Quick service, he fixed an electrical issue we've been dealing with for almost 3 months and our landlord was avoiding. He diagnosed the issue and repaired witching 90 minutes. Everything works like it should and he didn't break the bank.

Called Thomas Plumbing this morning (Saturday) because of a sudden leak in our attic. They were able to get a technician out within a couple hours and address our problem promptly. He found where the leak was coming from and was able to fix it for us within an hour. So thankful this crisis is adverted!

Russ and his guys are always prompt and excel at customer service. They have replaced a hot water heater, faucet replacement and fixed various plumbing issues for me. If you want quality work at a great price then look no further. I will always use America's Best Plumbing.

Richard was great. Very responsive and quick. He was able to come over assess the problem, go shop for the parts, and then make the repairs all within an hour or so. While other companies quoted higher he was honest and only charged for the project. I would recommend him to anyone for services around the house.

I needed  to have a toilet installed and safety bars installed in the shower of our new home due to my husband disability. Jake and Stephen were right on time and got the job done. They explained that he should not put his entire weight on them because they could come out and crack the tile. They made sure they are solid and ready to go when my husband comes home from his physical rehabilitation.

I called Roto rooter to snake our kitchen sink drain after waiting months to get it fixed. The manager ended up doing the same day house call, on a weekend, and did a fantastic job, quick and clean!

The plumbing technician they sent was on time and he did give us a reliable and correct diagnosis for our water heater and also was able to get the pilot light started so it would work at least temporarily. He was very nice and he did tell me it was a Honeywell unit and that his company warehouse did not carry the part we would need to replace on it, and said we would have a very difficult time finding parts for that Honeywell brand water heater from any reputable company here in Bakersfield, Ca. He recommended we replace the unit w a new unit altogether.

The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 stars is due to the technician promising to check a few other places for our Honeywell unit's part and promised to call me back 4-5 days, and I in turn said I would pass along the quote to replace the unit to my spouse. He never did call me back at all, however he was not wrong about his diagnosis or his advice.
While he was here he also was able diagnose and fix a problem with the pipe beneath our sink that carries the water from our dishwasher to the drain spout and drains the water into our kitchen sink. He fixed it very quickly and he was also fast and very affordable. This plumbing company has been my spouse's mother, aunt, and grandmother's go to plumber for at least 40 years. We were very pleased.

Excellent clean work from Deo on a water heater replacement. It was a rush job and they took care of it. Highly recommended!

Had a new tenant moving in and the tankless water heater was not working so I called them out to turn it on, turns out the unit was not getting power and tech told me to call electrician, original quote for service call was $89 and I paid it. Wanted a 2nd opinion and called Roto-Rooter Bakersfield and turns out they agreed and told me the same thing the only difference was they didn't charge me a penny since they were not able to fix the issue. You now know who I will be calling for our plumbing needs.

Im disappointed that I didnt have a good experience like the rest of these reviews. I actually had the same similar situation as the other bad review. I called early in the week because i was referred from another plumbing company to drain pro for septic inspection and certification. I spoke with Mike who scheduled me the following day which was great. The technician Jeff came out and from the beginning did not say hello and seemed annoyed. He started digging but after my husband left he came and told me he couldnt find my septic tank and that my husband would need to dig it or they can use cameras for a couple hundred more. He stated that if my husband finished digging we wouldnt be charged but still charged me the $200 and left because he said did you see how much i dug When my husband got home, he went in the hole Jeff dug and the lid was there already. I called Jeff to tell him and he said if the second tank was dug as well. I asked if my husband dug up the second, will I get refunded. He said no and that he will dig it himself and swing by later that afternoon. My husband called mike to see exactly the confusion of the septic and he said would ask the tech and call him back. He didn't. The tech never returned either. The next morning I asked if they would be able to come and Jeff said yeah ill get to it some time today i told him that i needed more of a time frame because i didn't get an additional day off for work.  He said he would for sure come later on and will call an hour before. Never showed. So now I have one tank dug up, and out of $200. I understand with the covid things are busier at times than normal. But I dont think that takes away from having to just tell the customer the availability instead of lying and saying twice you will come but dont show up or even call to state you are not showing up. Now to go search other plumbing services here in town

