let me know which was appreciated, even though they were only 10 min. later than expected. They arrived and went right to work. They opened up my wall and found leaking from the upstairs tub area. Unfortunately, they do need to get in to the upstairs unit but they weren't home. They waited another 20 minutes while my property manager tried to call the upstairs unit, who didn't answer. They even tried to send me their pictures of my damaged area that they took. But MOST of all, they didn't talk down to me and was honest about the challenges I might be facing. I already have plans to use them in the future. Mahalo Nui Loa

We are very pleased and extremely satisfied with the work J from Eastside Plumbing Solutions did for us. We had a pretty big job that required him to go under our house to repair and replace pipes as well as provide plumbing for a new bathroom. He did an awesome job on both projects and we highly recommend Eastside Plumbing Solutions! J is very reliable and dependable, very meticulous and skilled in what he does!!! They really do deliver quality plumbing solutions!!!

Due to error with Sears repairman working on our refrigerator, waterline got disconnected and flooded our flooring.  Sears repairman called Roto Rooter since we didn't have a plumber to call immediately.  They came and repaired waterline, and ran equipment to dehumidify floor that got flooded.  Well this took 4-days.  Project manager demanded and forcefully tried to get us to give them our credit card before job was completed.  Told them I would not give credit card until job completed and I receive an invoice along with pictures. So a week later they emailed invoice and demanded that we pay by end of day. Wanted time to look over invoice and would call back with payment. Got busy at work and then next morning they called and told us if we didn't pay today, they would send us to collectors.  Didn't completely understand all the charges on our invoice but ended up just paying for invoice.  After paying invoice, invoice was reviewed by someone who came to check our damages and noticed we got billed for equipment service that they did not provide.  If this person didn't notice this we would have never known we were being billed for this service which costed $330!  I do not recommend using Roto Rooter, as they are not a very trustworthy company and have forceful bully type project managers.

I submitted an online request for a bathroom remodel with a water heater conversion to tankless. Dennis was quick to respond but had a very short window to come out and take a look at my bathroom. Unfortunately I was at work and couldn't accommodate his time. He said he would call me the next day to set up a time early in the next week. Never got that call. I called to follow up twice and had to leave voicemails. No response at all.  To bad because he came highly recommended by a friend.

I had 3 split units installed by Dorvin.  My living room unit drain pan has a stress fracture from improper install and is leaking.
First, I call the number listed for Oahu and tell them my situation.  I'm asked What island you on, I say Oahu and then click off to a new line... terrific start! Then another service rep.
I tell them my situation again and am told, we don't do residential anymore.  Call another company.  I paid you guys A LOT of $$$ and when there is an issue, you just tell me call a different company?  
I asked, these units all have warranty.  Can you look into it for a part at least.  The response you have to call yourself, we don't do that So the service I paid my hard earned money for was essentially: Shoddy work, RUDE service reps, NO warranty help and NO aloha whatsoever.

They don't do residential, NO wonder... probably too many complaints!  So STAY AWAY isn't as pertinent.

But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how many certificates and accreditations a company has, a Hawaii company that just doesn't care about a small job or it's customers is a 1 star company as best.
