R. J. Kielty did the HVAC work on our house as new construction.  Not only did they follow up with us after our move in, they have continued to provide annual preventative service and maintenance at a discounted rate.

While doing a pre-summer inspection they noted that our water heater needed to be drained of mineral buildup.  Because they were already here checking on other systems, they offered to do it for us for no additional charge! I mean, who does that anymore?

They appreciate customers that call them BEFORE there's any issues to resolve. We plan to have them install a water softener for us in the near future.

Service these days seems to be a missing element in so many industries.  It's refreshing to find a vendor that remembers the importance of repeat customers.

Their scheduling and follow up is first rate, and they offered s few tips to help us make the most of our system.

We hope to build another house in the near future. We'll be using R.J. Kielty for sure.

Called them to check on a leak we had in the hallway of our rental property. Was told that there was a leak in the foundation and they referred me to a leak specialist. Come to find out, the water line to the refrigerator was leaking. After spending $250 to be told that by the leak specialist, RJ Keilty told me that they weren't sure how closely their plumber looked at the issue but they only make that mistake sometimes. Really?? Never again!!!!

I have been a customer for three years and would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. On several occasions I've had the same plumbers come to address various issues and each time they are friendly, knowledgeable and make me feel valued. They have a customer for life.

have R.J.Kielty for about 20 month now. I always had the technician Daniel Martinez (he did a great job), but unfortunately he is no longer in this firm.
On their website you can schedule a service. Because there is a leak somewhere in one corner of my house I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 12 and 4. Monday Morning went by and i called after 12 because I didn't hear anything re my scheduled service. Then I was told, this is not a scheduled service (even if it says so on their webpage), this is just a request. And they are not able to answer requests in a morning. So my appointment was the next day. The plumber came to find out, he can't locate the leak. So he ordered another firm to locate it (another $250 for about 30 min work). Today the plumber is scheduled first thing in the morning. It's 8.45 am now. I just called R.J.Kielty (at 8.30 am) and I was told the plumber is coming from Deltona. (Obviously he lives there). So I said that can mean he is here in a few minutes or he is still there. Then she said, I told you he is in Deltona... she meant he is still in Deltona. According to the gps its at least 1 hour to get from Deltona to Hunter's Creek. I assume at this time in the morning its at least 1 hour and 30 min.
While I'm writing now this review (it's 8.45 am) I got a text message the technician is on its way.
My other incident was, when I had a bursted pipe on one of my toilet (during the night). Due to the circumstances I had to turn off the water in the whole house. First thing in the morning I called R.J.Kielty to schedule an appointment. I was told the technician will come between 12 and 6 pm (a 6 hours window!!). Since I know how Daniel Martinez works I know he will call when he is on his way. 5 hours went by - no call. At 5.15 pm I called the company and was told, they rescheduled my appointment to the next day. No call to me!!! I was waiting since 12 pm. We had NO water (no toilet) the whole day - my bathroom was soaked and the water was running the night before already into my bedroom (I cleaned what ever I could). So Daniel Martinez had to come in the night.. It was dark, cold and he had to crawl into the bushes to find what he was looking for. He told me, he was working in the afternoon in my area, but then they sent him up to Winter Park. And now he had to come down again to Hunter's Creek (and has to go back up to Winter Park, because he lives in this area.)
The office people are just rude and have no clue how Customer Service works. There was not even an apology because the technician is still home at 8.45 am (there was no apology either when they resceduled my URGENT appointment without giving me any information about it).

update: after all - the technician did a GREAT job and it was REALLY hard work to find the leak. But he didn't give up even when the position (between the air condition and the house wall (about 9 inches space in between) was really inconvenient for him to work).
I would give 6 stars if he would have start working earlier then 10.45 and did not leave in between for 2 full hours (while I had to wait again and did not know when he is returning).
So he ended up finishing around 3 pm.

I do not recommend this company especially if you are an investor.