I returned from a camping trip at the beach and realized my hot water heater was leaking. I called and reached out to Aaron through yelp and he responded within an hour. I explained my problem to him and what I wanted to do and he provided me with some answers. I asked him to install a tankless water heater and he gave me a quote over the phone without having to set up an appointment to come over to feed me a bunch of scenarios that uses scare tactics to get you to over spend. Additionally, Aaron gave me an extremely good price on the tankless water heater installation. Others were charging $5000 to $8000 for the same job. Aaron even repaired my drywall that was molding around the old water heater; for free! Aaron also fixed a spicket leak that caused him to have to re-fit the piping for a very reasonable price. If you want a real honest plumber that works with your needs for a reasonable price and stays after normal working hours until 8:30 pm to finish the installation. Then Aaron's your type of plumber! I really appreciate the professionalism and realness he displayed as a business owner. Aaron you are the MAN, and thank you very much!

Last winter, I found out sooner than expected that I had to replace my roof altogether when I had 4 major leaks throughout the house. With financial concerns and having in mind what the scope of the repair altogether would be, I reached out to Frank Londono Construction for an estimate. Frank quickly responded to my questions and was able to provide an estimate and time frame within days of my inquiry. We went over the contract together as well as the logistics of how long the project would be completed and materials. As they had begun removing the first layer of the roof, he discovered major structural damage and set out a couple of recommendations and options to move forward. Although the damage would raise the cost of the project, Frank did his best in keeping us within the estimated increase and was able to complete the project altogether within a week. Frank and team were professional and ensured that no debris was left over from the immense project of replacing my 1,900 sq. ft. roof! Overall, I am been very pleased with the results of the replacement of the roof and would highly recommend Frank and his team!

Do not hire them they ripped me off and didn't even finish the job don't let them come into your home you might get ripped off too. I had written him a check for $250 then my sister came and let me the $250 cash I asked him for the check back and I left the check on the table and gave him cash then later on he also grab the check took it and deposit the check into his account I did not notice until yesterday when I went to the remember bank and they told me that a check for $250 that clear I called him he got upset and hang up on me I called the police and they told me that there's nothing they can do because I wrote the check myself and it was signed but it wasn't for him to take because I gave him cash instead of a check he's a Thief all together he got $620 for me and he didn't even finish the job and there's nothing I can do unless I take him to small claims court as a favor to me do not hire him remember the name is Chavez plumbing

They call him Billy He was recommended by someone that said he needed work since he had a baby! I asked for two outside faucets to be replaced with the round handle and for my kitchen to be unclogged. Per his request, I took pics and sent them to him, so he can pick up the faucets. He told me it would be $350 total and if he needed to use the electric snake $450. I told him hopefully not necessary.
First issue: Billy didn't replace the mainline faucet at first and just put round piece at base. I looked and told him I was paying him to replace the whole thing, because it was corroded. He replaced it and it crumbled while he was doing it.
2nd issue: Billy replaced the hose faucet with same wing handle I told him I didn't want because he said they probably didn't sell anymore. He told me he only bought that one! I saw in his bag he did have the round handle (liar) I let it go since the wing looked ok.
3rd issue: He rented a snake machine for 4 hours that was apparently not long enough. He tried two ways and still didn't unclog. Billy had me call the city to see if it's their line? They came out and it wasn't. They said he should try the lateral line since it could there. He didn't want to come back to try because he needed to rent again and wanted to charge me $200 more dollars (CROOK) I paid him $400 because he game me a discount.

Conclusion: after going texting back n forth, bottom line he didn't want to come back for free ( I PAID HIM). My kitchen was backed up worst after he left. I called another plumber and his machine went 100ft and problem solved in 20 minutes.
Billy is a CROOK! Please beware, check after his work because he will try to get over. He told me it cost $100 to rent snake at HD and it only costs $50 at Homedepot for 4 hrs and $65 for one day! He also was wearing a MCKEE plumbing T-shirt. I called them and they said he was terminated and should not be wearing their shirt! (CROOK) HE IS NOT LICENSED!!
