Scott at Express Sewer Solutions was awesome.  He answered all my questions and took time to explain what was possible wrong with my well pump.  He took his time and even suggested I try priming the pump to make sure I tried everything before he came out.  You don't find service like that anymore.  Thank you Scott.

If you are having a plumbing problem stop researching who to call and call Eddie right now.  He gets the stellar reviews for a reason.

We located a jet stream leak in the crawl space under our home that needed to be taken care of right away.  We called Eddie on MLK day, and despite the holiday he answered the phone and scheduled to come out the following afternoon to check it out. He showed up on time, early actually, for our appointment. In our case the leak was far under our home and access was very challenging.  We are talking the only access was a 2x3 ft grate opening behind the AC unit and a clearance of 2-3 feet inside. With good humor he got right down to it and army crawled all the way under the house to see what was going on. Once he found the problem he unfortunately did not have the part to patch it on hand, but he went to the store to buy it and returned to fix it within the same afternoon. He patched it up quickly, and even took before and after shots and a video for us to send to our insurance provider. Since it was his last call of the day, for good measure he even stuck around to give us a few tips and advice for improvements (even found another small leak) and assisted with a small toilet repair.

Working with Eddie was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. He is honest, knowledgeable, from my experience extremely fair with his pricing, and a down right nice guy.

I will be keeping his contact number in my phone for all future plumbing related issues and give him my highest recommendation.

The work got completed but it took a lot of time and energy to get everything done.
1. They were called in to check on a valve that supposedly needed to be changed per dishwasher delivery team. They came, on time, checked the valve and said all good, no need to change. Told me delivery team should know better, that they'd come back to install it if needed.
2. After delivery team came back and said they could not install the dishwasher, All Dade came back to install it. They actually had to CHANGE the valve - had they changed it the first time, it would have taken 30 more minutes and saved everybody some headaches. And I would not have been charged twice. They came 2.5 hours late to install the dishwasher, after I was told they would come during first morning slot between 7 and 9. I had to call 3 times to get some response and before they eventually dispatched someone.
3. Dishwasher finally was installed. Sometime during install, the water heater tripped. The tenants told me that they never had hot water when they returned the next day. No one was in the house between dishwasher install and them returning with no hot water. I was told this is just a coincidence. Water heater has been on for 2 years without tripping once. Was charged again to switch it on.

This has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience overall.

Requested an immediate quote and within a couple of hours someone was at the house. Very professional and Fix the water leak immediately. I will highly recommend him, great price not like everyone else in Miami that wants to get your money and walk away.  They pay attention to Details. Thanks

I was comparing tankless with regular tank water heater. Coco fee for install and tankless heater was great! 1200.00 for 2 full bath. BUT costs to upgrade electric with electrican to 200amps for tankless was $2-3k alone for FP&L upgrade in home. Plus I needed eprmiot fro electrician. Was not worth electric upgrade to accomodate tankless in long run.

Coco did upgrade in my tank to 60 gallon and an expansion which was fantastic. Done very well. Clean and efficient.
World of difference in effciency and water pressure etc..

I plan on using Coco to install a tuib and upgrade bathtub.
I used Paypal to pay.

IMO - No need to shop around for any other plumbers.

We knew our septic tank was full and way overdue to be cleared out. We were just being lazy about it. One morning we woke up and saw the Dr. plumber truck outside in our neighbors yard. We flag them down and ask them how much it would be to empty our septic tank. He gave us a quote which we thought was reasonable and we asked if we had to call and make an appointment. He was able to squeeze us in and said he would just pop over when he was done with our neighbors yard. We were running out the door and said we would be back and he said no problem. When we got back the work was done and they were waiting for us in our yard. They took the payment and that was that. Quick service and very nice guys. We took their carand plan on using them again in the future. It was a very quick interaction but honestly very pleasant and easy and that's exactly what we want it.

But I would like to tell you about a rather unpleasant situation I experienced with them. Our toilet was not properly functioning and they fixed it and we were told that this service was guaranteed for 3 months or 1 year if we bought their equipment.About 4 weeks later the toilet stopped working and we to get it check out. We were initially charged over $300 to fix it and today they found that the piece was dirty and they fixed it charging us an additional $94 when the service was supposed to be included as part of the guarantee of service. When I called the office a very rude person answered the phone she was very defensive and did not allow me to talk always overriding my concerns. I of course paid what they were demanding. But I can assure you I will never again in my life be utilizing this company as I feel that they are basically selling one service and offering something totally different. I feel I have been robbed by this company.I would seriously consider choosing a different company for plumbing issues because it would be a shame that others would have the same dreadful experience that my family has endured.

I had used Hernan and Del Mar Plumbing in the past when I had noticed a wet spot on the wall near my shower.  Originally, I was told  that I simply needed to buy a shower curtain with magnets on the bottom and the issue would be resolved.  
After I obliged these idiots, bought the shower curtain with magnets, and STILL had water damage, I insisted that they fix the problem.  
Apparently, Hernan told me, there WAS a leak from the main condo line that was causing the damage.  He supposedly repaired it, but when I continued to have problems with my shower (months later) I caled him back and got major attitutde and defensive quips.
I finally decided to call a different plumber and when he went to turn the shut-off valve for my unit, he informed me that there was major flooding underneath coming from a rusty 2 inch hole in the main line that was damaging the electrical lines.  Great.

Really, Del Mar?  You didn't see this? Baloney.
