I've lived in Clermont for a few years a tried different plumbers. Tom Griffin is by far the best you will find! He gets the work done quick and efficiently and is extremely knowledgeable. He is the only plumber I will use in the future for all of my home and office plumbing needs.

Had issues with two toilets; one had broken screw (plastic?) to floor and was rocking. The other had water running AND found out a sewer backup. Ronnie and son fixed both correctly and timely.
They actually took the time to find the problems and solve them quickly. They spent time explaining the issues, how to solve, and fixed them and at a reasonable cost.
Both were gentlemen and I highly recommend them for plumbing problems.

It's been a joy from the first point of contact working with Action Plumbing, Inc. I suggest giving this crew at shot at the title for your plumbing needs!

5 STARS all the way!! After foolishly spending 3 days and about 100 bucks on various liquid plumber type crap as well as first a 10 foot long snake and then a 25 foot long snake I finally gave up and began what I thought would be a frustrating hunt for a reasonably priced plumbing professional. I needn't have concerned myself. Within a 1/2 hour of putting my request for a plumber through Yelp I heard from Florida Rooter as well as a couple other plumbers. But it was Florida Rooter's pleasant, professional and concerned reply, as well as a reasonable ballpark price for my issue (a stubborn clogged drain), that made me contact them right away. Within minutes of leaving them a message they called and we set up a mutually agreeable time for them to come by. Very simply this is what happened, they arrived ON TIME, Russell politely introduced himself, reviewed the issue with me and got right to work immediately. He found and solved the problem in short order and charged us what had been quoted on line. He cleaned up completely after himself (in fact, the room looked BETTER than when he began his work!). He left us his contact info on a refrigerator magnet and thanked US for allowing Florida Rooter to do the job. In a nutshell, if you have ANY type of plumbing issue, don't wait, just call Sharon or Russell at Florida Rooter. You'll be glad you did. Thanks Russell! 5 STARS all the way!

Let me first say that they service provided was wonderful! The technician that came out was friendly and efficient and did excellent work!
My complaint comes in with price and the amount that was invoiced. When I scheduled the appointment, I described exactly what was needed (our kitchen sink was being replaced by another company and the plumbing just needed to be redone to go from a 2 bowl sink to a 1 bowl and the garbage disposal needed to be hooked back up). I was told over the phone that they bill hourly at a $135 rate. The technician got here assessed the plumbing under the sink for about 2 minutes and then started his work. He was done and gone in less than an hour.
I was charged $135 for his trip here and then $135 for the work that he completed in less than an hour. I was not aware and it was not made clear that they would charge $135 flat rate just for him to drive to my house and spend 2 minutes looking at the plumbing and then would be charged an additional $135 for him to redo the plumbing in less than 1 hr.
I understand charging a certain flat rate for an estimate to be provided as I have done this with other companies but it seems a bit excessive to charge the flat rate hourly fee as the estimate fee as well. I would have never anticipated that the assessment that took all of 2 minutes would cost the same as the work that was completed in less than an hour.
Again, I am happy with the work and the employees that I spoke with were very nice, I am just disappointed at the price charged and that this was not made clear prior to the service being done.

Excellent experience. Had to hire them after my home builders plumbing vendor wouldn't even get back to me probably because of all their screw ups. Was not an emergency but RJ Kielty's plumber came out very quickly and was very friendly, soft-spoken and knowledgeable. I even had some questions off topic of what I called them out for and he even followed up with additional information and a quote if I wanted to use them in the future. Definitely went above and beyond. Now I'm envious of the units across my street because the new homes look like they are built using RJ Kielty. Maybe my neighbors will trade homes.

I am extremely satisfied with Dominion Plumbing, Inc. The owner, George and his team re-piped my house, changed out all the toilets and plumbing fixtures. They are punctual and very professional. George is a good communicator and would always explained the process so that I knew what to expect. I love that they would keep the work area neat and organized and always went above and beyond with the clean up after the day's work. The work has been completed for months now and everything is working perfectly. They also do drain cleanouts. My experience with this company was very pleasant, and I would recommend it without any hesitation.