I had a leak in coming from my upstairs shower/tub. They would not work on this citing that the cast iron tub is too old and they don't want to be responsible for ruining a tub. Their solution was to change out the tub which cost nearly $2000 which would solve the issue. Obviously, I am here to tell you that it did not solve the issue. If anything the work was done so poorly that the tub was not level on installation. I had to get them to come back out to relevel it. Next month, the plumbing was leaking again where the trap was connected to the drain of the tub and also where the overflow tube joins the plumbing under the tub. Unbelievable. There are so many good plumbers out there I would choose someone else.

Jon Watson came to my house to fix my toilet, and he did a great job! He did the work very quickly, and when I asked if another specific part should be replaced, he said no and did not try to sell me service that I did not need. What a great plumber!!! I highly recommend.

My son just paid for one of those discount 29.00 maintenance tune- up specials at his house and told me that the tech threw up his hands a half hour into his inspection and said because of  numerous conditions that the whole a/c system needs updating by replacement at the estimated cost of ten thousand dollars.
I called R.J. Kielty who had sent Dale to do a seasonal maintenance tune up at my residence just a week ago. Dale cleared the lines of obstruction at the drainage and replaced a shrader valve that was leaking . The system was declared working fine for it's age. You get what you pay for. I feel those discount prices are a ploy to get a quick talking salesman/tech with his own agenda in your door. My feelings were confirmed. I will never call U.S. Air Conditioning again.
I had chosen R.J. Kielty through on line research. A company that supports community causes and hires employees that feel the same way I feel would have the interests of their customers in mind.
I will share this experience often because I am sure many seniors have likely been taken for a costly ride by nefarious technicians and it saddens me.

We spent several dollars on a home renovation that included two bathrooms and a kitchen. RJ Kielty provided services to install fixtures and plumbing which included working with an older home existing copper piping. A month after renovation completed we experienced a leak on the same pipe the plumber worked on. When we called about water on the floor he explained it was residual water from cooling the pipe he soldered on. The water showed up two more time in the same place. The plumber explained it was residual water and then proceeded to spray foam inside the hole where he worked. Water showed up on the floor exactly one month later. The leak was found 2 inches from the plumbers solder connection. If he would have simply looked in the wall hole he made he would have saw the leak and it could have been repaired saving money on new repairs to the wall, drywall and paint. RJ Kielty would not honor the repair work and charged us full repair cost which was only $200. The issue is not the $200. Bottom line is RJ Kielty charges a premium for their services. You do not always get what you pay for. They have hacks like any other company out there. Beware.

I called RJ Kielty in October for a replacement Water Heater.  They came out within days and promptly gave me an estimate.  I put off the work until 4/11/13, but they still honored their estimate.

Bill did a great job.  The old water heater would not drain and didn't produce much hot water.  Bill had no problems removing the old one and left no trace he was there (other than my new water heater).

To top it off, they offered a free A/C inspection/tuneup since I bought a water heater.  Not a bad deal.

Their water heater prices were the best I found in town.  I am very satisfied and would hire them again.

I can not say enough about the great work this company does. I had problems last year and Mark , my technician, fixed everything including a leak in the shower that needed wall access.

He recommended their maintenance plan and I am glad I bought it. I had my yearly inspection today and we found a leak in the bathroom, inside the wall somewhere. The leak detection people will be out Friday and then I will get RJ Kielty back out to fix things up. He turned off my hot water so it doesn't get worse. On the bright side, at least we get cold showers this week.

They are honest and fair and Mark talks to you so you can understand what is needed.

Thanks for being Plumbers

Update- I decided to get my work done from a different referral. I will still use them in the future.

