I had 2 different people recommend them and I needed a sink repair done ASAP. With work I wasn't really available to get multiple quotes.  I called on a Monday afternoon, the soonest the could come out was 2 days after call, I took of time from work expecting their work to be completed that day,  but they said this was just a quote. They wouldn't be able to complete the job for another 2 days. The guy said it was a huge job and it would take them 2-3 hours. So I sucked it up and went with them, since they were charging $125 for the quote anyway. I took more time off of work for the repair to be completed, this is now 4.5 days without a kitchen sink. The repair was fine, one guy completed the job in a hour and a half and stated this was plumbing 101. Still charged me $600 that wasn't a huge 2 man 2-3 hour job. They are extremely overpriced, there was little material required, so they charge pretty much approx $400 a hour (not holiday, after hours or weekend).

Always fast and efficient. I have used Kim's Plumbing 4 times in the past 20 years. They always take care of the problem for a very reasonable price.

Brian, from Kims Plumbing came out today to do some repairs at my house.  He was very courteous and professional.  Kim's is the only plumbing company I've been doing business with for at least the last 20 years, maybe longer.  Prices are always reasonable. Honesty is always part of the service!  You won't be sorry if you call Kim's!

We have used Kim's plumbing for years, even when it was Bedrogian Plumbing. They have always done an excellent fpjob. Recently they installed grab bars in our bathroom, and last week I called them to what I believed a faulty water heater, because the heater was old and only supplied warm water, not hot. Their service man Daniel, inspected the heater and found out it was set on low, years ago by ONE. He adjusted the heater and returned one hour later to see if it cycled ok. It was fine, and we saved at least 1000 dollars by not having to replace water heater.Great honest service, best you could ask for, and I recommend Kim's plumbing to anyone

these people are timely and very nice. customer service is great. they call when the plumber is on the way. my landlord does business with them so i don't know how pricey they are but they are effective and respectful.

I had issues with the toilets in my residence that needed to be addressed.  I called Kim's plumbing just prior to noon and was scheduled for an appointment the same day with a window between 2-4 PM. At 3 PM the truck arrived. The toilet issues were repaired and hardware was replaced by Daniel from Kim's plumbing. The cost was reasonable. Daniel did an outstanding job.

Hot water heater went out Monday morning , first I called a company that advertised all over town , they quoted me an outrageous price . I then told them to leave and called Kim's, they sent out a tech late that afternoon and got the job done 1st thing the next morning for almost half of the other guy. Thank you , wish I would've called 1st and saved myself the $49 fee from the big advertiser !

I can only speak on behalf of their customer service, which was terrible. When I called to schedule to have a plumber come install a sink and repair my toilet the woman who answered was extremely rude and short with me when I called, enough to make me choose another company for my plumbing!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the best plumbing company in Fresno. So, I'm having a New Years Eve Party for 30 or so people and the hot water valve beneath my guest bathroom sink breaks. Water is shooting out 3 feet across the bathroom. I have guests and the catering crew at my house and I have to shut off my water main on New Years Eve....that means no sinks and no bathrooms for anyone. I make a call to Kims at 9:30pm and I get a call back from their Tech with in 15 min. I explained the situation and he was as here in 30 min. Repair was easy and fixed with in 20 min....my New Years party was saved!!!  This company was awesome and went above and beyond the call of duty at 9:30pm on New Years Eve. They have earned a customer for life!!!!

Installed a new gas line in our house. Was very professional. Even came back to do the gas pressure test so it would pass inspection. We liked the work.

I called to have a washer changed in a faucet as well as to disconnect and remove my garbage disposal.  The man that showed up said he could not do the work on the garbage disposal because it was hardwired so I need to call an electrician.  He changed the washer on the hot water faucet and when I requested him to change the cold water faucet at the same time, he ignored me.  Then he charged me $120.  To change a washer on a faucet.  I will never call them again.