Avoid this place at all costs. My landlord took a job that required him to move out of state. He and his wife decided to rent their lovely home to myself and my wife. Because they had to leave suddenly, and there was work that needed to be done on this house prior to us moving in, I agreed to be available to let in the people from Pete's Plumbing to re-pipe the house.
My landlord paid and gave them instructions that I was the point of contact and gave them my number, letting them know that I was going to be letting them in and out. So they call when I am driving in to work and want to meet me right then and there to have me give them the house key so that they could have full access to the house. I let them know that not only was I not able to drop everything and go meet them across town, that they had been told that I would be letting them in.
The person I was speaking with (Joey I think, but definitely the co-owner/son of the founder) became belligerent and asked why it was such a hassle for me to give them the key. I advised that I am simply following up with the wishes of the homeowner. He then said to me We have $3,000 of his money, so we will be doing it the way I say, and then he hung up on me.
I texted my landlord and let him know what had just happened, then called back. I got the same gentleman. I asked him calmly why he thought it was ok to hang up on a customer and talk me that way and he apologized and said that it would not happen again. I then explained that there are thousands of dollars of laminate flooring sitting in that house waiting for install, and that I did not feel comfortable handing over the keys with that much loose material laying around, especially with the way that he was insisting. He then said that he would have someone call me to schedule.
A few minutes later I get a call from the same number, but it was a different gentleman. He advised that he can be out there tomorrow at 9 AM. I take the day off of work and head over to the house around 8:30, but five minutes before I get to the house I get a text, not a phone call, saying that they cannot make the 9:00 time. I say no biggie and ask what time they can do this. He says he will get back to me ASAP.
1:00 rolls around and there is still no word so I text back and ask what the time table looks like. I get a reply that there is only one more job and then my house. 40 minutes later I get a text saying Dale is on his way to you. I reply ok, be there in 20
I head over to the house again and sit there for almost an hour when I get a text that says
Very sorry, I have multiple customers texting me and I was unaware I was texting you. We cannot work on your home at all today.
My reply I took the whole day off today. Why tell me you can do it at 9:00 am and then not do it at all?
His response: Because we could have finished it yesterday but you couldn't meet after our conversation in the morning
By this point I had taken about enough, so I call him and realize that the person who is texting me is the same person I was talking to on the phone yesterday. I asked him why he blaming this on me when he had no reasonable expectation of me being available the day before. Then he really became unhinged. Here are but a few snippets of what were said to me, a guy that just wants some plumbing done, by a person that was paid $3k to do a job:
I am 30 years old. This is the only job I have ever had. - Ok, not sure what relevance that has
Me and my dad are laughing at you right now. I have never seen a house so hard to get in to -- my reply, naturally, was hard? All you have to do is call me and set a time
Fuck you. I am not talking to you anymore. Give me the owner's number so that I can tell him what I think about you clowns.
He used the F-bomb about ten more times in the course of the conversation.
In Summary:
*The person that seems to co-own this business, and answers the phones as well as scheduled appointments, is emotionally unstable
*They are not able to keep time commitments. I am not talking about a few hours, either.
*They will, for some reason, insist on having a key to your home despite having someone ready and available to let them in when needed. If you deny them unfettered access to your home then they will become belligerent and curse you out, then hang up on you. This is highly suspicious behavior and makes me feel like they want inside the house for more than ethical reasons.
*They are unprofessional and undeserving of your money. Once you hand that check over all decorum goes out the window.
Contact them at your own risk.

