I'm happy with the experience of replacing my water heater. Quick response time & good customer service. The price for new water heater installation was , however, a little on the high side.

While the service was quick and friendly, the plumber left with no change in my plumbing. I called due to gurgling pipes, and the plumber arrived and an assistant(?) immediately climbed on my roof and started cleaning the sewage lines between my house and the city lines. He never came inside to actually assess the issue. He kept commenting on how great my toilets flushed after, but they never had an issue to begin with. It was somewhere from the kitchen to my master shower (the only 2 places gurgling). The actual plumber happened to be on crutches at the time, so crawling under my house to inspect anything was not in the question. I've called 3 times and left messages to no response. Basically, I spent $285 to still have gurgling pipes and no advice on the next step I should take.

The licensed professionals at Jim Howard Plumbing have been my plumbers for years. They are a father (Jim) and son (Brian) operation that are exceptional at their trade.  Brian has always taken care of the plumbing in my home and I am always 100% satisfied with his attentiveness, efficiency, and quality of their work. In fact, I've referred several friends and family members to them over the years because I trust them to do a good job for my peeps. Brian and Jim know how to get the job done right. As far as their pricing, I'll tell you that they aren't the least expensive, nor are they the most expensive. But when they do a job, they do it right. That's why I'll never go to another plumber. Their prices are fair and their work is fantastic.  Thank you to Brian and Jim Howard for the stellar work you do!

I called a couple plumbers in the morning to get quote for job of snaking vent from roof- I had dealt with another plumber last week on some other issues and I was pissed that I was still dealing with this same problem- ( as he only snaked the drain  from the inside)  
Delroy quoted me a fair price, called me when he was on his way, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time- he clearly had a long day but he showed up and did my job as Promised-
He communicated throughout the process and clearly wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the outcome-I will feel comfortable to use him in the future and give his information to any friends that need a plumber!! thanks again

In the spring of 2017 I had Bill Jackson rip out an old water softener and put in a new one and do some re-piping. Mr. Jackson came with two helpers and explained everything upfront and provided me a quote over the phone. His work was efficient quick and very customer focused. I would highly recommend using him. I also used him to do some of the things in a very large home remodel involving the plumbing of the kitchen sink and installation of water faucets in my home. He also replaced some exterior spigots at my house. Again he does everything you would expect from a plumber plus he has good customer service which is hard to find.

I have them for Plumbing, Electric, Air Conditioning and Landscape Lighting.  It is extremely nice to have one company that you can count o for all of this.  My home is older, so I routinely have issues and they never fail to take care of me.  We are always a priority.  Any company can call themselves the best, but you really find out what they are made of when you need emergency service or you ask for a warranty to be honored.  They are 100% on this for me and that's why I consider them the best in the business.

The worst of the worst!!! Refused to finish his job after he got paid.
Dumped his corona bottles in my trash can but yet couldn't dump all the trash he left outside. Do yourself a favor and look for a different handyman.