R.J. Kielty is the worst contractor I have ever done business with.  They absolutely do NOT stand behind their work.  The people that I dealt with were rude beyond belief.  They pulled crap such as  place me on hold indefinitely, sometimes just transfer me to an unused extension with a blank voicemail message. They did a no show for the appointment to come out and fix their problem.  When they didn't show I called and was told the plumber was on the way.  They never showed.  These people just flat out lie.  They don't even try to hide it, they think this is some kind of joke.  A bunch of assclowns.  Details follow:

I purchased a new dishwasher from Lowes and contracted R.J. Kielty to install this dishwasher.  They did the install without the noise insulation blanket.  I did not know this at the time.  Several weeks later I contacted Whirlpool about the excessive noise and they informed me that this model was supposed to have the insulation blanket.  I don't know if the dishwasher was delivered without one or not.  The installation instructions include a step to secure insulation blanket.  If it wasn't there I should have been told and I would have returned the dishwasher.  Since then I have gone round and round with R.J. Kielty and there service manager in New Port Richey, some assclown named Jesse Francher.  Most recently I waited for a plumber to show up this morning 2/9/18 from 8:00AM until 12:00PM.  They never showed. I gave up at 12:30PM.  I even called at 11:30 and the dispatcher said they were enroute.  Nothing but lies from these people.

At this point I surrender.  I have ordered a replacement insulation blanket online and I will hire another plumber to do the install.  I will then take r.j. Kiely to small claims court to recover my losses.

Yelp says I live in NY but I currently live in Port Richey, FL.

Called them out Monday 6/14/21 for toilets overflowing.  Technician arrived at 6 and left at 10:30 p.m.  Couldn't find clean out which is outside.  I've only been in this house for 2 weeks.  He went through the vent stacks and then snaked toilets inside and said it was due to a tidy bowl attachment that had gotten loose and entered the system.

He said it was under a 2 week warranty and I paid $440.68.  Originally it was supposed to be around $340 but after he snaked it, he said the total was now $440.68.

Next day, 6/15/21, toilet overflowing again.  When I called, I was told to turn off water under toilet, which I did.  Same technician came back, this time he took off the toilet in the master bath (not the one that overflowed) and snaked from there.  Toilet in other room that overflowed and had water shut off was now gushing water into the room.  I noticed it and told the technician who came in and shop-vac'd the water out.  I asked if the gushing water was because of him snaking the other toilet and he said no and then I asked if the wood floors lifted if they would be responsible.  He said we would cross that bridge if we get to it and I called his supervisor, who has still not called me back.

After several hours, he says, I don't know what the problem is and we have to come back tomorrow with a camera because I have iron cast old pipes.

Wednesday, 6/16/21, different technician comes, tries to find clean out outside.  Unsuccessful.  Does not use camera and tells me it won't work under water, so did first technician not know this?  He snakes from vent stacks...again and seems surprised when I tell him the other technician already did this.  He now says he doesn't know why the other technician passed the job on to me and that he will have to come back with a piece of equipment that will help him find the clean out!  Not sure why that piece of equipment wasn't on the truck.

Scheduling calls me after he leaves and says they are busy with OTHER clients and can't come back until Monday.  I say, I AM a client and why aren't they coming back tomorrow when I can't use the toilets or anything water driven since I'm on a sewer system.  I push the issue and she checks with a supervisor and now they are coming back Friday afternoon.

This is unacceptable.  I think I'm getting pushed off because this is under warranty.  The communication between the technician and the lack of a supervisor calling me back has me livid.  I'm sure that if they had already paid and not been able to use the water for a week in their OWN home, they would be pissed.

READ the reviews.
I will never use this company again.
This will now be 4 days I have to take off work.

First of all the reason it took so long to get this done is NOT Keilty's fault but mine.  I typically do not receive much but marketing calls on my cell phone so I do tend to ignore it, which means that I was the reason that they could not get back with me regarding the repair.

Let me start out by saying something  that I forgot to mention in my initial review.  This company did a great job with an extensive/difficult remodel.  There were 5 bathrooms that were completely gutted, kitchen completely gutted, water softener moved, two outdoor gas tankless water heaters to install...so it was a big job and I guess maybe in retrospect I should have been a little more thankful that there have only been issues with two toilets out of all that work and one of the toilet malfunctions was surely our fault.  But on the other hand maybe it was the great service that we initially had that made it so difficult to believe that this last toilet was such an issue.  Well it isn't anymore....