We had some gurgling in our toilet and it was slow to drain, then we made the mistake of plunging it. Next thing you know, sewage in the shower. Not good.
We checked reviews for plumbers (not here, obviously) and found Brownie's had a good reputation on Google. Our request was to have them come out and clear up the system to make it usable.
Ultimately, we paid for service and they never corrected the problem. Instead of taking the time to evaluate the system, they used our problems as an opportunity to sell us services we didn't need.
The first guy came out and said we needed to drain our septic tank. We have a wooden gate that gets a bit sticky, so he pulled off a board from the gate and left it tossed on the ground.
When he attempted to pump the septic tank, he asked us to flush the toilet. He told us the pipe he used to drain the tank should be vibrating, but nothing was going through it. Turns out we didn't need our septic tank drained.
He made the call to his manager and then said another man would need to come out who would need to work inside the house, as the problem was not in the septic tank.
The next man came out, but said he didn't need to enter the house. He spent some time outside working and told us everything was alright. According to his work order, he said he snaked a drain. We have no way of telling if we needed this service or if it did any good.
Apparently, it didn't help. The gurgling problems in the toilet continued, so I called my first complaint to Brownie's and they told us a specialist would come out.
Some specialist. This guy was dressed for the office, not plumbing in the field. He spent five minutes, poked the ground and told us we needed a new septic tank & drain field at a cost of approximately $4500.
When we asked him how he came to this conclusion, he wouldn't answer. Then he spent 15 minutes writing up a quote. Magically, the price dropped a bit when we told him we'd be getting a second opinion.
After spending nearly $500 without a real benefit, we brought in an independent plumber. Now this guy was great. He was an older guy with years of experience who spent over an hour listening to us, evaluating our system and assessing the ground.
Bottom line, he said our septic tank was fine, it never needed to be pumped, and there was no immediate need for a drain field. Our problems happened after a torrential rain storm and that affected the drain field. We may need to replace it at some point down the road, but it's fine right now.
I made my second call to Brownie's to complain. A manager spoke with me and said that he would send out someone at no charge to evaluate our system. That never happened and he never called back to follow up.
After nearly two weeks, we called back yesterday and repeated the same complaint. A receptionist took notes and promised that we would have a call back today. Unsurprisingly, we never got a call.
We've given Brownie's plenty of time to correct a problem, but they just keep blowing us off.
It seems that Brownie's preys upon the ignorance of its customers to sell them expensive and unnecessary services. I think that's the epitome of a scam business.
My recommendation is to avoid Brownie's Septic and take your business elsewhere.

Had a scheduled repair appointment for my Rainsoft unit today. Was told when I made the appointment 2 weeks ago that the tech would call in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. Not only did I receive no call, but when I went out to check the mail at 2:30pm, there was a bill for $40.00 stating I wasn't home at 1:00pm when tech arrived. I WAS HOME! Doorbell works. No music, TV, dishwasher, laundry, or anything to cause me not to hear the doorbell. I wish zero stars were an option.

Hello, please don't disregard it. this has a lot of truth that has been hidden from u by irresponsible owners and criminals they hire. 4-H PLUMBING INC also has a bunch of drug users doing your work. Most of them are pot heads and even a few with stronger habits. This theft issue was given to the so called owners but they were fearful of loosing your business they were never going to report it to you. They even had one of there employees arrested due to theft. So if you have 4-H PLUMBING INC doing the work for you, you might wanna watch out for your valuables. they don't do background checks, because if they did they wouldn't have a convicted felon that has done prison time in your customers home.

Was tailgated, verbally assaulted and run off the road on Primrose between Anderson and Curryford road in Orlando by The Plumbing Specialist. The Speed Limit is clearly marked at 25 mph and this guy was screaming and yelling out the window, attempted to run me down, pulled up next to me screaming obscenities'. I attempted to flag down a police officer at which point the old guy in the van started racing up to the back of my vehicle, waving his arms, and screaming foul language. The driver was old, red and gray hair, and in a manic state. He should not be driving a vehicle, much less a lettered business vehicle. I was in fear for my life on 08/18/20. I wouldn't allow this company in my house much less near any of my family or friends. He is a danger to others.
I have pictures and license plate as well as a picture of the magnet on the side of the van as proof.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Doesn't pay his employees on time and alters their pay to benefit himself. He makes excuses for paying and has the highest turnaround of employees i have ever seen in the industry
