I contacted Fort Lauderdale Plumber to install a replacement toilet that I had ordered myself. It was a Duravit one-piece toilet, so it was very heavy. I used Fort Lauderdale Plumber because they had done very satisfactory job replacing my ceiling-mounted rainfall showerhead the month before. The company sent the same plumber, Andrew Krobatsch, as they had sent to me last time to replace the showerhead. Andrew did another amazing job! He was able to remove the old heavy one-piece toilet and efficiently install the new heavy one-piece toilet all by himself, as well as clean up the work area and take away the old toilet. I am a very satisfied customer; Andrew did a five-star job! I highly recommend Fort Lauderdale Plumber for your plumbing needs.
I'll never use another plumber as long as Tim is in business. He got back to me in minutes, came to my house promptly and got to the source of my problem in a short time. What a great guy! I highly recommend Fort Lauderdale Plumber!
1. Misquoted price (the employee over the telephone said the price and all of a sudden a day or two before they were to arrive to install the toilet a different employee said that we were hugely misquoted, personally I think that the company should've eaten the cost and given us the first price that was quoted!
2. Improper Disposal (the workers were told that they couldn't discard the toilet or any other parts in the garbage dumpster here, and still they threw the tank in the dumpster!) We could be fined for this!!!
3. Improper parking (the workers were told where to park after unloading the van.
Great communication and service. Unfortunately my problem was an refrigerator problem not a water line problem so Angel wasn't able to fix it. Only after he tried a few things with the waterline did he realize it. I was charged for the service call and part, but not the whole job since my problem wasn't fixed. Angel was considerate and friendly and did his best to help solve my problem.

About 2 years ago I searched Yelp for a plumber in regards to a water line leaking. Based on the outstanding reviews, i called Tim and explained my problem to him. He arrived 20 minutes later, used a hydraulic crimping tool to replace a small section of the water line where it was leaking. The entire job was finished in under an hour. The price was very reasonable.
I recommended him to numerous people over the next 2 year's and called him to do some work on my water heater recently.
Tim has a great personality, he does outstanding work and is extremely honest.

They seem nice and profesional but they are exorbitant expensive, I mean, ridiculous, borderline robbery expensive. That shows the work ethics, so I would never use or recomend them.
I hired these guys to unclog a shower drain and fix a bathroom faucet. Angel and Carlos were courteous, honest and professional. They finished everything in under an hour. Another high profile plumbing company had previously given a ridiculous quote for the same work. I'm glad I didn't hire them and found Fort a Lauderdale Plumber instead. It cost way less and the work done is of top quality. These guys are going to my go-to plumbers from now on!
I called Tim at about 10am to install 2 bathroom faucets. He quoted me $200 and had one of his guys at my place by 11:30am. Faucets installed perfectly complete at 1:30pm. Thank Tim. I couldn't have been happier..
Holy smokes what a great plumber. I was out of water for 3 weeks waiting on a family friend. When that fell through, I asked him and a couple other plumbers for a quote on yelp. He gave me a fair deal, other places wanted to charge double. The next day he came over and installed it all the same day. Quick and easy! Definitely recommend. I just has Angel come to myself to fix a toilet that had been running off and on for a few months. Another plumber had already come to look at the toilet and suggested that we change out the flapper, which did not solve the problem. I saw the excellent reviews on yelp for this company and decided to take a risk, and I'm so glad I did.
It was easy to get an appointment, and they scheduled with me for the next day. They were in touch with me throughout the day to discuss the timing of their arrival, etc... and even sent text message updates, which was great.
As it turns out, I needed a new toilet the old toilet was a one piece, and so they couldn't replace the parts inside. Angel actually drove to Home Depot to pick up the toilet, delivered it and installed it in just an hour. He was quick, efficient, and very trustworthy. And, the price was very reasonable.

What an honest and kind person! I called Tim the plumber with a problem with the cold water knob in my bathtub and the solution ended up being very simple to fix. He walked me through how to fix it over the phone, saving me time and money! I will be sure to call for any future plumbing needs.
I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom and water was leaking downstairs through the A/C vent. I called a couple of places and from the beginning FT Lauderdale Plumber was responsive and offered competitive and fair pricing. I spoke to Nicole on the phone and she answered all my questions and was very nice. Andrew called me the day of the appointment that he could head in earlier, which was great because I wanted the issue to be fixed ASAP. He checked what was happening and told me it could be 1 of 2 things, but I appreciated that he didn't immediately want to make a hole on my ceiling (since that would have meant an even bigger expense for me). We hired Ft Lauderdale Plumber to repair a leak under our kitchen sink. Angel was the plumber who came out, and within minutes was able to find the leak. It was in the wall. Luckily he had the materials at hand, and 2 hours later repaired the water pipe. Thank you for your prompt service!