Bill and Cara from Keilty came out and not only spent 2 plus hours completely redoing the flange and installing the toilet they also did the following...
1.  repaired and replaced parts in the tank so that it flushed smoothly.
2.  grouted the toilet
3.  installed a new line from the wall to the tank
4.  removed a stain from a different toilet and left directions for removing future stains
5.  offered us a free yearly maintenance contract for one year for all of our plumbing fixtures.

AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A THING...

They were here for over 2 hours.  Explained everything they did in detail to my wife, cleaned up after the repair and left my family with a feeling that this is truly a remarkable company.  So much so that I am embarrassed that I ever doubted them in the first place.  Especially since the master plumber that oversaw our initial remodel, Ken, was so kind and patient with us.  I really liked him.

So if you use any other plumber...that's your loss.  These are not only great plumbers...they are good people and they have my business for life.

Jon did a great and fast job repairing my leak under the slab in my kitchen. He took care to minimize the size of the hole and make easier and less expensive to patch the concrete.

Towards the end of January, I requested a quote from R.J. Kielty specifically for a hybrid / heat-pump water heater, after seeing that type mentioned on their website. The person they sent knew anything about this style of water heater, which wasted my time and left me frustrated. I then contacted the general manager via email, to let him know about my experience. I never heard back.

Ultimately, I went with Meares and was very happy with that choice. R. J. Kielty might be good for smaller installations or repairs, but I personally will not be using them for anything else.

I hired them to add a water filtration system. Plumbing was already in the garage. First try the guy cut and left old system on garage floor. So after a week you notice hard water deposits on your shower and the water smells like chlorine. The city told me the old one had a clogged filter which I told the guy. I left for work and he and my girlfriend decided the smart play was to disconnect. Obviously this does not filter. I even left a credit card which he had no problem charging. It took time to get time off work and wait the 4 hour window for plumber number 2. I put girlfriend on a time out after this. Second guy was in a hurry. Came back on Saturday again I waited 4 hours. He said first one was worth changing filter. Took off charge plumber 1 did. Sold me a big expensive one with carbon filtration. I in theory understood why the little one would have a problem again low water pressure. I was sick and tired of the run around. Did not want to drink the toxins any longer. Unfortunately you couldn't look up system online. Company says to discus your needs with a professional which was him. Money versus your time or toxins and stained shower and dishwasher. He said they would guarantee any future work. He may be getting a good grade if he I still right. However, he could have told me the day before his intentions so I could research.
Plumber one and girlfriend bad review. Paying money for nothing?

I've used their services about four times since 2009. Always on time and great on emergency calls like today. Got to my house in under an hour from my call! Fixed a cut water pipe in two places from an industrial weed trimmer.

Prices are reasonable and quality of service is awesome. I'm having them back next week to do some other work for me.

I'm also signing up for their water softener service. They provide the salt, two cleanings a year, and include a full warranty with the service!

I had a furnace and AC installed over a year ago and it still isn't right. The inspection failed several times for electrical, duct work. Improper floor in attic, etc. They did no follow-up on inspection and each time I had to call them to prompt them to do anything about it. They didn't appear to have good records in their system because every time I called they acted like they didn't know what was happening, or that the inspection still hadn't passed. When I called the original sales person who was very helpful during the install he said he would take care of it but never called me back. When he didn't,  I called him and left to messages and texts and no response.  In  September a technician came and evaluated the system and said that the static pressure was not correct and that it needed a different intake vents and the duct work adjusted and that it would be a few days while they ordered parts. I never heard back from them. When I called them this week 6 weeks later they said there were no parts on record of being ordered and the lead person called me and left a message saying there was no need for parts. I'm so frustrated with this company that I am thinking about litigation. I hear that Kielty is very good with plumbing as they have done it for a number of years,  But I would never have them install AC or heating. Please look elsewhere. These people don't communicate and they don't keep records and they don't resolve issues.

