My water heater stopped working, so my landlord called Goode Plumbing to come after regular business hours to take a look at it. Travis was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to repair it the same day. He explained in detail exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond the regular customer service you expect from a plumbing company. Enjoying my hot showers once again!

Way overpriced, do not accept their estimate, always get a second estimate and you will save a lot of money. Their estimate was hundreds over my second estimate. They have changed and are not the same as the original owner, they are gold diggers. Will never use them.

I had tankless water heater issue and I used my home warranty to troubleshoot, American Home Shield. AHS sent a contractor and worked on it for 30 mins and then said he would not be able to work on it because he was not familiar with it.

Lamont from LX Plumbing was sent as the second contractor and was amazing. He came to check it out and worked on it for a few hours, and realized we needed a new unit. He put in a request for a new unit, escalated the issue, and scheduled an install date once received. He worked on it for longer than anticipated but he was very professional, communicated well, and had a pleasant experience with Lamont.

My unit is working perfectly and I am happy that we found a great plumber that completed a very difficult install from start to finish.

Rob, from Airtech, came out right away to install our Nest doorbell. Great service and very informative. We plan on having him install another camera in the back, and we have given his name to several people who are also wanting security systems.  Thank you, Rob!

The owner of this company was driving like a bat out of hell this morning. He was flying down Armstrong at 8:15 am while kids were walking to school at Oraze elementary. I was in front of him. He proceeded to tail gate me to Ashlan where I turned to head towards fowler. He tailed me all down Ashlan when he could have easily got in the other lane to pass me. I was obeying all traffic laws and driving the correct speed limit going with the flow of traffic during a busy traffic hour. I turned into the Starbucks parking lot where he zoomed through only to get caught up with construction. He then got behind me and honked his horn, threw his arms up at me, flipped me off and stuck his tongue out at me like a 5 year old child. I hope you know I had my 1 YEAR OLD CHILD in the back. A mom should never fear their child (and myself) is in danger because you needed your coffee. He put his phone up to take a picture of my car (which I hope he did) and when I turned around to take a picture of his plates, he then threw his business card up for me to come get, as if because he owns a company rules didn't apply to him. I hope your cup of coffee was worth it. The fact he acted like a child, when he's pushing 70 years old, really shows what kind of a person he is. I'll be referring all clients and friends to Fresno Plumbing.

Reasonable priced. Could come at a moment's notice. Fixed the stopped up sink within a short time. Not a barefoot plumber.

Valley AC & Repair was terrible. The technician who came out was barely knowledgable about our HVAC unit and charged for literally everything. Not only did we pay $150 for routine maintenance we could have done ourselves, he didn't identify the real issue. We had to call out another company and pay more money to find out that our unit was shot.

I requested a quote to get a plumbing estimate. They came out Monday and were very late. They finally got back to me and at first said the estimate was free but now want to charge me 125 for them just coming out and doing nothing.

They were extremely unprofessional, not compliant with covid procedures, the guy came in no mask and had dirty shoes - still didn't care and came in. He didn't even take the cover off the water heater and immediately just said we needed a new unit, how would he know that without looking at it? Guess he just didn't care to even look and figured might as well get the insurance money. On top of that he came in and took off our water restrictions and didn't put them back. The next day my husband called his office about the water restrictors, they said they would have the same guy come and return them, he never did and they never returned our phone call.

We've used Artman several times before and were always pleased with their service and performance--until today. We were originally given a 30-minute window for their arrival, by 8:00 am. They called to say they were running a little late. A repairman arrived almost 2 hours later. After a quick look at our faucet, he said we needed a new one, the office would be calling us shortly, and that he would be back. After waiting all day and cancelling plans, we called their office at 5:00. We were told they would check on it and get right back with us.  That didn't happen. If you're busy and need to rely on prompt service, you might want to look elsewhere.