My experience was not satisfactory. Paid 150 for a service call to have my hot water heater repaired. He replaced the thermocouple on my hot water heater and the next day the heater went out again. He came back again to service the unit and by the following day the heater was out once again. After speaking verbally with Tim I was promised he would be out again to take another look at later that day. He never showed up and when I asked where he was he said he was on a job up in boca and I would probably need to replace a part that would cost me 200 just for the part. I ended up getting a second opinion and the second opinion was such a simple fix he didn't even chargeI guess I am out 150 for something that was never fixed.

Truly a great company. We had a major blockage in our sewer and it flooded our bathrooms. We called Ft Lauderdale Plumber today and Ray came out today. He assessed what the problem was and fixed it almost immediately. He is a very nice,personable and knowledgable young man who knows his job and the cost was very reasonable. We found this company on Yelp and if we have more problems with any plumbing situation this will be the company we will call. They sent a plumber to my condo who was super smart, and arrived almost exactly within the minute they said he would. As a situation has it, it's going to be a fairly complicated installation project, since the builder cut some corners, some work has to be redone.
What's odd is that I was promised to get a quote for the work the following day, which never showed up. I'm sure when I remind them of that they will send it, but the follow up could been better. I'll update the review if I hire them to do the work.

I cried after the plumber left. I really should have listened to other reviews.
--Charged double the price than another plumbing company I hired afterward who did a much better job than them.
Tbh, if they could do a decent job, I don't mind they charge more, but they provided low-quality faucets, left the job unfinished until I asked the plumber to fix/finish;
--Bad attitude, playing two-faced to me and my husband. Disgusting;
--Showed up late (more than 1 hour) every time they came;
--Left tools and trash here and there in the house
*They charge $75 initial consultation fee, if you decide to move on with them, they promise to credit to the total charge. That's a lie. They didn't credit me.
Fortunately, I found another plumbing company to fix the pipes, install the vanity and toilet who charged half of the price and finished the job in 1.5 hours, and even took out the trash.

Tim came over to my residence and snaked a clogged pipe then went right over to my bar and fixed a toilet that was leaking and ice well that wasn't draining properly. I highly recommend Fort Lauderdale plumbing to any job out there, big or small.

It's a Saturday afternoon when I realize my plumbing problem is not one I can handle on my own. I was extremely fortunate to have Tim respond to my request with a clogged line which was causing a back up in my master bathroom shower and toilet. He spoke to his tech Angel, who was supposed to be finished working for the weekend, but he agreed to make one more stop. Angel came right out and within an hour of my first conversation with Tim, the nasty back up in my shower and toilet was just a memory. I'm so thankful I did not have to wait until I could arrange time off work to be home to get this resolved! My bathroom was unusable and it would have been a major inconvenience (as well as very unpleasant) to have had to wait until sometime during the week. Tim and I agreed on what I believe to be a fair price for the service prior to Angel's arrival so there were no unexpected charges or add ons. After Angel completed the job Tim called to make sure I was completely satisfied with the completed work. Based on my experience today I can honestly say Fort Lauderdale Plumber will be my go to for any future plumbing needs! A straightforward, honest, well run business which takes pride in putting their customers first seems to be hard to find these days, but I found one today!! Thank you Tim & Angel!
Tim is a knowledgeable and upstanding professional. I thought we had a slab leak. There was water coming up from a crack in the floor next to the toilet. The crack appeared out of no where. Tim came by right after another job he had nearby - only 2 hours from the time I called. He quickly identified that we don't have any leaks. We just needed a double wax ring on our newly installed toilet. And the leak in the wall he identified as not coming from any pipes, but from the roof, and suggested we called a roofer if we want it fixed. He quickly identified the problem - which is something my husband and I can fix ourselves - and didn't charge us anything. He was also great with my crazy dogs who were jumping all over the place. I didn't have a leak, but next time I do - or if I need anything for my water heater - I will call Tim because he is honest and he knows what he is doing.

From start to finish this was the best plumbing experience I have ever had. The woman who set up the appointment was very nice and I promptly received an email confirming date and time. This morning I got another email saying that Zach was on his way. He promptly fixed my problem and gave me some very helpful information on a couple of other issues.

