Non responsive. Requested a quote and he took information on what we needed. Asked a few questions and then never contacted back. Reached out the next evening asking if he'd had time to review our needs...still no response.

Ghosted! 2 weeks ago never showed for appointment, never responded to calls or texts. So weird. ???

FAIL indeed.

Rob is AMAZING. He quoted us a price over the phone when we told him that moving my couch would probably take about half an hour. It ended up taking WAY longer because the couch wouldn't fit through the door, and Rob ended up taking the couch around the back door, REMOVING the back door, taking the couch inside, and beautifully and carefully putting the back door on again--without ever uttering a word of annoyance or complaint.

He refused to charge more than the (very low) price he had quoted me over the phone, even though the job ended up taking two hours.

He is kind, polite, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again--for repairs on my car, around the house, anything! Go Rob!

I contacted Rob on a Sunday morning right after I found a great Craigslist deal on a heavy steel and glass shelving unit. Rob responded promptly and I was easily able to schedule a time for pick up and delivery. He had all the tools to do a proper job quickly to move it to my apartment (truck, moving blankets, attitude) and was worth every reasonable penny. While having a friend to help you is usually free, unlike relying on your friend, it's doubtful that he will hungover and unavailable. As a plus, he's a nice guy who has had some cool experiences living around the world. I didn't see his e-mail address on the yelp page, so here it is: [email protected].

Nice doing business with and very professional. Recommend doing business with. Did the job and cleaned up behind him self. I will be doing business with him again.

Rob gets 5 Stars!  He responded to my text promptly and scheduled a time to come to my home to do the job.  He arrived on time and got right to work.  He is professional, kind, and good hearted.  I gave him one task that was difficult, and he completed it with perfection.  I will be telling all my friends and clients to use him for their handyman needs in the future.

After agreeing to a time and the job of replacing door frame, Rob sent me a text this morning at 9:30am saying he would be thirty minutes late due to flat tire (we agreed on 10:30am job start). After several calls and texts I gave up - no show.

8/3 - Hired Rob again. Same great work. Honest hardworking and I found out a Trekkie!!!

Don't hire this guy he will cheat you out of money. He is a liar and doesn't know how to provide good service. Lies about being in the military to get others to trust him. Don't allow him in your home or business he can't be trusted.

Trying to be fair but this was my experience. called days in advance for an appointment for a quote. Day of the quote Got a call gonna be late because doing work for landlord, then as the time approached another call pushing me back again until 3. With a lot of small chores for handyman that a single mom battling an advancing disease that has put my heart at risk. WHen meeting both Rob and heather I thought they were nice. However I won't even discuss the interview details; then tells me he can't come until 6/4 or 6/6 and then I said well I told you I  needed a faster response when I made the appointment  but I had no choice  so I said fine and then he tells me his assistance heather will put together a quote and send later that night so we could get started on his next opening in June.  Nothing ever received;  I called days later figuring the holiday weekend etc so I was trying to be fair, and left a message. His assistant Heather calls me today and says they decided not to take my case since I have such a tight timeline and that they were really sorry. Oh forgot to address this  I was quoted 30 hour or a total job quote which he said no hourly after walking the job and then I was told 40 on the quote because his assistance needed to be paid...... I was willing to pay, guess they didn't want the 600 I paid another handyman who rushed out this afternoon to take up where they never delivered and he got it all done except the painting and the barn door hung. Good luck to others. Im sure he is good but I wouldn't know because he didn't follow through. I was warned that yelp members can remove any bad reviews I wonder if he ever had any??

We called Rob, Sunday 11.18.18, to schedule an appointment for Monday evening 11.19.18 at 6PM. He didn't show, and we called him at 7 PM. He had no recollection of our call less than 24 hours before. We reminded him of our conversation, and the fact he said he would stop by after visiting his parents, who live around the corner from us.That's how we found him in the first place! After much stuttering and stammering, he said he didn't show because he never stopped by his parents! Ok...really!? He offered to make another appointment. We calmly stated our hesitation, based on the parent response, but said yes, we were willing to reschedule. With that, he stated he didn't want to deal with OUR negativity and hung up. Does anything more need to be said?

