Way overpriced for a diagnostic flat rate...Lee's didn't even charge this much. Glad I didn't go to either

Our toilet was flowing slowly for over a week, so we tried Punger and our own snake, but no luck. Mac came out and tested the toilet and used his own auger. He was able to rule out major problems and gave me sound advice that led me to find out one of my kids had just shoved half an apple down the toilet. So instead of buying a new toilet or hydro flushing the whole house, it was less than $100, and a good heart-to-heart with my kids about proper composting.
Hope to not need them again, but would be happy to call on them.

I woke up Sunday morning to a pool of water in my garage. I called several businesses and Mack made time to come assess the situation. He said he was free Monday and came ready to cut out drywall to find the leak. A check valve had broke on my new construction home and it had failed due to poor installation by the plumber who installed it. Thanks for Mack, looking forward to future work. Keep it up!

5 stars is not enough. I've been waiting for weeks for someone to help me cap a gas line. I made one last ditch effort and submitted a request through Yelp. CVS was not only the first to respond, but I got help the same day! The service all the way around was top notch! I am really at a lost for words with how amazing my experience was. Friendly and superior customer service, very reasonable prices, their experience is unquestionable, very knowledgeable staff. I could go on. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. It's a great blessing to know there are still business owners out there who understand the value of focusing on the customer's experience. They have a customer for life!

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Mac from Central Valley Sewer. I had two broken and leaking shower valves. Not only did he respond quickly to me request but his communication throughout the whole process was professional, honest, and transparent. Central Valley Sewer is the absolute BEST! Our garbage disposal started leaking Sunday night, we could not run the dishwasher or use the kitchen sink without a big mess under the sink. We called several places looking for someone who was able to come out first thing in the morning, we are a family of 7 and need to have a working sink. Mac returned my call within 20 mins and got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. Mac explained the cost and warranty on garbage disposal that they provide, he was thorough and did not try to up sell me.

Monday morning Mac called me again to reassure me his technician Anthony would be headed my way soon. I really appreciate how well Mac communicated with me.

Anthony arrived on time, did an excellent job. He left the area clean and educated me on how to maintain and use the new garbage disposal. Anthony was very respectful and knowledgeable. He was in and out in 20 minutes.

I received my invoice via email, a nice lady called to inform me I could pay the invoice through the link in the email or over the phone. She applied a military discount due to my husband being a veteran.

Everyone involved was amazing! We will definitely be using Central Valley Sewer for all our plumbing needs!

We've had a toilet that loves to leak every few yrs because it does not sit evenly and we've called plumbers before for the same issue. Central Valley Sewer rep got back to me right away and the message let me know the guy knew what he was talking about, which inspired my confidence---it was no robo reply like some of the other companies I had contacted. He gave me quotes for repair right away on the phone later. They came within a couple of days and the big work didn't need to be done just a replacement of the flange and such to get it right. Both plumbers that came out were polite and friendly and the price was very reasonable compared to the big name out there that starts with R, especially! I want to call this company again to repair our east side toilet as well as soon as we can. Very satistfied with their service.

So so very happy with CVS. They were our second quote and we immediately decided on them.. not just based on the reasonable price but the authenticity and transparency the owner Mac possesses is so humbling and refreshing. We got an outrageous quote from Lee's plumbing over three times the estimate then Mac's. I felt Lee's was taking advantage that I was a woman and loved in an area North Fresno. Mac charges based on the work and explains what he is going to. He was booked out so he couldn't do the work immediately like the other company could but he said he would do his best to get me in sooner and he did. He was worth the few days wait. He does a lot of work in my area so he was familiar with the supplies and job. He did a great job I highly recommended this company. When I would need to speak with customer service she too was very polite and professional not rude and tired like other customer service agents I've spoken to when needed service jobs. Give this company a chance on an estimate, I'm sure you'll be happy based on my experience.

We had Anthony come and fix the toilet, shower, water leak in water heater and leaking outside faucet. He worked quickly was super nice and explained everything that he as went. I was quoted 3000.00 for the same work but Central Valley charged 900.00. advantage. I Would totally recommend this company. Was a great experience!

Our 50-year-old house had a bathroom p-trap and drain clog completely fall apart. Through Yelp I was able to make contact with Mac the owner and he was quick to answer any of my questions and give me a solid price. Showed up early on the same day that I contacted him and knocked the workout. Very good communication skills would definitely recommend and will rehire for other jobs.