Amazing this week was a terrible week but R. J. Kielty got me through with ease. First my A/C went I called 3 places and went with R. J.   This was not the first time I used this company. But now tonight a holiday weekend at 7 pm bam my hot water heater went. Called R. J. the answering service took my information and I received a call back in minutes!!
Then the guy was at my door within 20 minutes. By 10 pm all was done AMAZING!!!!! Thanks to Steve he was great!!
Did I mention the A/C was put in the very next day all done before sunset those guys were great too. They stayed until I was able to sync my phone up to the a/c. This is a wonderful company and I feel lucky to have found them. Shop around but make sure you call this company you will not be disappointed.

I don't want to give any stars. Worst company I've ever dealt with. They were hired to install A/C unit on July 9th! After 20 visits, 4 no shows, 5 inspections a foot through the ceiling and never an apology or restitution for my time and trouble on Oct 21st it finally passed. I've called several times to speak to owner Tom and have never heard from him. I've asked for warranty to reflect final inspection from Manager Mike and have not received that yet (it's now Nov 2nd). I call and no one will talk to me. I have been lied to on several occasions by all groups of staff. Flat out lies!!!
Don't use them for ANYTHING! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Sometimes we all need a professional plumber.   This is the only company I will call.  Every one of their technicians knows what they're doing,  and normally a team of 2 are sent out.
Maybe they are a little pricy.  But the old expression,  You get what you pay for definitely applies here. Cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap.
Their techs show up on time, have everything with them on the truck, and work clean.
And importantly, this outfit has been in our community some 50 years;  this is a true family business that you can trust to stick around.

They came out after my water softener burst and filled my lines with residue.  They were professional and kept me informed throughout the process.  My shut off valve was filled with water and they could have easily said I had a leak however they checked and said the box filled up from the water softener when it burst and did not try to charge me for an unnecessary repair.

We had a major plumbing leak in the late afternoon and called RJ Kielty Plumbing.

They offered to come out the same day, they offer night service, but we were OK with them coming the next day.

The plumber, James, was friendly, polite, informative, and tidy - even with having to use a jackhammer in our living room/hallway to access the pipes.

We felt the estimate/pricing was fair, and the repair was made in good time - less than 2 hours.

Check for their coupons in local sales circulars or online - we used a $25 off coupon.

We definitely will call on their services again, should the need arise.

And best of all - no butt cracks!

The two person team from R.J. Kielty showed up today to perform a much-needed AC (Air Conditioning) duct cleaning at our new home. They were both polite, informative, efficient and left our home as clean as when they arrived.
The two-hour job left the AC ducts clean and Tim, the more senior member of the team answered some important questions relating to AC maintenance procedures and what to expect in the future when the AC system will require replacement. Tim's honesty in responding to my questions and offering to perform a couple of additional tasks while he was there, made it easy to give a rating of 5 stars.  We WILL be returning customers based on this superior service.  Thank you so much!!

Had them set to do some plumbing work. All of a sudden they wanted an extra $530 outside what was contracted for. There wasn't any additional work. Nothing was changed other than they just decided they wanted more money. The guy that gave me my original estimate was no longer with them and I guess they thought he under bid. The new plumber wanted $380 to install a $36 part and $150 to install a $5 part. These crazy prices popped up as additional costs because they didn't want to do plumbing work when contracted to do plumbing! I won't let them back in my house and I suggest to anyone else to run. They will rip you off if you let them.

They came out checked everything, unfortunately the problem was not a plumbing problem. It was an electrical problem, which he found this out before he left and offered to help in case an electrician could not make it out. Highly recommend A++
Thanks, Will Martinez

I would recommend with caution. Though they assumed full responsibility for their work and eventually made it right; it took 13 days, four appointments and two technicians to complete.  I would give Mark Wilcox a half star for his shoddy work.  But would give RJ Kielty finally making things right and Bill Anderson four stars.  Average three stars.

We had a slab leak in the garage on Friday 25 May.  On Sat and Sun technician Mark Wilcox worked on the repair, but each time didn't have all the parts. He made some temporary repairs; we finally had water after 60+ hours.  However, Mark didn't return to complete the repair.