Once again Kim's Plumbing came to our rescue. A broken pipe in our house late one evening had us rushing for the phone to call a plumber. Our first call is always to Kim's Plumbing. Their plumber was at our house immediately, and we knew we were in good hands. He analyzed the problem and came up with a plan that let us rest at ease. The repair was done in one day, and we felt that we were their most important client. We recommend Kim's plumbing for courteous, professional, and expeditious service.

The first experience with Kim's plumbing began with a phone call to request their services. I could have called any of the hundreds of Fresno plumbers but I called Kim's. The lady who answers their phone and sets appointments has to be the worst customer service representative ever. Then when the plumber gets there he acts like he doesn't want to do the job at all (scope pipes) and basically says he won't... he had a tone and expression that read I want to be anywhere but here and help you. It ended with him not doing the job. So one star for Kims and I'll take my business elsewhere.

I called them out for a plumbing leak coming from a water heater closet today.  They came out saw that there was some mold in the closet from the leak and refused to repair the leak but STILL charged $110 just for driving here. I will NEVER use this plumber again. Use all star or P&R much better service and reasonable rates.

Have used Kim's before and have been satisfied with their work. I always have tree roots in sewer line and they take care of it promptly.

Really great service.  Quick, efficient.  Reasonable.  Worked with me while I balanced a couple of other things at home at the time they were here for the repair.

We had a serviceman from Kim's come out to repair leaking and broken pipes under a bathroom sink, a gurgling toilet, and a broken toilet handle.
Kim's was on time, did a thorough job. He cleaned up after himself and one couldn't tell he was even there. Very reasonable at $100. I would recommend them.

Seriously, they're the best. No frills, but just the best, most prompt service around.

Called and scheduled a plumber to come out. Waited over a week for our pre-set date. I called their office to confirm that they would have the part we needed to install on our new sink. The guy showed up, said he only had a galvanized color, and that the $99 quoted price was in addition to the $135 flat rate to install the faucet. We were never told this before. They had no idea how long it would take, and acted like they didn't want to help fix our issue. Definitely do not recommend. Worst experience ever.

Make sure you get an estimate before they start. for parts and work.

For years, when we need plumbing - we just called around and see who could come out the quickest.  Our neighbor recommended Kim's and now it is our first and only call.  We have had different people come out, and everyone knew what they are doing and were quick and finished the job right the first time.

Our toilet got clogged, so I turned to Yelp to help me find a plumber.  I called around 2:30 and was told they could get a man out between 4 and 6.  That was AOK by me, so I booked him.

Not only did he arrive within the time slot, I was CALLED by the office to let me know he was on his way.  A very thoughtful touch.

He arrived, snaked our toilet, took a look at the valve, which was leaking, and gave us honest, practical advice on how to proceed.  The visit was not cheap, but it was worth it.  I will definitely call Kim's next time - they're going in my phone's address book.  :)

Broken water valve with gushing water at 3AM and these guys saved us.  Fast, courteous service when we couldn't even get a call back from other emergency plumbers and one who got mad because we woke him up.  I highly recommend and will make these guys my plumbers for now on.

Yea cool you fixed my plumbing, but I didn't pay you to mess up my front pouch with whatever it is that you splattered on it and leave what you took out of the sink ON MY COUNTER. Like seriously?! On top of that you left your wet towels to soak on the floor? If I can leave no stars I would. Smh!

I have had Kim's plumbing do work for me before and was very pleased with their work, but this time when I had a huge plumbing problem in my kitchen they couldn't help me for a week so I had to call another plumbing company and they did a great job and came out within an hour!  So next time I probably won't call Kim's just because when I really needed someone quickly they didn't have the staffing to get me in ASAP.

HORRIBLE !!!!  Customer service at office is rude, inefficient, ignorant, and insensitive.
Charged me $340.00 to put in two toilets.  It took 30 minutes for each installation for a total
of 60 minutes.  When you do the math that's $680.00 an hour.  My heart surgeon doesn't
get paid that much.  Parts, replaced the flex hose on a seven year old house.  And was
charged $6.00 for a $2.00 Home Depot wax ring.   NEVER AGAIN !!!!

If you've ever had to have repairs done to your house in Fresno you know they almost always fall into one of these categories:
1) No show/ no return call
2) Horrible service that has to be redone.

