They are great people with incredible customer service skills. I was in a bad bind and Rich helped me out. If you are looking for a great plumber with respect do not look anywhere else!!

I decided to do a Yelp search to see if i can find a plumber to retrieve a piece of jewelry that fell down the drain ASAP. They advised they would come when i need them to (scheduled appointment) and wouldn't charge me till they accessed the situation.

They were prompt and showed up right on time. We discussed my options and was able to resolve and retrieve the jewelry.

They responded quickly and completely the job quickly as well. Fixed the issue and the Plumber was very professional and friendly.

Only issue is the job I had ended up being very minor. Roughly $50 part and 30 minute job for about $430 dollars. Feels kinda expensive for what the job was. I didn't price shop plumbers so idk if this is actually expensive for replacing a tubs cartridge ‍

But results matter in the end and they were friendly and fixed the issue

Based on my description of the issue,  he requested a quick phone call.  He was extremely knowledgeable.   Instantly knew the model of my toilet based on the pics.  He was able to talk me through what needed to be fixed and sent me a link to the product I needed to purchase to fix the issue as well as described how to install the part.

He also noted to follow up with me to make sure the issue was resolved.

I called around fir pricing for a simple plumbing job to replace a few on-off shutoff valves. Nothing extraordinary. Simple stuff. Two plumbers gave me good estimates of $240 and $250. Three plumbers gave no quote and said I'd have to make an appointment for the next week or two. after that visit it would take another week or two to set up the job. I called Heavenly Plumbing   Ivan gave me a price significantly less and scheduled the next day. He asked if this was an emergency and if it was he'd come today without an extra fee. Josh came and 30-40 min later he was done. Everything worked well. Highly recommended!

There's nothing quite as annoying as getting a clogged sink on a holiday - like July 4, in the late afternoon.  So, I figure, we can wait until July 5 and not be charged 2 horses and our left leg for after hours service.  I began calling plumbers early in the morning. Even the ones who claim they have same day service, if not same hour service, were all very nonchalantly saying they wouldn't be able to get out until the 6th.  Some of them said the 8th.  Eventually, I called someone (and I wish I could remember his name!), who said he couldn't get out, but gave me the name of a friend of his who also did plumbing.  I called him, and he also said he couldn't get out, but gave me HIS friend's number!  Wish I could remember his name too.  But, the name he gave me was Brandon at Dependable Plumbing.  Brandon was at our house within an hour or so.  He unstoppped a VERY stubborn drain (note to self and others - a garbage disposal is badly named - you're actually NOT supposed to put large amounts of garbage in it :/ ) and had us up and running again.  His charge?  $100.  I've had plumbers charge me almost that to just walk in the door.

I will be keeping Brandon's number for the next time I forget that I shouldn't put half an onion, 4 tomatoes, and leftover steak in the garbage disposal.

Very knowledgeable, worked with me via phone / text message to schedule a good time, good prices. Gave me estimates on a few things no charge and also fixed a waterline to my fridge and made sure the piping was done properly. Will definitely use again.

Little did I know when I met Matt at the dog park did I understand I found a great plumber and even better human being.
Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.
Now my kitchen is back in business and have them to thank.

I wanted a valve replaced under my kitchen sink.  The pros: the responded quickly.  There was no problem with the work they completed -  replacing the valve, a faucet hose, and removing an unnecessary drinking faucet on the sink by unscrewing it.  Additionally, the technicians were pleasant.  Cons: The price was high - not breaking the bank, but the total cost was bout $260.  There was nothing exceptional about the repair - basic plumbing.  I've had a lot of plumbing work done on several houses I've owned.  This was more than I would normally pay, but I thought I'd try new company. I also got an estimate to replace a 30 gallon water heat.  Their estimate was right under $1300.  Again, based on my experience this was excessive.  I ended up using another service provider and paid $875 - which is in line with other water heaters I've had installed.  So no problem with the work, but the charges were relatively high.

Rude. No mask and told me if I didn't say yes right then and there to do the job, don't bother calling back. He wouldn't come back. Also threw a brick from the bottom of my mobile home in my grass.  Don't call these people. Rip off and rude.

Unfortunately I should have read the comment below before to call these guys. Ending by creating issues that never existed and charging way more than planned with no way for me to back out. Run away of this company !!!!

Needed to have the pressure reducing valve replaced in my Condo. Apt. which is located on the 7 th floor. They replaced the pressure reducing valve located in a very tight spot near my A/C air handler and water heater. They were very professional and detailed. The office staff answers the phone quickly, very responsible.
I would use them again without hesitation. I awarded them Five Stars.

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree.  They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it)  bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.
Camera with jetting $500-$700.
Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.

In the end I used Continental Plumbing.  Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.

Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.
Then to find out the jetting they did accomplished nothing. See pipe picture .
