I cannot say enough good things about these guys.  He was running a little late, called before he was due, to say he was running behind, stayed well past 5 on a Friday night to get me back up and running, charged me no overtime, left my bathroom pristine (which is ALOT more than I can say for roto rooter, who I called two months before) and left me with a very detailed receipt for my landlord.  I will tell anyone who needs a plumber, that this is the guy to call.  Drain Masters are the best.  Courteous, professional, thorough, affordable.  I could go on and on.  I joined yelp, just to leave this post.

I had a mainline sewer blockage- the worst it's ever been (I'm talkin sewer poop everywhere). I called all over town, no one was helpful. But then I called Tom. He answered right away and arrived as soon as he wrapped up the job he was already on.

He got straight to it when he arrived and fixed the issue quickly. Very knowledgeable and very kind. Pricing was fair as well.

I'm so grateful and will absolutely be using him again in the future.

I contacted Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer line froze while I was on vacation.  The technician did not greet me or speak to me until there were problems.  He thawed my line but the hose got stuck underground.  He tied the hose to the bumper of the truck to try and free it, but on the second try, my cleanout broke, along with the hose.  I was instructed not to put any toilet paper down the sewer until it was fixed, he gave me the phone number for an excavator and drove away.  The company called me the next day to try and help, but I had already called another contractor.  I can't fault Denali Sewer and Drain for getting the steam hose stuck, since my cleanout had frost-jacked and no one could have known, but I feel that they reacted wrong, made mistakes and didn't help me fix the problem.  I believe they could have found the problem without ripping the hose and breaking my cleanout.  I spent hours on the phone and with the other contractor and had to pay for someone else to fix what they broke.

Blake has a friendly personality and arrived at my home 15 minutes after I called. You just don't get this kind of attention to detail in Anchorage. He fixed my issue swiftly and we spent a lot of time just shooting the bull.

The job was small, but the service was grand! Good guy.
