Megan and Lin Construction were very easy to work with through the estimate phase.  They took time to really understand our needs and provided a fair and thorough estimate.  There was good and prompt communication throughout the process.  Unfortunately, we ended up needing to cancel the purchase of the condo that we planned to renovate but we will definitely keep them in mind for future renovations.

I called up Frank for a difficult screen job that I couldn't complete myself. The screens that I needed repaired were custom sized and I thought that this job was going to cost me a ton of money. Thankfully I called up Frank first! He built my new screens for an affordable rate and completed the job in no time at all. It was really easy to communicate with Frank during all steps of this job and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I definitely recommend calling Frank up first for your home repair needs. Excellent customer service and all around a very positive experience. My windows have never looked better!

If you ever need a rescue for a plumbing issue you must call Moe.  Such dedication, honesty, humble, so knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, really knows his craft!  I was having a stressful, problematic issue with a broken shower drain.  I had called other plumbers to come to check out my drain, some said they would come; some did not even call back. I told my good friend about my drain and he referred me to Moe from Rooter Rescue & Plumbing Repair.  Moe called me yesterday (Friday 12/23/16) took a look at the situation with my shower drain. He told me what can be done to correct my request and told me what to buy at the home improvement store.  I knew that today Christmas Eve, there was no way that anyone would come a do work for a customer, but he called, asked me if I got the items he told me to buy. After telling him I got the items, he came today on Christmas Eve (I did tell him that he should be spending time with his family and not working on plumbing problems, but he insisted that during this holiday people should be helping people) and got by drain fixed and back in order after a few hours WITHOUT charging me holiday price.   Wow that is very impressive customer service!! Moe really placed himself in the homeowner's shoes, knowing how stressful the situation was.

We are selling our house and the home inspection revealed that there was no water main shutoff valve. Jason came out within an hour of my call to him, assessed the situation, came back the next morning, and installed the valve. He had to dig up a lot of grass and dirt, but put everything back so it looks just the way it did before, and the new homeowners will now have this excellent safety feature readily available. Totally professional, totally fantastic work!

Buyer Beware! I paid $570 to change a $20 main toilet valve, they quoted me $1,200 to change a $150 faucet and $7,000 to change a small 36 vanity which I paid $400. When I called the manager to discuss, he promissed to look at my situation but never called me back.

Once again my elderly house was in dire need, we arrived home from 2 weeks on the mainlad to a situation where our water was OFF and there had been a  huge leak during our absence. I called Sidney Reyes at 10:30 on a Saturday night and he answered with my name before the second ring. We scheduled for this morning and he arrived 45 minutes early and the repair was complete in 20 minutes. I cannot thank him enough.  He makes me feel truly taken care of.

My tenant called them, and after a few weeks  of having the noisiest pipes whenever the water was run, I realized that it must be something to do with something the repair man had adjusted, either the water pressure, or God knows what else. Also the outside wall where the pipe was removed and reattached looked like a kindergartener has done the job.
After a month of being water tortured, I called them and they wanted to charge me for a service call to check out why the pipes were so much louder.
Wow, what else can you expect other than shoddy expensive work done in Hawaii, with no pride whatsoever.
