Super Air is professional, timely, and effective. They are also reasonably priced. I called on Thursday morning, and their technician Anthony was at my door that afternoon; he was very professional and smart. He fixed my problem and performed a thorough diagnostic. Our 50-year-old house had a bathroom p-trap and drain clog completely fall apart. Through Yelp I was able to make contact with Mac the owner and he was quick to answer any of my questions and give me a solid price. Showed up early on the same day that I contacted him and knocked the workout. Very good communication skills would definitely recommend and will rehire for other jobs.

We experienced the third or fourth time our downstairs toilet overflowed and we were so frustrated with it all. We had called other plumbers sho said the problem was fixed but a week later we were once again cleaning up poo. Clark came out and discovered a small towel was wedge in the pipe and they were able to get it out. We haven't had any issue since! Great service. Polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

We were in dire need of plumbing services and mr rooter was the way we went first... First, the quote was late, then was empty and last it did not include tearing on the wall... Who gives a plumbing estimate explaining they are not responsible for any wall tear? leaving us to have to outsource for someone else to come fix for them... NO NO NO... SO Found him on a google search since we are 5 hours away from our property in Porterville. We got our estimate along with a very detailed description of what needed to get done. He made sure to take before, mid and end of his job. We were very pleased with the services. He is our GOTO person.

Shaun from Arnold's Plumbing helped me replaced a water heater at my rental while I was out of town. He made the process very easy for me and was able to take credit card payment via phone (using Square app). Shaun picked up the water heater from Lowe's and did the installation and haul-away promptly. He also took care of some minor work my last plumber left behind and again made it easy for me. Professional service and great communications, would hire again and recommend.

I was having problems with our sink and call them at Friday morning. Michael went to check and fixed the the issue at same day. He responded quickly to our message and phone call.
I will keep this company in mind if I have plumbing problems in the future.

Joes plumbing is the best in town. I was having a major plumbing problem and got many different quotes around town. Nothing came down to joes price. He answer all my calls and text and got the work done within a week. I'm super grateful I found him. Before calling the big companies.. Call joe first.

They replaced my hot water heater the same day I called them, which is amazing because I live in the mountains where it is hard to get any repairmen to come.  When he arrived, he had all the parts he needed and didn't have to order parts and arrange to come up another day...which usually happens when we need repairs on something.  All the employees were polite, helpful, and professional.  We will definitely use them again!

We had a new well drilled on our residential property and I needed the pump transferred from the old well to the new.

After several failed appointments with other pump companies, I contacted Chris. He was refreshingly professional. While other companies were scheduled out for months (some were so booked they flatly told me no), Chris was on-site within a week!

The day of the appointment I had a message from Chris that he needed to reschedule because he had recent calls from clients who were completely out of water. But when he learned that I had taken the day off to be home for the job, he made arrangements and was at our home within an hour.

He's happy to do the job unattended, but was also ready to explain and re-explain.

Tips:
* Consider the cost estimate more like a bid
* I rented a trencher and dug the trenches for the new pipe myself, which saved us hundreds of dollars
* Your appointment may be changed last minute if more pressing customer situations arise

Had a water heater installed. Not only did the guy scratch our flooring taking the water heater out. He left sediment all over our patio where we walked out the back when he dumped the water out and stated the wind will blow it away. Had a mini beach going on. Didnt pass city inspection and had to come out again. The Office Manager Veronica is rude and lies about what she spoke with you about to cover her ass. Please stay away from this place.

I have had Kim's plumbing do work for me before and was very pleased with their work, but this time when I had a huge plumbing problem in my kitchen they couldn't help me for a week so I had to call another plumbing company and they did a great job and came out within an hour!  So next time I probably won't call Kim's just because when I really needed someone quickly they didn't have the staffing to get me in ASAP.

Jared is a flake. We came out to unclog a sewer line going to the street. He broke his tool and had to return. He came back said that he cleared it but it did not work. We had paid him $50 . He admited that he could not fix it and referred me to another plumber and said he would return the money paid to him.
I called him 4 times over the past year. He always promised to refund his fees, but never did.
AVOID THIS PERSON!
