Bad business practices. My landlord hired this company (Elliot to be exact) to do maintenance around her property. This guy did a half job. Nothing is fixed properly. Screens fall out the windows. The blinds in my bedroom fell off the window and hit my daughter because the part you hooked it up too isn't long enough. The closet doors won't open and close. The back door knob is on backwards, the ceiling fan is water damaged and going to fall out of the ceiling. The towel rack in the bathroom wasn't installed properly. And when the owner and I call him he doesn't answer or call back.  These are simple easy fixes of jobs he's already been paid for. I do not recommend.

They came out for a free estimate. We discussed what needed to be done and we were given a price. It was our understanding that the price included digging up the concrete, replacing the pipe, and fixing the concrete from the pipe that comes down over to the floor drain (about 5 or 6 feet away). We were told the floor drain appeared to be fine and since it was draining just fine, fixing over to it should fix the problem. We were given an invoice as a quote and it was a bit vague, but appeared to outline the basics of what was discussed. On the day they had a handwritten invoice for us to sign. The handwriting was pretty illegible, so we had to rely on them when they said that it said what we agreed on. After digging up a foot around the pipe and seeing that it was rusted out farther than that, and that the pipe did not go to the floor drain, but off at an angle, they said they needed to go further and it would be double the price to keep going! They then said that the amount agreed on only included a foot and that the illegible handwritten invoice said one foot! That was the first mention of a foot being all that was included in that price! They said they would at least need to do the additional work (for double the price), and possibly would need to go further and under the water heater and shower and then that would be even more money! We were now talking about $3,000 more than the agreed price! We lost all confidence in the honesty and integrity of this company and were absolutely sure that they would keep running into problems and the bill would keep climbing! We know better than to play this game! We were charged a full third of the original quote for them just digging a foot around the pipe! We now have a hole in our basement slab exposing a rusted out sewer pipe and are worse off (and poorer!) than before! We now have to get someone else who is trustworthy and who has professional integrity to finish the job and are without the use of our kitchen and laundry for even longer!

Perfect example of bait and switch. We  got a  $ 1,800.00 quote to jack hammer concrete in order to find leak and replace / repair. He dug a rather little hole around the pipe ( as seen on picture), stopped and said he needs to dig more and therefore needs to charge more. When I asked how much more he needed , he more  than doubled the $ 1,800.00 quoted amount. I told him there  were no way we were going to pay him that much. So he did not do the job and charged us $600.00 for only digging that  hole.

Elliot the owner of this company gives you a good price on his work! as well as helps you with what problems you have that will give you more problems in the future rather then fixing the problem you have and not letting you know of other concerns that he sees he loves to walk you through everything in your house for a long term fix not just a quick fix and leave he runs a good family business and is a really good kind hearted person he is there to help not run out the door with your money so when you have a problem you should definitely call all pro rooter

I and Elliott the owner of All Pro Rooter spoke on the phone I told him my plumbing problem. He said he would be at my residence in a couple hours to look over my issue and give me an estimate. I had to call him almost 3hrs later to ask if he was going to show up he finally showed up an hour and a half later (WASTED MY DAY). When he arrived I again told him my issue and told/showed him what I wanted done he said he didn't think that was the problem to my issue, he was telling me things that didn't make sense hmmm. (POOR TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS). He  gave me an estimate on what I wanted done and said he had a 2yr warranty on his work...his estimate was way to high for work to be done after discussing his estimate we finally agreed on a price. After the work was completed he tried to charge me more then what we agreed on...I paid him what we agreed on. So out of spite he wrote on my invoice NO warranty. He talks a good game but I would not recommend him. He doesn't deserve 1 Star

My husband and I are new homeowners that found out the hard way that you cannot leave the garden hose attached in the winter. Upon watering our backyard last night, we found a steady stream of water started raining down from our basement ceiling. We freaked out, turned off the water and proceeded to call numerous plumbers and could not get anyone to come out in the same night! I called All Pro, who informed me that they could send someone out within an hour or two. Before showing up, the owner (I believe), sent me a text to confirm that someone was on their way (I'm not a huge phone person, so I'm happy that they're reachable by text).

Elliot came by, diagnosed our issue in a matter of minutes and informed us that he didn't have the part we needed, but could return the following day with it to preform the fix. He also gave us some tips to get through the night should we have any issues with additional leaking (we didn't). The next day aka today, the owner sent me a text and I got a phone call to confirm that Elliot would be at our house in 20 minutes. He came by on time as promised and took care of the problem, as well as gave us some tips for being good to our plumbing. :)

Super nice guy, very personable and got the work done in good time. We will be using them going forward for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks Elliot!

Very shady - Called to have my sewer line snaked as we were getting some back ups. Elliot said that the cost would be $150 (even though they advertise $100) I agreed as we were in a hurry to get this taken care of. He came out and hit some roots at 65 ft, and pulled his snake back. He informed me that he can't get past the blockage. He told me that my clay pipes were eroded and I needed a full line replacement. He left me with a $150 bill for his attempt to clear the drain and a quote for $8,000. He called the next day trying to pressure me into starting as soon as possible as this was an emergency situation I called a chain store plumber and they were able to come out and snake the drain to 100ft with out any issues. Then I had the line scoped to the city connection and I was informed that there was nothing wrong with my line and gave me video evidence as proof.  Elliot still wanted payment for coming out even though he didn't actually provide any real service besides trying to sell me a job I didn't need.