Although he did do a good job on the work he did, Rob never came back to finish up the rest of the work. I called and called and text and text and he never responded back to me.  My job was delayed several times and I gave him the benefit of the doubt .. car accident .. can't control that .

I am really disappointed because the work he did do was very good .  I understand life happens but never to respond . Wow that's not how customer  service works .

If you are looking for someone who can do good work at a fair price, this is the guy you want to hire. He did a ton if work for me. The quality was excellent, he was wonderful to work with and always showed up when he said he would. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him if you're struggling with a To Do list. Thanks to Rob, my To Do list is done!

Rob is awesome.   I needed last-minute help with loading a moving truck and he came over within the hour.  He took time to rearrange the stuff that I had already loaded in the van which created a lot of extra room.  He worked quickly and took care to make sure that everything was secure in the truck before he left.  He is very personable and his rates are beyond reasonable.  

I highly recommend him to anyone looking for moving help!

Service was awesome, he was on time and great attitude. Price was pretty good. Got the job done quick and super clean.

I recently had to move on fairly short notice, and as a student, I don't have a lot of disposable income. A friend recommended Rob, so I contacted him and arranged a time for the move. I have a fair amount of stuff, and I thought it would take many trips in Rob's truck, but Rob is a spatial-reasoning genius! He really knows what he's doing. He and his colleague worked diligently to get me moved as quickly and painlessly as possible. On top of that, he was genuinely nice and had a great attitude about everything. He made my potentially unpleasant move into a good experience. He seems to have a broad base of general repair skills; as he was moving me, he noticed that my door was a little broken and just fixed it really quickly of his own volition! His rates are really (let me stress that: REALLY) affordable. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Rob helped me with moving one bedroom of stuff on a very short notice.  He moved everything very professionally and very fast!! I could tell that Rob was a nice person who does an honest day's work. His rate was also very affordable. Thanks!

I called rob before hurricane irma to see if he would be able to put up my hurricane shutters. The job required a drill and an extension ladder. He said he did not have the ladder but he could get one. In the few days leading up I had recommended rob to put up shutters for a neighbor and a co worker. They were both so relieved to have found someone help out. Come Friday afternoon before the hurricane, I  had not heard from rob. I sent him a text and he said he could not find any ladders. My co worker and I found a ladder at a hardware store and offered to buy it. Rob did not respond to any of my texts or calls after expressing that he could not find ladder. At that point all 3 of us were in a panic! I get awful that I had recommended rob to others. He was so friendly on the phone but it really did not end up working out. It would have been nice if he could have let us know he wasn't going to be able to get the job done.

Thanks HandyDude Rob!! You were a life saver! Fixing my items last minute before guests arrived! I appreciate your quick response and great work!! I will definitely be calling you whenever we need help with something!

Absolutely the best handyman around! Came over and fixed a problem we were having with our front door and assembled/hung a new ceiling fan and removed our old! Couldn't have been happier with his service and will recommend him to everyone! Will be using him again in the near future.

I have had Rob come out for a number of handyman jobs since moving to St.Pete, he has turned into my go to when I need something done and I don't trust myself to do it. He is very attentive to details and offers great advice on projects I am planning for the future. I already have a appt set up with him in the next few days for the next project!

Rob gave me a very fair price (best I found) to clean my gutters. He came over the same day I called, had a ladder, and climbed up and did a great job on my gutters. He also pointed out a rotten spot on my roof I wouldn't have known about unless he had told me. Very nice guy, super hard worker, and I would definitely recommend him for any job.

I highly recommend Rob for your handyman needs. I had several awnings come loose due to high winds. Some were on the second floor. He quickly secured the awnings and checked the remaining 12 on the property. He was friendly and responsive. In addition he showed up exactly when he said he would.

Didn't show up. Didn't call. Didn't answer my calls or texts. Oh well. This is Florida.
