I called them to replace a shower panel, they tell me that the job is easy and their estimate is $800 for labor. $800 to buy the shower panel for a store that is 5 mins away and to spend 1 hour replacing it. These guys are absurd....

It is comical to see how this gentlemen tried to cover up his screwup by lying about what occurred that day. All involved know he never called or showed to correct his error.

One of the sink faucets in our master bath broke so we decided to replace both sink faucets and their 4 shut-off valves and water supply lines. We purchased all of these from Home Depot, but our condo management requires a licensed plumber to do anything which requires them to shut off the water lines. So I called 3 plumbers to get an install quote. Hernandez Plumbing, also found on Yelp, quoted $500 for the project, & a contractor I've used before quoted $370. Coastal Plumbing was the only one to quote an hourly rate for the labor & estimated it would take 2-3 hours. At their reasonable rates, it would have been the lowest quote even at 3 hours.
On the scheduled day, Eddie and his assistant in training arrived 10 mins. EARLY (a rarity in Miami), and got right to work. He realized, in short order, that the new faucet drain plugs required different sized PVC extension thingies then the ones that fit the old drain plugs. So, rather than making me pay for his time to go get the parts, he gave me a different sized version of the parts he needed so I could run to Home Depot for the parts while he continued to work on the faucets.
He was very meticulous in his attention to details, like making sure the faucet handles lined up perfectly straight, and cleaning everything as he went along. Yet he worked quickly. It ended up taking him 2.75 hours because the old sink was so rusted. Still, despite the excellent and friendly service, it still cost me less than his competitors.
It is obvious that Eddie is not only very good at what he does, but that he is also passionate about doing a great job and providing excellent value and customer service. He's a good guy that does people right and he deserves the success that is coming to him.

I highly recommend Laz. Rooter Plumbing Service for many reasons. He is professional, arrives on time, explains what the problem is, fixes the problem, charges reasonable amounts, and he's a really nice man. I will most certainly use him again if I have another plumbing problem. I found him through Thumbtack.

Excellent job. Very honest friendly. Sole proprietor. Not a big corporate plumbing company which is perfect for homeowner.
I was comparing tankless with regular tank water heater. Coco fee for install and tankless heater was great! 1200.00 for 2 full bath. BUT costs to upgrade electric with electrican to 200amps for tankless was $2-3k alone for FP&L upgrade in home. Plus I needed eprmiot fro electrician. Was not worth electric upgrade to accomodate tankless in long run.
Coco did upgrade in my tank to 60 gallon and an expansion which was fantastic. Done very well. Clean and efficient.
World of difference in effciency and water pressure etc..
I plan on using Coco to install a tuib and upgrade bathtub.
I used Paypal to pay.
Perfect!
6 stars!
IMO - No need to shop around for any other plumbers.

We knew our septic tank was full and way overdue to be cleared out. We were just being lazy about it. One morning we woke up and saw the Dr. plumber truck outside in our neighbors yard. We flag them down and ask them how much it would be to empty our septic tank. He gave us a quote which we thought was reasonable and we asked if we had to call and make an appointment. He was able to squeeze us in and said he would just pop over when he was done with our neighbors yard. We were running out the door and said we would be back and he said no problem. When we got back the work was done and they were waiting for us in our yard. They took the payment and that was that. Quick service and very nice guys. We took their carand plan on using them again in the future. It was a very quick interaction but honestly very pleasant and easy and that's exactly what we want it.

Customer service has gone way down hill! I was stood up for a plumbing appointment to which I confirmed a day in advance. After taking work off, I called and they promised someone would call me back right away to reschedule...no such luck. I called again in the afternoon, same song and dance from them and yet no return phone call to apologize or reschedule. Very disappointing and unbelievably unprofessional with no regard for customer's schedules and busy lives. I do not recommend this company.

I used Delmar plumbing for a unit on my condo, first he was nice and went to the place fast, he cleaned the line below the unit but never cleaned the unit kitchen pipe from the inside. 3 days after the unit got flooded with dirty water coming from the kitchen pipe, when I called him to go back and fix it, he told me he would have to charge me again and that his job does not have warranty. Now I Understand why so many of my colleges told me never to use this company. I will not recomend it to anyone.
