ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

My name is Mikal Anderson Jr, I am the Owner/Operator of Quick Drains Sewer and Drain, LLC. I got into the Drain Cleaning and Plumbing Industry when I was 18 years old by going to a Temp Agency to get my foot in the door somewhere. I landed a job with a small plumbing company putting new plumbing in a Dialysis Center. Two years later I found a better opportunity with a better and at that time new company. I worked for them for 10 years and then decided I wanted to go into business for myself. As a kid I always wanted to run my own business and as a result I opened up Quick Drains Sewer and Drain, LLC.

Our garbage disposal was leaking and we weren't sure how to fix it so I googled some nearby plumbers. Mikal responded right away and gave us a cost and set up an appointment for the next day. He came earlier than expected and that was awesome because we hadn't been using our sink for a day and he fixed it very quickly and was very professional and explained everything that was wrong with it. With my husband being disabled it's very hard for him to bend down and get under the sink and do certain tedious things around the house and we are also on a limited income so we were afraid some plumbing company would reach out and charge us a ridiculously expensive price and just take advantage of us but we didn't get that with Mikal. We would definitely use you again in the future though I really hope nothing else breaks anytime soon!

Mikal with Quick Drains was super helpful. He responded quickly to my request for assistance, and even helped me try to troubleshoot the issue myself. The issue persisted, so he came out and took a look. He was professional and courteous, and took care of our issue. Would definitely use this company again.
