They responded very quickly to my inquiry, and had the installation complete before most of their peers responded. They were responsive, very good to work with, and did a great job.  The installation was more complicated than they had anticipated due to the arrangement of my breaker boxes and access to the garage. Given that, their price was reasonable, and about what others had estimated before knowing all the difficulties.

I had such a great experience with this company from start to finish. First, I only had to leave one voicemail and I was called back quickly and with multiple attempts to help me get something scheduled to come check out a minor plumbing issue at our house. I was texted as well and we finally got an appointment made for the next day/morning which was also very nice.
Brett was the plumber who showed up and I was impressed with his professionalism by him giving me a call in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He showed up right on time and was respectful by wearing a face covering and used shoe covers as well to not get anything dirty. He immediately was able to explain what he thought was most likely the problem, gave me options for possible solutions, and once I decided on what to try he got right to it and did the job quickly. What he did seemed to have worked. He was a pleasure to have come to our house and he gave us top notch quality service. I had a sink clog and issue with my condensate pump. Jeremy came out the next day, which was quick and friendly. It was unclogged fast! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Was charged $370 for a simple drain clean which other people charge less than$100 for. When asked why, he said he worked on commission and that he couldn't start out with less expensive options. Next time I need a plumber, I will check to see what the cost of cleaning a drain is BEFORE they arrive. Big rip off.

I am careful with giving 5 stars because that indicates that a company far exceeded my expectations and left me more than satisified.  An emergency plumbing situation is always stressful and needs immediate attention.  We are fortunate that we had previously used Bill's Plumbing for routine work, so we had their number handy.  They were responsive, experienced, detailed, honest, and very fair.  We worked with Luther, who has great people skills, as he was able to calm me with assurances that they would take care of the situation.  Roy spent a lot of time with us and made us feel like important customers.  Bill's Plumbing is the only company we will use.

I have used Patriot for heating, gas and plumbing problems. They are professional, timely, and knowledgeable . I will continue to use them as I am always pleased with their work. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends. Javier and Sarah are great!

This company was engaged by our home warranty (Choice Home Warranty) to replace a garbage disposal under their coverage.  The policy is that the warranty covers the vendor charges with the exception of a service fee of $85.  The policy clearly states and the warranty company verified  that this is the case in this instance. We inquired about upgrading. To a better unit.  

They showed up unannounced one day with no appt.  This fraudster wanted to charge $435 for $30 upgrade  unit.  This is clearly ludicrous.   We of course declined the upgrade.  Then this fraudster refused to complete the service for same level replacement covered by the warranty unless we paid an additional $250 to him plus the warranty company payment to him plus the service fee.  This means this fraudster would have collected $500 or more from this simple $90 or less cost.  

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.   HE ENGAES IN DECEPTIVE AND CRIMINAL PRACTICES.  

We are pursuing full action against him with multiple levels of jurisdiction to try to save other innocent victims the hassle.
