Reputable and experienced company. Installed new bath tub, toilet, shower valves, sinks and faucets. Lowered gas line for new oven. Art and Vincent are very knowledgeable and took time to explain things and make sure that I was satisfied.

Service was great. However, when I needed a detailed invoice for insurance they were unable or unwilling to provide one.

We have the best experience with LX plumbing. There was professionalism timeliness and just an old school approach to make him a customer happy. We felt heard and a genuine concern to fix the issue for us.

Rob, from Airtech, came out right away to install our Nest doorbell. Great service and very informative. We plan on having him install another camera in the back, and we have given his name to several people who are also wanting security systems. Thank you, Rob!

Update: I am raising my rating from one star, Methinks not to 2 stars, I've experienced better. I received a call from Chris Purcell who had read my very negative review below. Chris told me that he did not mean that I needed the flush kit, but rather the valving to attach the flush kit. Apparently plumbers also refer to this as a flush kit. I watched a Youtube video and, indeed, they said, if you don't have this installed, you can't continue. This was not made clear in my original conversation with Chris. I indeed do not have that valving. Why the builder would not have provided flush capability, I do not know. Also, I have now found many vendors available who will do this work for much less money. I have no doubt that Chris and his team can flush a tankless water heater and clean the burner with no problem, but you might want to shop around.
I got a flyer on my door from CK Plumbing that said they could flush a Rinai tankless water heater and they would give 10% off with the flyer. Chris quoted me $275 minus 10% to flush the water heater and clean the burner. When the technician came out, Chris called me back and told me that I would also need a $225 flush kit. I told him to forget it. He told me he would have to charge something for the technician coming out. I told him to go ahead and if I got a bill I would not pay it and if a collection agency contacted me, I would contact my attorney. He quoted me $275 and did not ask if I had a flush kit. From what I can tell from the internet so far, flush kits are re-usable for any tankless hot water heater. Should I have to buy pipe wrenches as well?

Reasonable priced. Could come at a moment's notice. Fixed the stopped up sink within a short time. Not a barefoot plumber.

I requested a quote to get a plumbing estimate. They came out Monday and were very late. They finally got back to me and at first said the estimate was free but now want to charge me 125 for them just coming out and doing nothing.

Service Request: January 2023
1) Toilet leaking near bolts
2) Kitchen Faucet Leaking
3) Water Heater, not keeping water hot long enough
AHS sent City Plumbing
City's plumber documented Equipment Modifications to AHS. AHS doesn't
pay Modifications. AHS does pay for parts and components, but you throw in the words Equipment Modifications, that stops payments from them for the parts and components. I was quoted $1,400 my cost, paperwork site unseen.
Tenants said no Modifications were done.
Toilet replaced, Equipment Modification $175.00 They charged my card.
Kitchen Faucet installed
Water Heater- They charged me for parts not put on, example, earthquake strap
they are trying to charge me for a new one, they put the old one back on.
City said I need to call for Inspection, I did, and found that the Water Heater
project is unfinished. Told City, no response. (City should be the one calling for
Inspection, they are the ones who got the permit, they are charging me $275 for
the permit that cost $189.)
I have asked for the details of the document the
service tech wrote as the copy I requested is mostly unreadable, and to tell
me the Modifications that the tech supposedly did, my request has gone
unanswered. They are trying to charge me over a $100 for a $10 part from what I can figure
out, and that was all the parts that I could read on the work order (not sure if that is the right name
of it). There are multiple parts documented, all are being charged at more than 1,000 percent of the cost.
I told them not to charge my credit card until all of this gets straightened out.
I have not received an invoice, or any information I requested.
I called AHS and told them about this situation, I am waiting for their response.
Today's date, March 23, I sent another request to City, I bet it goes unanswered.
Bottom Line. Call AHS when you need a plumber and tell them not to send this company. If you just order a service call online, City plumbing is the default company they send.

Very unprofessional and half a** with fixing my walls they made holes in and with recementing the concrete they jack hammered. Wife (secetary/receptionist/boss) was always rude and trying to rush everything so my insurance could pay them, her exact words The insurance is on us to finish the job so they can close the claim...I've never known anyone insurance agency to be so anxious to pay anyone..let's hope their quality of work lasts.