Contacted the office regarding the incomplete repair, Mark returned on Fri 31 May.  He started working, but again he didn't have all the parts.  As I left for my volunteer job, Mark left to get more parts, for the third time. Mark completed the repair in my absence.  The repair was a disaster and definitely not up to RJ Kielty's standards.

Contact the office again, Kielty assumed responsibility for the quality of the repair. Senior Tech Bill Anderson and trainee arrived on 06 Jun.  They removed Mark's shoddy repair and started over.  Finally, Bill finished the job to our satisfaction.

In the end, we never received an apology from the company, nor any consideration for the inconvenience.

We just purchased a townhouse with  a A/C unit that is over 10 years old.  I called RJ Kielty on a referral from a friend.  I called for service and was scheduled for a noon arrival time. The serviceman, Kyle, called at 9:30 to say he was on his way. WOW a company that turns up early, instead of making the customer wait.  Kyle serviced/tuned up my system all the while wearing booties so as to not track dirt in the house.  After completing the service, he proceeded to explain what he found. At no time did I feel pressured to buy any product or service that was not needed.  Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.. When service and eventually a new A/C unit is needed RJ Kielty is the first company I will call.

I had arrived at my home to find that I had a flood in the master bathroom........I phoned RJ Kielty and was greeted the next day by a most pleasant man: Will Martinez.........he got to work on the problem right away........as it was a high water pressure issue........he immediately checked all the vulnerable areas of my 5 bathrooms and found several other leaks that were brewing.........he worked long and hard to correct this problem and had to come back another day to finish the work........he explained everything and provided excellent service........RJ Kielty should be proud to have Will Martinez as such a diligent and pleasant employee and very respectful in other peoples homes........thank you and I will request Will again the next time I need service.......

Beware of this company no matter what kind of plumbing needs might have!!!
The people working for this company do not a  have valid driving license. Some have suspended drivers license from having DUI's. They drink on the job while their supervisor supply's  the beer to the job site. None of them can pass a drug test as the smoke marijuana daily and then get behind the wheel. We are at risk!
I am reaching out to whoever reads this so we can take caution  if you see one of their vehicles on the road.
I can guarantee you if the company wants to prove me wrong and give the employees a drug test that would be awesome. But I'm sure more that half of the company would be fired unless they sweep it under the rug. Some of the employees are stealing materials (bathtub, pipe etc)from this company and doing side jobs. I would love for the owners to reach out to me so I could let them know what is really going on with their company.
This is the only company I know of that doesn't require a drug test upon being hired.
It truly is a shame.

Terrible.  I had a blockage on Saturday night, so I was ok with the guy coming out in the morning at 10am on Sunday.  He showed up 1.5 hours late, and he was dispatched from a location 80 miles from my house.  He was very rude, reminded me of his other jobs he had to do today, told me it would be expensive, and failed to find the clean out cap after 1.5 hours of looking.  After I contacted the builder of my home, he came out and found it immediately.  The service tech then was very argumentative with the builder and was generally rude.  The problem was fixed, but not after a lot of complaining, making me feel bad for even calling to fix the problem.  If you can use another service, do so.  It's not worth your frustration.

We had RJ Kielty come out to investigate a mysterious sewer odor that was coming and going.  They performed a smoke test for much less than another plumber's quote and properly diagnosed and resolved the problem.  More recently they came out to try to identify the source of a prior leak in a Kitchen Island and when they could not find a problem there was no charge even though the plumber spent a good 45 minutes onsite.  We will use them again in the future.

I found RJ Kielty through Angie's list when my regular plumber couldn't schedule me in for several days. Proof that everything happens for a reason because I now have a new regular plumber! Anthony was very professional, courteous and kept me in loop as to what caused the kitchen sink leak. Prices were fair and I wasn't kept a hostage in my house all day waiting.  :)

I sent an online message to them through their website over the weekend, they called me back promptly.  They sent out a technician, he gave me an estimate and came out to do the work.  James Argo was efficient, punctual and professional.  Great experience!

