I can't even say enough about this company. Very responsive and helpful over the phone. After trying to get help for 2 weeks from other companies.... They came out the very next day!!! They were honest and affordable.

I had a busted water pipe and water was running 24/7 even turning off the house water. So, to say I was stressed out and overwhelmed is an understatement.

Called this guy to fix a sprinkler valve that had busted and he came and glued it. Next day I noticed it was leaking and I called him to come check it out. He wanted to charge me $70 in labor and 30 in parts to fix a problem he didn't catch. I called what I thought was a professional plumber to make sure my valve was 100% and not just to glue a piece of pipe which took 10 min to do and charged me 105 to do. That I could have done myself. When I told him that he replied, why don't you glue a new valve yourself. On top of that he suggested I leave the valve open half way so it wouldn't leak as much, what kind of plumber leaves a job not done all the way. That's when I told him to leave. Would not recommend this guy at all.

I had a gas leak in my water heater, I called and they were able to send someone out to check and install a new water heater that day. Very professional, very nice, quick and reasonably priced!

Shaun from Arnold's Plumbing helped me replaced a water heater at my rental while I was out of town. He made the process very easy for me and was able to take credit card payment via phone (using Square app). Shaun picked up the water heater from Lowe's and did the installation and haul-away promptly. He also took care of some minor work my last plumber left behind and again made it easy for me. Professional service and great communications, would hire again and recommend.

After juggling changes to their service date, they finally showed up to fix my HVAC and water heater systems.  Since this is a rental I was not at the home when they arrived and I let them in remotely.  After an hour they called me and told me they had fixed the issue, but there was a pending issue that I may need to repair in a few months after the winter season.  Fast forward to a few hours later and I could tell the heat issues were not fixed and the house is freezing.  I called the service back to set up another visit and the tech says the issue was never fixed because I didn't pay to have the future issue fixed. If the tech had told me the heater wouldn't work without the fix, I would have gladly paid for the fix right away, it's 30° out.  But instead I'm now looking for new HVAC support from another company and will not be using this service ever again.

We had a new well drilled on our residential property and I needed the pump transferred from the old well to the new.

After several failed appointments with other pump companies, I contacted Chris. He was refreshingly professional. While other companies were scheduled out for months (some were so booked they flatly told me no), Chris was on-site within a week!

The day of the appointment I had a message from Chris that he needed to reschedule because he had recent calls from clients who were completely out of water. But when he learned that I had taken the day off to be home for the job, he made arrangements and was at our home within an hour.

He's happy to do the job unattended, but was also ready to explain and re-explain.

Tips:
* Consider the cost estimate more like a bid
* I rented a trencher and dug the trenches for the new pipe myself, which saved us hundreds of dollars
* Your appointment may be changed last minute if more pressing customer situations arise

We called to have a service maintenance on our AC they charged me a service fee of $95 to inspect it, I think the guy that came was named Mike...he explained that our PSI levels were low for the temperature it was set at and that he is going to add some freon to it and run it for about an hour.  He quoted a charge of $45 per lb for freon and $105 for a dye to see if there is a leak in it which I was ok with. As soon as he did his job I felt that nice cold AC blowing. He was upfront with all possible costs and it was actually less than he quoted. So far everything is good. I would definitely call them again for any future repairs.

I can only speak on behalf of their customer service, which was terrible. When I called to schedule to have a plumber come install a sink and repair my toilet the woman who answered was extremely rude and short with me when I called, enough to make me choose another company for my plumbing!

Jared is a flake. We came out to unclog a sewer line going to the street. He broke his tool and had to return. He came back said that he cleared it but it did not work. We had paid him $50 . He admited that he could not fix it and referred me to another plumber and said he would return the money paid to him.
I called him 4 times over the past year. He always promised to refund his fees, but never did.
AVOID THIS PERSON!
