I hired Metro-Dade Plumbing to install a water heater. The plumber was professional and kept his work space very clean. Definitely recommend!

We are so happy that we found Jehveh Plumbing! We hired him to fix some chronic plumbing issues we discovered in our newly purchased home. We had multiple plumbers come to give quotes...Jehveh was extremely reasonable and we felt like he was being honest with us, not taking advantage or price gouging. He was easy to contact, quickly responsive, reminded me of the appt the day before, and arrived on time. He did a thorough assessment and gave us his recommendation for an immediate fix as well as a long term plan, and explained his reasoning which we appreciated. He completed the job quickly and kept us informed while he was working, showing us the broken pipes and what he did to fix it in real time. When him and his teammate were finished, they filled the dirt back in and the dugout area is barely noticeable! They left the worksite clean and free of any trash. He even checked on some additional issues we were having. Jehveh is clearly knowledgeable and honest and we look forward to working with him for our plumbing needs in the future!

Had a leaking shower that dripped all night and called Bay Plumbing but never again. Unresponsive and rude dispatcher. If you want to be ignored and teated rudely call them.

Service representative wanted to charge me $1,300 to find a refrigerant leak and then tried to sell me replacement R410A at $150/pound until I told him that I knew better. One of his competitors found a leaking valve in about two minutes.

Don't bother!
I called Empire, a family run business, when I noticed a leak in front of my house coming from the base of a tree in the yard.
I clearly explained the problem to the dispatcher. I am not sure why then, they sent out a technician, Michel, (who after talking with him for a while was not an experienced plumber) for a problem that was more complex than a clogged pipe or toilet.
Michel had to call Phil (the business owners son) to assess the problem. It took almost 2 hours and multiple phone calls to the dispatcher before Phil finally arrive.
Footnote: Each time I called the dispatcher I was told that Phil was 10 minutes away.
Once he finally arrived, Phil explained what needed to be done. He said he would get a proposal drawn up in a couple of days and have it emailed to me. He verbally quoted a repair estimate between $1,800 to $2,200.
2nd Footnote: When I commented I was not a plumber, Phil said he was not a plumber either?!
I waited for the email proposal and finally had to call (7 days after the visit) to follow up. I was told that it had already been emailed to me. (Not true) I asked them to resend and miraculously I received the proposal.
The price on the proposal was higher than what Phil had quoted so I called to renegotiate the cost. Each time I called (6 times over several days) I was told that my call would be returned.
I never received that call back so I moved on...I suggest you do the same if you are considering using Empire as a source for your plumbing solutions!!

Negative star. Horrible customer service and the staff is very condescending. Not certain how a company could remain in business this long. They remind me of Seinfeld's Soup Nazi character. In addition, the dude that took care of me was not even that Knowledgeable - Treated me like I was an alien wasting his time and made it sound like part was impossible to find. So I left , went to ACE hardware and replaced 6 O rings and the problem was resolved and it cost me $2 dollars and 40 cents. Stern Brothers is an old school place that treat customers like crap and should not be in business. No soup for you !!! .. Next!!!!!!!!!!!!!