I was sort of in a time crunch, as this was necessary to finish installing new floors and subsequently move in, so I opted for a pro rather than to follow a YouTube tutorial and do it myself. After just the removal in ONE bathroom, a hole in my wall, and a broken toilet flange, I was charged $800. The plumber worked for a little less than an hour, was going to charge me another $800 to put the toilet back on and put the vanity back, and another $1600 on top of that for the other bathroom (which I of course opted not to do at this point). I have since spoken with several other contractors who all tell me this is 2-4 times the usual rate. After calling the business a couple of times asking to speak with someone in charge, the plumber who did our work returned my call and insisted that all they could offer was a $100 refund. Unacceptable. Next I got a call from the managers secretary, now offering a $200 refund. At this point, I feel like they are just trying to get away with as much as possible rather than making right what So I told them that is still not enough. I was robbed. Lastly, they had one of the owners call me. He asked what was going on. I told him. He said I was completely robbed. He said he would handle it. He said I would get a $400 refund. Later that night, I got a text saying they were going to refund me $325. These people took advantage of us, and are trying to get away with it as much as possible. Absolutely ridiculous.

After buying a new home we noticed a leak in the ceiling so we called Tim. He seemed very helpful and knowledgable so we had him come look at the leak. He came out to the house two days later to identify where the leak was coming from. After replacing a few parts to the toilet he said the leak would be fixed (he had told us he was taking the toilet off but later mentioned as he was running out the door that he was unable to get the toilet off in fear of breaking it). I found this to be strange that as he was working he would not have come down to let me know he was unable to get the toilet off. The leak was not fixed so we called tim again and he came out free of charge. He was here for about 15 minutes did not say much or explain what he did besides that he was able to take the toilet off this time and replaced the wax ring. He was quick to run out the door again probably annoyed he had to come back a second time.... Three days later and the toilet is still leaking into our first floor ceiling. We will be calling a new plumber to have the problem fixed because Tim was unable to do so and always seemed ready to run out the door.

Tim is a very nice guy, honest and serious. I had a leaking toilet to repair and Tim rebuild both the tank and the bottom part of the toilet. The price was by far the best after having had another couple of quotes. He came also for a follow up call after a piece had broken after a week from the initial repair and did't charge anything. 5 stars +
Had a leak in a older copper water line that was in a very tight spot. Andrew came out and made the repair. Fast and clean. Will use again when the need comes up.
Quick response, solved what had been a terrible problem. Prices were fair. Jonathan technician was great, took only an hour or so to complete sewer clog issue that was impacting the entire house. Thanks again.
Tim is super honest! Showed up in 30 minutes. Highly recommended using them. Happy we found them and will definitely be using them for our new project.

I called them to replace a shower panel, they tell me that the job is easy and their estimate is $800 for labor. $800 to buy the shower panel for a store that is 5 mins away and to spend 1 hour replacing it. These guys are absurd....

They sent a plumber to my condo who was super smart, and arrived almost exactly within the minute they said he would. As a situation has it, it's going to be a fairly complicated installation project, since the builder cut some corners, some work has to be redone.
What's odd is that I was promised to get a quote for the work the following day, which never showed up. I'm sure when I remind them of that they will send it, but the follow up could been better. I'll update the review if I hire them to do the work.
Andrew came to Install a Faucet and drain. Andrew was on time, he answers all my questions. Also, he did not take a lot of time to complete the job. He makes sure was no leaking. Thank you Andrew.
Tim is an incredible guy and an excellent plumber. I have never met someone so honest and affordable in the repair business before. I had a non-urgent item and Tim came out first thing the next day to help me get it fixed. Other plumbers quoted me crazy amounts for what was a straightforward job. Tim asked for pictures first so he could ensure he had everything for the job. He also accepts and prefers credit cards for payment so no having to pull out cash. No one is ever excited to call a plumber, but when you need one, Tim is your guy.
I called Tim at about 10am to install 2 bathroom faucets. He quoted me $200 and had one of his guys at my place by 11:30am. Faucets installed perfectly complete at 1:30pm. Thank Tim. I couldn't have been happier..
Holy smokes what a great plumber. I was out of water for 3 weeks waiting on a family friend. When that fell through, I asked him and a couple other plumbers for a quote on yelp. He gave me a fair deal, other places wanted to charge double. The next day he came over and installed it all the same day. Quick and easy! Definitely recommend. He is caring and there is a reason he gets good reviews.
My experience was not satisfactory. Paid 150 for a service call to have my hot water heater repaired. He replaced the thermocouple on my hot water heater and the next day the heater went out again. He came back again to service the unit and by the following day the heater was out once again. After speaking verbally with Tim I was promised he would be out again to take another look at later that day. He never showed up and when I asked where he was he said he was on a job up in boca and I would probably need to replace a part that would cost me 200 just for the part. I ended up getting a second opinion and the second opinion was such a simple fix he didn't even chargeI guess I am out 150 for something that was never fixed.

