Heatco has been on our go-to plumbing contractor for installation as well as maintenance on heating systems at numerous houses now. Jake always fits us in and fixes the issue quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate his expertise and recommend him highly!

I had roots in my sewer line that caused drain problems for a couple years.  I own a small power drain snake but could not get it to clear with 75 feet of cable.  I called Chugach and made an appointment for the next day.  I was informed that they had two appointments before me and would call when they were done with those.  By noon, I had not heard anything and called to get a status update.  Chugach said they were tied up with a problem but hoped to be out soon.  Less than an hour later I received a phone call and was told someone was on the way.  I learned that Chugach was still busy so they took the time to contact another business and had them come out to make sure I was taken care of.  The respondent was polite and efficient.  My drain was free of roots in about 30 minutes.  I was charged the quoted rate for one hour and provided with good advice on how to help keep my lines free and flowing.  I rarely see a company like Chugach make sure I was taken care of, even at the loss of their personal business.  No reschedule and no excuses, just a happy customer.  For this courtesy and concern, they have earned my future business and I give top ratings to Chugach.  They were less expensive than other snaking services and used the correct equipment to clear, not just unclog my lines unlike my previous choices even though they had told me I had root problems.  I am very pleased.

I appreciate that they called me the day before to confirm the time of day; and their driver called when he was on the way. Larry, the septic technician, was polite and friendly and cracked several jokes.  When he got to the house he confirmed the location of the tank and told me he would come to the front door when he was done. He finished and put everything back as it was. He then came to the front door explained what he had done and how my septic system looked. He gave me some literature on septic system maintenance as well as a sheet explaining what he had done and the condition of my system.

I am more than satisfied with the work done today, price was less than expected, work was done in a timely manner, Russel and John were polite and professional, everything checked and rechecked to make sure there were no more leaks after they were done

My water heater broke on a day they were booked, and they managed to get me an emergency appointment the same day! Turns out my gas valve had broken, luckily he had a replacement part in his truck.

Great service, fast and reliable! He walked me through what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Very friendly and professional. Will 100% call them if anything else breaks!

JD is really professional. He is the only Hvac service that would answer the phone call after 6 p.m. in the area. I had him come over to repair my central heater system last August and today, for 2 different issues. He accommodated to address minor problems over the phone and he would come in only when something needs to be done by a professional. He works in a very professional way and very knowledgeable. Our system is fully fixed both times and the fee is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

My landlord used them for many of his furnace installs.  Most other work either he does himself or I do it for a (sometimes) break in rent.  When the furnace was first installed (2008) for about a month or so my wife and I felt horrible...headaches, nausea...then it dawned on me...this only happened at home.  I checked the furnace closet (inside the home) and smelled the faintest trace of gas....I immediately called our landlord (at 9 or so at night, we rent a single family house btw) and he came over and we did the soapy water test...we tightened it up felt safe that we did a better job than the professionals.  

Fast forward 6 years later and I notice the little red light on our american standard furnace that i'd never noticed before blinking.  I call them and am told that they cannot tell me anything over the phone and I need to get the landlord to ok a visit unless I want to pay for it myself.  I'm FREAKING concerned that my 2.5 year old and 25 week pregnant wife might be in danger and this C-WORD *handles me*......  It turns out that it's normal since I, again, had to research and find the answer myself.  

Alkota deserves to have it's license yanked....horrible....despicable..

Received wonderful, polite and friendly service. I was helped by a representative named Jeremy, who was happy to answer all my questions and make sure I understood what happened to my water heater. The price of the repair was reasonable, and I will definitely call them if I ever have any plumbing or heating needs in the future.

We have used Extreme several times before and recently used them again for issues with our water heater.  They were booked up but said they would get out as soon as possible to look at it.  Matt, one of the technicians came out and diagnosed the problem quickly.  He found some other valid issues, offered some suggestions while he was there.  He was awesome and took care of them right then.  He ordered a new water heater and Tyler came out two days early to install it.  These guys are great and really know their stuff.  Like Matt, Tyler was friendly, professional and meticulous.  He got us up and running in no time and the bill was very fair.  We highly recommend these folks to anyone who wants great service or repair to their heating, air conditioning or plumbing issues.

Dealt with this outfit once and will never do it again. Even with a referral, these people thought we weren't important enough to return a phone call. NOT WORTH IT.