Kim's is one of the few exceptions. I've used them twice now and they've always been very responsive. Their central office calls if the plumber is running even a little late. The work was very well done. The price is ok to a little high, but worth the quality of service.

They are always fast to respond, show up on time, call you when they are on their way, communicate clearly about what you need, and have fair prices.  I have been using them for 9 years and my parents for over 20 years.  They have found even the most bizarre issues and fixed them for me.  They are my go to plumber.

Have been Kim's using for over 15 years...always been very happy until last week when I found an additional $50 charge added to my bill for a driving fee?  I checked my past receipts to confirm I had not been charged on any past services, then called since I thought they made an error on the invoice. I explained I thought it might be an error, before I could finish I was told in a very rude tone that it was not an error it was their new policy.

Since I was 2 blocks north of Copper they added $50 to my invoice....I asked why I was never told and why they never communicated their new policy but never received an answer.  
Very disappointed ....will not be using them in the future.

We use kim's at our home and our business. Lori and her crew are the best.

We have used Kim's plumbing a couple times this year. Excellent service, fast, and reliable. Steve is the best. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

Kim's Plumbing...Daniel solved our water flow problems today (via rooftop snaking) and we very much appreciate his professionalism, dedication and thoroughness.  His confident knowledge and troubleshooting approach made us believers.  I'd bet 10 to 1 that if Daniel responds to your call, you won't be disappointed.  Also, as retired folks, the cost was more than fair for the work performed.  Our five story rating here is well deserved.

Horrible customer service on the phone! It's amazing they get any business at all when the first voice you hear is unprofessional and rude. I have given them a lot of business in the past, but this goes to show you how important it is to be consistent and friendly. They have lost a good customer.

Definitely did us right! Fantastic customer service Vince and Steve on time and very efficient. I feel the bill was fair for rerouting our hot water through the attic, and no mess. This happened on Memorial Day and we called them and Vince came in like 10 minutes to check it out. Definately will be using them again if needed, did a Great Job! I own a condo in Fresno, rented out.  My tenant called me and said the toilet and tub were backed up and flooding the place.  On a Sunday morning.  (of course).  I called 3 different 'emergency' service plumbers, Kim's was the only one who called me back, they were at the condo and had the problem fixed (roots grew into the main complex sewer line and blocked it) within a few hours.  $145 for Sunday service.  Only reason for the 4 star and not 5 star is they don't take credit cards so I had to have my tenant pay the tech and I reimbursed later.  I'll use them again for future problems.

My husband thought himself a handyman, tried to fix a dripping shower valve and ended up breaking a piece off inside. It was Sunday afternoon. We tried to call plumbers that advertised 24/7. The first one we thought of was kim's Plumbing. We'd use them before and while we thought they were expensive. Did a good job. We got an answer right away. The person who answered the phone, passed our number along to the technician. He called us back right away and told us he was too hot and going home. It didn't matter that we had no water And it was Sunday afternoon. He was tired and done for the day even though he was the guy on call. This was last Sunday, July 16, 2023. Fortunately we were able to survive the night and I called my regular plumber who figured out the problem immediately and took care of us.

My A/C contractor recommended Kims Plumbing.  I read reviews on Yelp first and saw all positives which was a plus.  Needed to have a drain unclogged in a rental unit of mine in Clovis.  I live in San Jose, so I appreciate it when I get good service and don't feel like I am being ripped off just because I am not local.  They showed up on time, were professional over the phone, charged $90 to unclog the drain and took credit cards.  Subsequently, we need some additional work done, some piping in the garage sink/laundry area, they gave us a quote and we asked if they would apply the $90 unclogging fee to the cost of the work - and they said yes.  Another big thumbs up for Kim's Plumbing.  I will use them again.

In April, I had some issues with the plumbing in the toilet and sink area. I was told the garbage disposal was leaking so they replaced it but charged me $270 for the garbage disposal that retails at $110-$120. I was not happy with the up charge as it cost $447 to replace a garbage disposal. Not cool!