I came home from a long shift on a Saturday to a busted pipe at my water meter. Unfortunately the crack was on my side of the water meter and I was responsible for the repair. THANKFULLY as soon I posted I was looking for a great plumber, Max contacted me and was here Sunday morning. He and his son did great work, and got water flowing to my home for my family in no time. Found this company here on Yelp. My garbage disposal stopped working and kitchen sink was getting clogged. I reached out to a few different companies on here, and Central Valley Sewer responded same day with a flat rate price. They were able to send someone out the next day and did a great job following up to confirm the appointment. The technician showed up on time, very friendly and professional. He changed the motor, left the space clean and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No up-charges or finding unnecessary things to fix.

Without a doubt, I will use this company in the future if I have any more plumbing issues. Very efficient, professional and reliable company.

I called Central Valley Sewer after contacting several other plumbing company's. These other companies refused to unclog my main drain due to not having an outside clean-out. After contacting Central Valley Sewer and explaining the problems the owner had me send him several pictures of our outside drain. He came out the very next morning and surveyed the situation. He immediately had a solution. Central Valley Sewer and especially Mac went above and beyond what was expected of them. Mac and his employees were very professional and courteous at all times. They did top notch quality work at a very reasonable, affordable and value added price. I will be calling them again if and when another problem arises. I recommend CENTRAL VALLEY SEWER 100%. Our tub wouldn't drain and we didn't know any plumbers so we just chanced the first one who responded to our request. Thank goodness for us that Mac was quick! Within 2 hours, he was at our place. The problem was a bit more involved than he expected when he quoted me, but he didn't charge me any extra. The guys wore booties on their shoes, which I very much appreciated. They fixed the problem quickly and were very professional. I was surprised that there weren't more great reviews, but the office manager said that although the business is newish, Mac has been doing this kind of work for over 20 years. I'm so glad I found Mac and will definitely use him again when problems arise.

I was searching  for a plumber online to fix my  leaking toilet. I went on Yelp to request quotes and CVS immediately replied. They were able to give me a direct quote with the pictures I submitted of the area where my toilet was leaking. They were willing to come out the same day which I wasn't able to do but they were able to work with my schedule. From the time they entered my home to the end of the job they were very professional.  We did run into a problem with the work done but Mac the owner made things right immediately. He went over & above til I was a satisfied customer.  He cares about his customers and follows up to make sure we are satisfied. They will be my go to for any plumbing issues. I highly recommend CVS for your next plumbing service.

Our toilet wasn't flushing as well as it used to and these guys responded first to our inquiry and I'm glad i stuck with them. They came quickly and resolved my issue right away.

I can't say enough good things to describe my experience with this company and its owner, Mac.  They diagnosed and fixed a broken sewer drainage pipe in my kitchen.  Water and soil were backing up into the sink in the kitchen and laundry room.  I could not do dishes or laundry. The crew came out and initially tried to snake the line but were unable to get the snake through.  They came back the next day and hydroflushed the line and inserted a camera.  They found that the pipe had become completely corroded and had many holes.

Mac rearranged his work schedule so that he could make the necessary repair.  This was not convenient for him as he had other customers waiting for his services.  I had a deadline as I was expecting out of town guests who were going to (and did) stay with me for a week.  Mac  and his crew had to dig up the kitchen porcelain tiles, trying to preserve them, in order to repair the break.  He brought in an exceptional tile person to replace and match the tiles after he was done.

Mac also encountered an electrical problem caused by electric wires that were under the slab that connected to the stove.  Again, Mac brought in an electrician to makethe repairs which ended up being very complicated due to the age of my house and its infrastructure.

Bottom line  is that because of Mac's hands on approache toproject management and his caring, compassionate nature,  the kitchen repairs were  completed in the nick of time for when my guests arrived.

As an aside, I had called several other plumbers before calling Central Valley Sewer.  They dither did not return my call or canceled appointments.  If you are looking for reliability, CVS is the company for you.

I needed quotes on two jobs, and CVS was more than reasonable and responsive when it came to pricing.

Our bathtub valve was installed in reverse prior to us moving into our home, so Mac and his crew came in and were able to make the correction in minutes.

We also needed our main water shut-off valve replaced since it was old and showed signs of wear and corrosion, and Mac and his crew updated the faucet Bibb and replaced the old valve with an updated ball valve.

Throughout the entire process Mac was professional, polite, honest and an absolute pleasure to work with. His customer service should be modeled after, and I take pride knowing that I not only supported a local business, but that his business is also family-owned.

I 100% recommend CVS and hopefully won't have to use them in the future, but if I do they'll be the first, and last, company I call for work.

Shut off valve for the toilet was leaking. Mac replied within minutes and scheduled for first thing in the morning. His guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the reason for the leak and fixed the issue quickly at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
