These guys rock. I had them install a gas line for my new gas stove. Not only did they install the line but the stove too. Their quote was exceptional and work was top notch. Highly recommend.

An excellent plumber. We have used Joe at Zippy Plumbing for several years. He can always figure out a challenging issue and repairs it at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend him!

Horrible scheduling process, plan on multiple trips of the technician coming out to fix something easy. Their technicians do not carry the necessary parts on them to fix the problem, they simply come out and charge you a $59 diagnostic fee then have you reschedule (at a later date). Here's a play-by-play:
My water heater's pilot light went out so I call JJ Lay and they were able to squeeze me into the end of the day for the technician. I provided a detail description of what was going on hoping the technician would be able to fix it. Technician comes out, scratches around the bottom of the water heater and determines I have a bad part - the same bad part I described to them over the phone. Well since you're here can you fix this bad part? Nope, technician doesn't carry spare parts on him and tells me to reschedule and since they're booked up for the rest of the week it will have to be next week. Great, no hot water for another 4-5 days. This is the process with working with JJ Lay......
I even called in and the scheduling lady states yes, that does sound like an error on our technician . Thanks for the help lady, you were more than accommodating getting me scheduled but now you'll just take that $59 diagnostic fee and be on your way, thanks.

Happy with the quality of plumbing work John did, and happy with the price!!!

Tony was absolutely fantastic. He responded to your yelp request right away, got on the phone to discuss and give his best idea of a range of pricing (understandably caveating since he hadn't seen it in person but still giving us at least an idea before showing up), and was at our place in 30 minutes. You can tell Tony cares about the customer experience and making sure it's as good as possible--he did even a little more work than we asked for just to make sure we were happy with the final result! If you're looking for some old-school customer service with a great result, definitely give tony and Cuse Plumbing a shot! As an FYI, our work was a natural gas hookup to an outdoor appliance.

Tom with Courtesy Plumbing did GREAT work on a complicated boiler replacement job. Reliable! Honest. Fairly priced. Skilled/knows his craft. Courtesy Plumbing will be our first call when we need heating and plumbing help again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The service was excellent; the technician very skillful, professional, personable. I'm giving this company a 3 because we were charged $455 to change the wax ring of our toilet. I just looked on Home Advisor and changing the wax ring should cost about 50 - 200 dollars. It's our fault for giving the technician the okay to do it.
Then he (with our consent), checked our water pressure and said it was very high, not up to code, and would cost $685 to fix. We found out later, it was much lower, well withing code requirements.

Charles with B&P Plumbing was AMAZING! He was the resident master plumber for water heaters that our home warranty company works with. From start to finish, he was so wonderful to work with. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He helped us asses the problem, ordered the water heater, came out and installed it, and left everything very clean. He even noticed we had a running toilet upstairs from just listening to the water. He even went above and beyond and fixed that toilet AND brought in our packages at the front door. Seriously the best customer service and not to mention so incredibly NICE! Thanks again Charles!

They showed up when promised, and appear to have done excellent work. On the other hand... $581 to replace a water pressure reducing valve -- a 15-minute job -- was absurd. That's $100 over the HIGHEST recent estimate I found on the Internet, and $230 over the AVERAGE recent estimate I found on the Internet. If money's no object... go for it! Personally, I will look for someone else the next time I need a plumber.

This was a fantastic experience from first phone call to final payment. I believe Boris took the initial call and came to give the estimate. He even called early and was able to show up sooner than expected. He was very professional and courteous and the prices were very competitive. Boris was able to arrange an appointment the very same day for an install of the exact unit I wanted. Val ended being the installer and arrived on time during the projected window. He was also very polite and courteous and got right to work. He made sure to use drop cloths from the front door all the way to the basement where our water heater was located to keep things clean. He was extremely efficient and his workmanship was excellent. He explained what needed to be done and at no point did I feel like I was being upsold. I was very pleased with Val's work and would 100% recommend him and Euro Plumbing for your own project and will definitely be using them in the future!

Chester was great! I had a toilet backed up and it was flooding my basement. He came the same day I called (at the time he said he would be here) and was able to fix the problem pretty quickly and at a fair price. My house is over 100 years old and we talked about the problem and potential other problems and how to prevent them. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely use him again. Also a shout out to Jeff at Mr. Plumber who I have used before and who recommended Chester for this job. I appreciate the great referral!

Gilbert from quality is by far the best plumber. He is a 5 star plumber he cleared my main line that a nation wide pluming service told me by the tech and supervisor that my main line was broke and totally out of service. They said it would be between 15000 to 16000 dollars.Gilbert had mainline cleared in less than 1 hour.my lines are 100 percent clean.Again thanks to the one and only Gilbert from quality plumbing.

We had a clogged garbage disposal in our home. Eduardo was able to make it to our place within an hour to help us solve the issue. A very easy company to work with and completely professional and kind the whole time. Thank you!

Had a problem outside faucet that had burst and was putting water into our finished basement. Thankfully, it was only leaking when the faucet was on. We called TNT and they were able to get Larry out the next day. I cannot remember the ladies name who answered the phone, but I felt if we would have had an issue we couldn't mediate on the day we called they would have made it that day. As it was, they were apologetic about it taking a day. Larry arrived at our house right on time, he gave us a conservative estimate and explained what his repairs would entail. Once he got to work, he was methodical and followed his explanation to the letter. He showed us why he did things and the issue he found. He was able complete his repairs in under 30 minutes and significantly adjusted his estimate down as he was able to do the repairs quickly. Understand, what he had to do was still what he explained the issue would be, and while circumstances to access the issue undoubtedly helped on the time to repair, revising the bill down from an agreed upon estimate is not always done. We will not hesitate to call TNT going forward and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had them install a new sewer line in October and had amazing customer service so I was planning to continue using them as a life long customer.
Then in December I had them install a new furnace and that's when I started experiencing the worst customer service. They didn't do enough prep before install day to realize they couldn't do some of the work as promised so the day of things were getting cancelled and they had to change plans multiple times. The only solution to updating my thermostat as promised was to drill holes through my hardwood floors and run wires along the wall...are you kidding me?!
Then they had to leave early and come back the next day to finish. The appointment was set for 2 and by 2:30 they finally called me to give me a courtesy call and let me know they couldn't be there until 5. I rescheduled with them for another day. The furnace failed inspection so I set up another appointment for them to come out and fix it. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 12. At 12 I called them as I hadn't heard anything and was told the person in charge of it was out to lunch and would call me back in a half hour. When she called back she said the techs were stuck at another job but I would be the next stop for them but probably not until 3. When I asked why they hadn't even called me to let me know they would be late, she said she wasn't really sure what happened and didn't even apologize. It finally was fixed and passed inspection. I emailed the representative who sold the furnace to me to let him know my disappointment and didn't receive a response for about 4 weeks. He finally responded saying he would let the customer service manager know and he would follow up with me. That was 3.5 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back.
I am one of their CAP members and they still have had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I will never use them again!

Sinclair plumbing did our plumbing for kitchen redo a few years ago. Recently the pipes backed up. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive. I found a plumber to come out and he saw that the metal pipes have been glued together and did not have the proper fittings. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive once again.
Today we replace the pipes. Bob at Sinclair has proven to be incompetent and has no idea about customer service. We knew Lee Sinclair when he was alive and he was honest and wonderful plumber. It's a shame that Bob is running this company. Bob is simply incompetent and lacks any customer service. I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one.
