Juan was punctual, efficient, and affordable! When I called him after hours because my bathroom was flooding, he told me how to stop the water flow and asked if I preferred to wait until normal business hours when his work would be less expensive. He then arrived as promised at 7am on Monday morning to fix the problem! I would hire him again without a doubt.

BEWARE. Simply needed the hot and cold connections to my washing machine replaced. Was given no estimate. The only tool involved was a wrench and some plumbing tape and they initially wanted $300 for a job that took less than 20 minutes. They came back with 254 and I finally settled on 170 only because the tech sent was great and l just wanted it done. Should've just said, take me to court

I called Dick Rosher plumbing and spoke to Stephen Davis. He was very quick to respond to my call. I needed my water heater plumbed to the outside for my insurance company who told me last minute that this was needed before they can ensure my house. He came the same day to review the issue and gave me a fair quote. He had it repaired by the end of the following day. Stephen and his team were fast, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend Stephen Davis for any of your plumbing needs. I will use them again in the future.

Frank came out at 10 o'clock at night to fix my busted shower! He was true to his word and charged me what he told me.  He fixed the and provided great service!!! Highly recommend

Honestly can't believe I'm only the 2nd positive review for this establishment because my first project with them was one of the best experiences I've ever had with ANY establishment or business in the last 35 years.

I'm sure I'm not alone.  At least you know Need A Plumber isn't paying people to submit fake reviews like other businesses.

I've owned & renovated a few homes & I've hired & worked w/ every kind of service provider.  I'm not easy to impress & have very high standards.  It ALWAYS starts w/ that first phone conversation.  If they aren't patient & plugged-into my questions & needs, there's a good chance no one else will either & I move on.

Courtesy, patience & professionalism was truly my experience from beginning to end.  Plumber exuded positive energy (i.e. leaves no negative vibes lingering in your space),  & respected the fact that he's still a stranger in my home.  No ego, defensiveness, or irritation as I watched & learned.

They didn't charge to just come out like others.  Their piece-rate & hourly rate was very reasonable w/ no outlandish minimum's.  It would be too good to be true if they didn't deliver on my every expectation.

Sincerely hope they generate the quality & numbers of clientele they so genuinely deserve.

This past week was crunch time in the office. The plumbing issues at home was really not helping the situation. I Googled plumbing services in Brooklyn and yelp was one of the first options, so I hopped on it and saw Dovis yelping reviews. I was hesitant to call on Sunday, thinking that they're probably too busy to see me this week but a very nice gentleman answered the phone and set me up for a Tuesday appointment (this morning). It happened to be Dovi who showed up promptly at 9am to take a look at my sink leak. I don't know much about plumbing but Dovis really helped me understand what the issue was, where it most likely originated from and how to resolve it in the best way. He told me I needed a certain pipe replaced which he might have in the truck. Sure enough he came back a couple minutes later and installed the piece where there on the spot!
The process was so sweet for a service company, especially for a plumbing job. I figured with such a professional experience, he would surely make me pay for it. But considering i was paying out of pocket, i found his pricing very reasonable for the nature of the job.
Dovis was delightful and professional to deal with from start to finish and I will definitely refer him to friends and family in the neighborhood.

All I got to say now is... Dovi... you're #1 in a number 2 business ;)

Excellent service!  I think the plumber's name is Chris and he knew what the problem was just from us describing it. He and another plumber came in and  fixed the problems quickly. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely call them again.

Great service ! Prompt and thorough. Even on a holiday -service was on time and communicative. I appreciate this local business and you should give them a try. It's a real family business and they take pride in their work. Javier Delgado was the best and so knowledgeable and polite. They won't disappoint you.

My mother is retired and needed help with some plumbing issues. This company is horrible, they did not want to fix the problem and wanted to charge a $45 for just coming and not doing anything...and they used rude, intimidating tactics. Don't ever hire this company. Apparently they have never heard of Yelp before, maybe they will treat their clients better.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Try another plumbing service.

This person is not advisable to hire to do plumbing work. He charged me to do a job in my bathroom. The tenant had to call two times and he never responded to correct the problem, the toilet was leaking. I had to eventually contact him to correct the problem we also called him for another job.  In back apartment Tenant called saying that there was a leak in the kitchen he never showed up and with  causes a flood in the apartment. He is not a man of his word! he said he was going to come and he never showed. Also if you hire individual make sure you ask for his license to make sure that you know who you're dealing with. I made a big mistake I never did.
