Luis did a great job fixing my bathroom plumbing issue. Arrived on time, did a great job and price was reasonable. Super nice guy and very polite. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. Picked up after himself and the bathroom was as clean when he left as before he started working on it.

I called Morata at 7am on a Monday to help with a clogged kitchen line (disposal + dishwasher).  Their team picked up my call right away, sent me a text to fill in details and had someone out to my house by 10am for a free inspection.

David Aguilar inspected and determined some sun-optimal plumbing construction but were very reasonable about when/how to deal with it in the future.  He unclogged the pipes and everything seems in working order.  Professional, friendly and effective.

I didn't comparison shop so don't know if the pricing was high or low but I'm glad to have the work done well.

I called them at 8:30am on a Saturday and very professional the owner answered and said they would be at mu house at 9:30am and they where there. Very professional super amazing customer service. If I had to use them again I would. I strongly  recommend them. Thank you for your service

The did a really good job when our toilet broke and we needed help quickly.

I have a professional looking kitchen faucet. The kind with a long neck and coiled looking stayer. Anyway, sprayer wouldn't retract...I tried turning to de tangle and ended up twisting up and now had no water flow. I could not untangle and had to call plumber due to access

Well after arriving...and I explained what I did and how it would basically be him with longer arms being able to twist back I to place ...plumber did it took less than 5 minutes and ( drum roll please )
Charged me 80 dollars
But I got a break!!! Normally he would've charged 110

I had lines backed up and needed a plumber ASAP . If you've ever called any contractors in Miami you probably already know most of them will never call
You back or they will keep you waiting forever . Not R & N plumbing . I called at 9:30 am and this man was at my door at 10am and had my toilets and showers working fast . I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

I have been treated most unprofessionally by this company and particularly the Manager Bob Puglisi. He shouted at me and then hung up on me.

I had two new toilets installed by them in September of 2013. I placed a service call and they came several days later on December 5th. I was told they would order parts and return. When I called to follow up they said the parts were never ordered.

They sent a second person this morning. He also could not repair the toilet and said parts were necessary. When I called to find out when I could expect the parts, they told me to call the manufacturer.

At that time Mr. Puglisi came on the phone, shouted at me and hung up.  I strongly suggest that no one use this vendor.

I did call another plumber. The toilet was fixed in 20 minutes. He brought the part with him.

We have used Ron, Barry & Chet for our properties for years. They always do wonderful work & show up on time.

When I used to let a handyman do anything plumbing related, I ended up regretting it, as it always had to be re-done by Serota. So now I am wise enough to always use Serota Plumbing.

Your driver for the truck with the tag HJYW80 is a horrible driver putting peoples lives at risk and cutting them off with no indication. I would not want a wreckers driver like that representing my business
