I was reading some positive comments on here before, I call them up.
My furnace gave up on me during the last couple of days of extremely cold winter days. I called them up on 4/8/21 to come to fix the furnace. The first day the technician, show up and check to see what is wrong. He told me that my ignitor is broken, he doesn't have that part in hand which is understandable. I gave him the okay to order the part. At this point, I have already been bill for the inspection. which I gladly pay for.
A couple of days later technician shows up with the ignitor and replace it, furnace still not working. Now I was told that the Mainboard is fry also, again I give the okay to order part too. Again a couple of days later, the technician show up and swap the mainboard and it still not working. The new board also makes the same noise and light indicate as the old board. At this point, the technician said they don't usually work on this kind of furnace.
I asked how much I owe them now and he shows me the bill, around 500 plus at this point. But nothing is being fixed. So the technician, point out that my exhaust fan is also broken and needs a new part also. He take out the exhaust fan part and looked at it. I give him the okay to order a new part too, but the technician never returns again. Now is 4/26/21 my furnace still not put together, parts laying everywhere. No call follow-up or anything.
This technician can not pinpoint the problem at all but taking a wild guess making you paid for all the parts until is fixed. Very poor job on this company. What I learn in all of this is to never have high expectations of Extreme Heating and Air Inc. just because of some positive reviews.
I will not suggest this company to anyone base on my experience.
