Doc's Drain Cleaning

I had an estimate completed in June. Now that I'm trying to schedule they are unresponsive. I will update if they ever respond. I called them last Friday, the guy said they would call to finalize everything on Monday. Monday comes, no call, I call on Wednesday, the phone is disconnected. I email Wednesday, no response. I call again today, the phone is disconnected.

They get the drain snaked out & toilet pulled for around $180. They always say it's rough....1st clean out EVER...they said that.  :0)  They are not high pressure sales.  I still think they're one of the best companies out there.

After calling every advertised plumbing company all night to no avail, decided to call Doc's Drain Cleaning once morning hit around 7am.  All the other 24 hour companies or most of them had referred me to this company so I felt I would give them a try.  They must be well known in the business.  They do not advertise 24 hour service, but with all the let downs from companies who do offer 24 hour, it didn't matter at that point and it was morning.  A nice gentleman answered phone promptly, realistically advised they couldn't get out there until 9am (no broken promises).  They were at my house by 9am, and did a fantastic job clearing up the issue.  They listened to what we had to say, listened to my father who had made repairs in past, were fast, efficient and a really good price.  They guarantee their work for 60 days.  The men were very nice and customer service oriented.  They helped clean up the mess in the shower.  After being disappointed by all the other companies all night and extremely tired and needing to use water for my 82 year old veteran father who has stage 4 renal failure and needed to be cleaned up and taken to dialysis that day, they were the best!  And they gave a senior discount without us even asking for one or knowing they offered one witnessing my elderly parents, both in their 80s and wheelchair bound.  This company has a heart and is not just out there for the money.  Plus they know what they are doing and do excellent repairs.  This is a locally owned business and I feel the best in Colorado Springs.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Excellent service and price. I called with an issue two previous plumbers could not fix. Between the two that couldn't fix it I paid a total of $785.00! They both told me that because the snake kept getting stuck at 65 feet and they couldn't get through any further that I had a collapsed pipe or major tree root damage and would need extensive repairs. I waited days on each company to come too.  I called Doc's on a recommendation and he was at my house in under 30 minutes. I told him the issue and how much I've already paid for my still yet unresolved issue. He said he'd try and if he couldn't get through the blockage, he wouldn't charge me. Guess what! He and his co-worker did get through! They got through to over 110 feet and cleared the blockage. He also told me I do not have a broken pipe and as a matter of fact it wasn't my roots it was from the roots of a neighboring tree. His prices are reasonable and his a very fair and kind man. He said we're neighbors and will be here anytime we need him. Wonderful service and now my forever go to guy.

The guy who came was nice and honest. Gave me advice on what to do in the future with my pipes. Even gave advice for when selling our house. We really appreciated the company. The prices were fairly cheap too!!

We had met the Owner of the Company twice when we had our home inspected also at our old place for a sewer issues. We had a plumbing issue over the weekend that a gentleman named Barry came out on Saturday. When he came out he basically did nothing physical to hep our situation and kept saying well aren't you gonna pay me which I wish we didn't. He would make comments his old lady was waiting for him. Oh we basically did all the work so he could back on Sunday to clean up. He did come back on Sunday only to complain about the company and his job. We do feel he broke a pipe on purpose and once again he didn't do anything physical and made a mess in my house. We had to call another plumbing company to actually to complete the job which is sad. I honestly wouldn't recommend Barry and if you do get him send him away.

I truly don't believe you can find anybody better than Doc's for this type of a job!! I called regarding a problem with gunk coming up in the basement shower and in the washing machine with water all over the floor from running a load of wash. I initially spoke to Richard on the phone and he was extremely helpful. He promised that Cory would be out within 2-3 hours that same afternoon and apologized he couldn't get here sooner. They truly stand behind their work and want it to be done right. They guarantee it. Cory is an extremely polite, friendly young man and was absolutely fantastic demonstrating care for our property throughout completion of the job. He remained intent on seeing the job through to both his satisfaction and ours.

I was really worried about calling a drain cleaning service with which I was unfamiliar. So I called my HVAC service provider. I am so thankful for the recommendation I received from Berniece at High Altitude Heating and Air (HAHA). See my review for HAHA. They're fantastic as well and I trusted her referral. I'm glad I did!!

They were great! They came right over and cleared the line. Their work is guaranteed. It was a lovely experience.

My drains got clogged and it caused flooding in my house. Cory was able to get here quickly and spent hours fixing the problem. He didn't seem bothered and was incredibly friendly the entire time. He made the whole process way less stressful. The price was very reasonable as well! Especially for how difficult and time consuming the job was. I will be using Cory and Docs drain cleaning for all future jobs.

These guys always do an amazing job for me!  I refer them out to my clients all the time and have never been disappointed!

I have done business with them for years. They are wonderful. Richard shows up and takes care of business. I love doing business with a local business. One of my friends had Roto Router out and they gave an estimate of over $1200. I told her to call Richard, and he got it taken care of for $100. This is such an honest business. They always show up on time, and they take 24 hour service calls. I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong when you call them.