Worst company ever!! If you use Duke Energy this company sends a crappy tech who smokes the entire time leaving cigarette butts all over the lawn. Don't ever use the tech Chris...he smokes and then comes in the house and stands around trying to catch his breath. Took him 12 hours to put a water heater in. Then when he was done I had no water pressure. He then spent more time trying to figure that out. I called to complain and Chris had a fit. I was very uncomfortable because I was alone. My husband had to leave for work. The company refuses to take any responsibility because Chris hooked up a 21 amp water heater to a 20 amp fuse causing our fuse to trip every time we use hot water. To make matters worse after Chris left my bath tub faucet had no pressure. We had to call and have another tech out. That tech had to take the faucet apart to get all the sand out of the line that Chris left since his whole job was a sloppy mess. The second tech leaves and sure as anything when my son went to take a shower the faucet comes apart and busts because it wasn't put back in right. The company refused to fix it. We then had to go buy a faucet. Put faucet in only to find out that the pipe line leaks a major amount of water!! Our floor is getting wet and water is rushing under the house if we put water on! They refuse to back up the work because we use Home serve through Duke energy for coverage...BUT THE PIPE WORK WAS NOT COVERED AND WE PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR THAT. YET THIS COMPANY WILL NOT FIX IT!!! When the electrician came out and told us that the reason the hot water fuse keeps popping is because the hot water tank is a 21 amp and the our fuses amps are 20 and I called the R.J. Kielty they will not get on the phone because they said I need to deal with Home serve who I am covered by. REALLY EVEN THOUGH THEIR TECHS DID AN ILLEGAL JOB?? So now that I paid out of pocket for the electrician come in so I can have hot water...I still can't run my water because no one has been here to fix the pipe because Home Serve is having to try to work with R.J. Kielty who refuses to fix their techs mistakes. On top of it all ...the tech Chris also did not pin the wires back and did not have the metal panel piece screwed on to hold the wires back. Our electrician found the panel and one screw on the floor and the wires hanging out all over the place. For 4 days I have had to run outside put my water on just to flush my toilets, fill up bottles of water and wash up etc. before too much water get leaks and messes up my floors. I do not understand a company who does not back up their work. I called and complained when Chris was here and the next morning yet they refuse to fix this sloppy, unqualified techs work because it will cost them money to send someone else out to fix the problem that Chris caused. Now I am waiting for Home Serve to hopefully figure out who is going to fix my pipe. I pay for the coverage to have my hot water heater fixed or replaced in case of an issue, I paid extra for the piping and yet at least before R.J. Kielty came out I had a faucet that worked , piping that worked, a fuse that never popped and cold water. ...so I guess asking for hot water was too much because now that they came out ...I have an extremely leaky pipe to the point that I cannot leave my water on, a fuse that pops every five minutes if the hot water is on(so I had to pay an electrician to fix), and had to buy a new faucet. I think I was better off just having cold water and skipped all this extra trouble and money for a company who comes in and milks Home Serves insurance money and then refuses to come fix their mistakes!!

I have had them out several times for plumbing and HVAC issues. They were great. Knowledgeable courteous and were able to fix everything as promised.  I signed up for their plumbing and HVAC Customer service programs. They have overcharged me every month since August. They will not return calls, emails, voice-mail to correct the situation. I understand I have to speak to Krystal but she is always in a meeting   Unfortunately I am going to have to discontinue using this company unless this is resolved.

I just called this company to get an estimate about repiping my home, installing a water heater, and installing a new HVAC system.  I first spoke with Rosina (good service) and set up a time for them to come out and quote my repipe job and that a man named Steve would call me back to schedule hvac. Steve called me back to gather information about my Hvac.   His customer service was not at all what I expected.   He seamed like he just got out of a bad meeting.  I never had them do the job. Either give Steve a vacation or train him how to speak with potential customers.
