I made an appointment with J. Noble Binns for last Saturday for some basic plumbing repairs. In spite of their On Time policy, my technician arrived 45 min. late. He then gave me an overview of the work status, saying that all repairs could not be completed the same day. When my assigned appointment was completed, I was told that someone would return in one week at the same time to complete the work specified. I pointedly asked the repairman if I needed to call and make the appointment and I was told no, it was already on the docket. Fast forward to today. No call, no show after 90 minutes. When I called the office, I could immediately tell that my appointment was NOT on the docket as I had to relay all of my information from scratch. After 5 minutes, someone else called from J. Binns to say that they'd left me several messages to re-confirm the appointment WHICH IS A BALD-FACED LIE. I had no message whatsoever from this place. So now I'm left in the lurch, my day wasted. I am highly dissatisfied and I urge you to pass over his lame duck company. FAIL.