It's rare you find someone in this world with such integrity as Tim. I called him because my shower handle broke and wouldn't shut off. He walked me through the steps to take care of the problem, told me what part to buy, even texting me a picture of what I needed, and how to replace it. Who does that? He could've said I'll be there when I can and it'll be $$$$. I definitely plan on using him in the future. Thank you Tim!

First of all, when I called in to ask if they could come out today to unclog a drain the guy said in a pleasant and professional voice Sure, that would be no problem at at all, almost like my asking for their service wasn't an inconvenience to his day!!!

What an honest and kind person! I called Tim the plumber with a problem with the cold water knob in my bathtub and the solution ended up being very simple to fix. He walked me through how to fix it over the phone, saving me time and money! I will be sure to call for any future plumbing needs.

I called to schedule a plumber to fix a leak under my vanity in my bedroom. They sent a plumber and he repaired the pipe and before leaving the building turned the water back on in my apartment. I left the building and returned three hours later to find my bedroom vanity area and closet flooded and water leaking into the apartment below. I immediately called their plumber- he wasn't available to come back to my apartment. I called the building plumbers and they showed up quickly and helped to get the situation under control. I had to hire them for two visits and a water mitigation company to try to dry out my apartment and the apartment below. I spent thousands of dollars that evening to fix a problem that Fort Lauderdale Plumber caused. When I spoke to the owner he threatened me and informed me that he is or was a police officer and he would get the police to my unit to question me because he doesn't believe me and that he uses the Fort Lauderdale Police for these types of things. He was aggressive and hostile. He accepts no responsibility for the damage caused to my home. Be careful not to trust these guys!

Tim is a knowledgeable and upstanding professional. I thought we had a slab leak. There was water coming up from a crack in the floor next to the toilet. The crack appeared out of no where. Tim came by right after another job he had nearby - only 2 hours from the time I called. He quickly identified that we don't have any leaks. We just needed a double wax ring on our newly installed toilet. And the leak in the wall he identified as not coming from any pipes, but from the roof, and suggested we called a roofer if we want it fixed. He quickly identified the problem - which is something my husband and I can fix ourselves - and didn't charge us anything. He was also great with my crazy dogs who were jumping all over the place. I didn't have a leak, but next time I do - or if I need anything for my water heater - I will call Tim because he is honest and he knows what he is doing.
First I would just like to say thank you for the professional job that Luis did on my project. Luis did a great job and really went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. He definitely was customer focused, over communicated, and is an asset to your team.

The team responded quickly and were able to come out the next day to address issue. Service tech was friendly and walked me thru process and cleaned up after project. Only issue was price was higher than expected or planned from earlier conversations.

Tim (owner) is a very candid person who came all the way to apologize and offered a refund. I hope the world has more businessmen like Tim.
I cried after the plumber left. I really should have listened to other reviews.
--Charged double the price than another plumbing company I hired afterward who did a much better job than them.
Tbh, if they could do a decent job, I don't mind they charge more, but they provided low-quality faucets, left the job unfinished until I asked the plumber to fix/finish;
--Bad attitude, playing two-faced to me and my husband. Disgusting;
--Showed up late (more than 1 hour) every time they came;
--Left tools and trash here and there in the house
*They charge $75 initial consultation fee, if you decide to move on with them, they promise to credit to the total charge. That's a lie. They didn't credit me.
Fortunately, I found another plumbing company to fix the pipes, install the vanity and toilet who charged half of the price and finished the job in 1.5 hours, and even took out the trash.

Truly a great company. We had a major blockage in our sewer and it flooded our bathrooms. We called Ft Lauderdale Plumber today and Ray came out today. He assessed what the problem was and fixed it almost immediately. He is a very nice,personable and knowledgable young man who knows his job and the cost was very reasonable. We found this company on Yelp and if we have more problems with any plumbing situation this will be the company we will call. Needed service on our clogged outdoor drain and Tim at Ft. Lauderdale Plumber was one of the first to respond.
He was thorough in providing options and quick to dispatch a service person based on my availability.
Alfredo, who completed the service, explained the work he was doing in a way I could understand and was quick and professional. The prices were also reasonable.

