Andy and crew were friendly prompt and got my leaks found and fixed in a day and a half. And for a great price. He listened to my needs (not wanting to tear into the terrazzo flooring) and came up with the perfect solution. I will definitely always tell everyone to use them :)

One morning I woke up with the smell of sewage in our walk in basement apartment. A friend of mine suggested Laibe and boy was I happy a called by the time he came we saw black water come up . He took care of it and cleared up after he even moped the floor . I was amazed by his service and just all around friendliness.

I have used Bayshore for over ten years. Out tankless water heaters went out during covid and they ordered and delivered and installed with such professionalism.  Jerry personally installed one unit.  Bayshore does it it right and they are hard working and honest

Julio and his crew came same day to fix our kitchen sink drain clog. They were on time and explained everything to me and then some! Fixed everything on the spot! A++++ We will definitely be using them from now on!

Izzy is knowledgeable, personable, and professional.  He spent time with me on the phone to ask questions about my plumbing issue (high water pressure) before even coming out, which was impressive.  He was able to come out quickly and quoted a very fair price for the job and completed it quickly (but didn't rush).   He explained everything he was doing as he worked so I never felt like I was in the dark or that he was doing anything unnecessary.  I would definitely recommend Perez Plumbing and won't hesitate to call them in the future if needed.

Replacing a hot water tank in condo high rise.

A while back-
-estimator's Sales Quote did not match multi installation discount promised to the building.
-estimator tried to upsell replacement of brass parts not needed.
-quoted price to install short boy 60 gal
- 2 young Installers did not know what they were doing to remove old one. They didn't want to remove utility closet door to prevent damage. but did after I made them measure, did not want to cut pvc from a/c air handler that was in way and would break pipes. Again I said measure and took pic of it before any damage.  Then they did. Old 80 gal tank was too wide to be pulled out around the pvc and Freon tubing. I had to problem solve for them how to do that. They installed new tank without a new drip pan. They filled the tank with water and said that is all they could do. An electrician was needed to put in longer wires, the estimator screwed up on that. No electrician that day...I had to wait almost 24 hours for that to be done ???  Over night and next day - no hot water or shower. (No, I won't pay for the electrician that was not in the quote)

All finally finished and they did provide a $100 discount.  But could not recommend. The price was higher than their pitch to get many installations in one building

Great service..we had a need for a new hot water heater ....now ... (ours was starting to leak) and they were there the same day and installed it with precision the very same day!!  We were never without hot water.  A disaster was avoided!!  Thanks guys

When I removed my toilet I noticed that the cast Iron flange was rusted to the point it would not hold the bolts that keeps the toilet seated.  I called the plumber I used in the past and he had never removed a cast iron flange before.  He wanted to charge me $450 because he said it was labor intensive.  Ii noticed on youtube that it was not a $450 job.  I then called John at Hollywood Plumbing and he said he has done a number of cast iron flange removals.  He showed up on time, replaced the flange and charged me $120.  He knew what he was doing and did it quickly and professionally.  Hollywood plumbing is my plumber from this day forward.

Called Bay Area plumbing, receptionist gave the phone number of their master plumber(Mike). I told Mike what the problem was and he said it was the wax ring beneath the toilet, made appointment for the next day. John showed up on time and was very thorough in his inspection. Only after considering all scenarios, John agreed with Mike and removed the toilet and just like Mike said it was the wax ring. Installed new wax ring, cleaned up like he was never there and charged me exactly what was quoted. It's nice to find an honest company nowadays. They are my plumbers for life.

Talk about old school Miami Springs plumber. I have had Dave Bradford do several projects in my house. His extra special skill is in working with Natural Gas. He has hooked up a gas washer/dryer, moved a gas meter and helped with a weber gas grill conversion. His van is like Felix the Cat's bag, he has every obscure attachment possible.

His hourly rate sounds frightening, but he gets the job done in a timely manner and you feel confident that it was done right. It is very, very, VERY hard to find quality work like that.

BTW - He only speaks English. Just FYI

Great service. Water heater went out and called another BIG BOX company to come out, they charged $300 to come out four days after we called and spent five minutes looking at the unit declaring we needed a new one (already a new unit).
Called devil dog and spoke to Aerial, answered right away. He was polite and professional. Immediately opened his schedule and came out within 24 hrs.

Give him a shot, he's got professional knowledge. Did some work on the top of our unit and within thirty minutes we got an education on our unit with a built in fail safe and hot water pumping out. Considerate on cost. Will be calling him again for any other plumbing needs. Normally don't leave reviews but Aerial deserves it!
