I used Yelp as a guide for an emergency plumbing problem. I had water coming up from all drains!
All Star came within 2 hours and were quick, clean, professional and reasonable! You can't ask for anything better. They had it all fixed within an hour for $99!
I'll recommend them to anyone.

Richard response quickly and gave a fair price.  I contacted Richard late Thursday night about putting our awning up.  Richard responded first thing Friday morning and had the awning up Saturday before noon.  Richard was professional, courtesy and was in constant communication with me.  I would hire him again in a second for any job i need help with.  Thanks for everything Richard.

I contacted Balanced Comfort for a quote on repair work I needed via Yelp. At first, they appeared to be reputable and prompt with customer service. They asked for the needed information on the project and contacted me the next day. That's as balanced and comfortable as it was to attempt to do business with them. The following day a person who called me for more information attempted to give me a phone quote for the work which was astronomical (more than double what I expect to pay!). The phone call was uncomfortable as the person stammered a bit and was so unsure of the pricing, finally saying, We'll need to look at it first to give you the quote. I was expecting them to need to look at the A/C to begin with as that is what they had indicated & I assumed they were calling just to get a little more details before their in-person consultation. They said they would email me a quote for the project after their visit to the property but I never heard back.  If you are uncomfortable because your A/C isn't working, I can't suggested Balanced Comfort since they may or may not follow through with a quote on work needed, and the price they quote over the phone is 100% more than similar local licensed HVAC contractors.

The best of the best. Darren is kind a s honest. I highly recommend him! Darren was great with communication!

They were very responsive and professional. Located the septic outlet and performed the pumping in short amount of time. Could not tell they had been here when the job was completed.

Our water heater was leaking.  I contacted them for an evaluation.  Their diagnosis was that the bottom had rusted out and it needed to be replaced.  They gave me a fair price and got the job done quickly.  They sent me pictures of the completed work.  I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Was taken advantage of as a woman.   Was told my husband was fully aware of the additional charges as the bill was presented after the job was done .  It was double what we were quoted.  20 minutes 750 dollars, charged 600 yesterday.   $200 of that was because they had to drive the truck out instead of a work vehicle, even though it didn't need to be dumped as IT WAS DUMPED YESTERDAY. Somehow that's our fault.    I feel deceived.  I'm in a club of 56 homes in the area and I will be sure that none of them use this company. Integrity matters.   Plus like a dirty mechanic,  increasing the bill on a woman knowing my husband couldn't be reached today.

PR Plumbing did the re piping of our condos. They did an amazing job! Tim and Cody worked around myself,  kids and our pets and made it as easy as possible for us. They made sure to have everything done in a timely manner. Can't say enough great things about them! We've also had many toilet backups and they always have someone come right out to fix it, usually Tim, and he gets everything working pretty quick! Thanks guys for everything!!

Had a plumbing emergency on Wednesday called around locally and couldn't find a plumber. Got this number . Called talked to Ruben who said he was busy but could send his brother Pedro, after awhile Pedro shows up but doesn't want to have to take off the toilet. The main drain is next to the toilet.  CHARGES $309 job is done in 30 minutes.  Wake up Friday morning same problem. I call this company back since the job is less than 48 hours old. They charge another $150. When  I asked why I was being charged again . Work is again done in less than an hour. The owner Ruben said he was just trying to help me. I would not ever recommend or use this company again.  I managed a large complex for 5 years and never got over billed like this. Call anyone else. Talk about pandemic price gouging!! I only put 1 star because I couldn't post without putting at least 1

The company was friendly and came quick to deal with the problem. The only concern was the price....they stated they were on overtime, but the internet said they were open from a certain time to a certain time....maybe because it was Saturday? Not sure, but the problem was fixed and I had no complaints. The technician was a nice guy.

Have  Used these great people for a long time, Fast and courteous. There's not much they don't know, Have saved  us more than once!  Would recommend them without hesitation.

Never return calls brought no tools when they did show up, and told me most shower heads leak for an hour after use. DO NOT USE stay away from them.

This company was not worth the call...it is a long story.In my opinion they are dishonest..would caution anyone who felt the need to call them.

Very unprofessional. Wouldn't come out to see the projects and wanted to bid it just from pics. I don't do biz with people I have never met to come into my home. I have my own company and know how to treat people with respect and good customer service . Then he wanted $125 just to come out and see the work . I said I don't do that and no one has ever asked me to . He could have made thousands of dollars if he was smart.
The after I told him I won't pay for the visit ... he blows up my phone with 20 repeat standard template he uses . Oh and then after every text he says god bless
So I told him please don't say that if you are going to treat people like this . Then he does it again. I told him he was a hypocrite and I blocked him after that.