Normally, I don't write multiple reviews for the same company but since my first review, Fort Lauderdale Plumber has completed multiple jobs on several of my rentals. Andrew recently did an amazing job by replacing the valve for toilet that was leaking and also replaced the main valve (it was old and rusty) with an access door. From the moment you put in a request, you get a text and email, then when Andrew was en route, I got a text, he kept me informed of all the stages and then sent me photos of the finished work. Then, I got a link where I could pay online from the comfort of my desk. I love these guys :)

I just has Angel come to myself to fix a toilet that had been running off and on for a few months. Another plumber had already come to look at the toilet and suggested that we change out the flapper, which did not solve the problem. I saw the excellent reviews on yelp for this company and decided to take a risk, and I'm so glad I did.
It was easy to get an appointment, and they scheduled with me for the next day. They were in touch with me throughout the day to discuss the timing of their arrival, etc... and even sent text message updates, which was great.
As it turns out, I needed a new toilet the old toilet was a one piece, and so they couldn't replace the parts inside. Angel actually drove to Home Depot to pick up the toilet, delivered it and installed it in just an hour. He was quick, efficient, and very trustworthy. And, the price was very reasonable.

After buying a new home we noticed a leak in the ceiling so we called Tim. He seemed very helpful and knowledgable so we had him come look at the leak. He came out to the house two days later to identify where the leak was coming from. After replacing a few parts to the toilet he said the leak would be fixed (he had told us he was taking the toilet off but later mentioned as he was running out the door that he was unable to get the toilet off in fear of breaking it). I found this to be strange that as he was working he would not have come down to let me know he was unable to get the toilet off. The leak was not fixed so we called tim again and he came out free of charge. He was here for about 15 minutes did not say much or explain what he did besides that he was able to take the toilet off this time and replaced the wax ring. He was quick to run out the door again probably annoyed he had to come back a second time.... Three days later and the toilet is still leaking into our first floor ceiling. We will be calling a new plumber to have the problem fixed because Tim was unable to do so and always seemed ready to run out the door.
I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom and water was leaking downstairs through the A/C vent. I called a couple of places and from the beginning FT Lauderdale Plumber was responsive and offered competitive and fair pricing. I spoke to Nicole on the phone and she answered all my questions and was very nice. Andrew called me the day of the appointment that he could head in earlier, which was great because I wanted the issue to be fixed ASAP. He checked what was happening and told me it could be 1 of 2 things, but I appreciated that he didn't immediately want to make a hole on my ceiling (since that would have meant an even bigger expense for me). Other plumbers wanted to immediately make a hole. Anyway, he called me to give me the price, which I felt was fair, got it fixed quickly and was very courteous to my tenants. Thank you Andrew and Nicole! Definitely saving your number for any future issues or recommendations.
From start to finish this was the best plumbing experience I have ever had. The woman who set up the appointment was very nice and I promptly received an email confirming date and time. This morning I got another email saying that Zach was on his way. He promptly fixed my problem and gave me some very helpful information on a couple of other issues.
Fort Lauderdale Plumber is most definitely my go to plumbing company from now on.

Another high profile plumbing company had previously given a ridiculous quote for the same work. I'm glad I didn't hire them and found Fort a Lauderdale Plumber instead. It cost way less and the work done is of top quality. These guys are going to my go-to plumbers from now on!

It's a Saturday afternoon when I realize my plumbing problem is not one I can handle on my own. I was extremely fortunate to have Tim respond to my request with a clogged line which was causing a back up in my master bathroom shower and toilet. He spoke to his tech Angel, who was supposed to be finished working for the weekend, but he agreed to make one more stop. Angel came right out and within an hour of my first conversation with Tim, the nasty back up in my shower and toilet was just a memory. I'm so thankful I did not have to wait until I could arrange time off work to be home to get this resolved! My bathroom was unusable and it would have been a major inconvenience (as well as very unpleasant) to have had to wait until sometime during the week. Tim and I agreed on what I believe to be a fair price for the service prior to Angel's arrival so there were no unexpected charges or add ons. After Angel completed the job Tim called to make sure I was completely satisfied with the completed work. Based on my experience today I can honestly say Fort Lauderdale Plumber will be my go to for any future plumbing needs! A straightforward, honest, well run business which takes pride in putting their customers first seems to be hard to find these days, but I found one today!! Thank you Tim & Angel!
