Pricing was clear, service was great, issue was solved same day. Happy to support a local business especially on that offers great service and clear and fair pricing.

A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area. Robby has taken care of crazy plumbing issues at my rentals for many years.  He's a sweetheart who is always polite, professional, and thorough.  I highly recommend him.

Peace of mind Plumbing is by far the most honest and cost effective plumbing services I have ever came across in the 35 years that I have been a landlord.  Recently while I was in Charlotte I called to have a  laundry drain klog dislodged at one of my rental homes and I was told that the company was extremely busy at the time but if I can wait a few weeks they would be happy to service my unit. Since it was not an emergency I agreed. Best decision I ever made!  Rick came out and not only professionally repaired the drain but corrected a problem a previous plumber made at little or no cost.  He was very polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. Aspire is a very professional company. From quote to completion,  they did the job quickly, without great mess or upset to our living space, and the job works and looks great. Additionally it is rare to find a company with such decent, caring people.  I really felt like they treated us as if this was their own home and own family they were working for. It's hard to find a company that does the job and cares about the people. Aspire did both well.

Plumb 4 U..? More like Scammers 4 U! This company charges very high end pricing and says the issues are resolved. Had to call them several times over a plumbing issue and eventually broke down to call a real plumber. The replacement company came out, diagnosed the issues and resolved the problem. Yet I'm stuck with a very high bill and did not get real results.

The technicians seemed like they were on drugs and could not even function properly. The management took the side of their employees and did not care to help, I would not trust them in my home. Stay away and find a real plumbing company! A company who cares and Does not scam their customers.

We have had a water heater and water softener put in by Lake Norman Plumbing and they did a great job. They came on time, cleaned up well and completed the job in the estimated time. The guys doing the work were pleasant and well-spoken. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and we would recommend them.

We called to get a quote for a whole house humidifier. The rep quoted us out two 5000 sq ft (top of the line) units when our house is only 3400 sq ft total. I asked why he would quote us on something so expensive when all we needed was 1500 sq DT on each floor. The total quote was over 7 THOUSAND dollars for something that I've paid less than 2k for in the past. I asked that he revisit the quote if he wants my business and never heard back from them. Also customer service in general when you call is just plain old poor. Do yourself a favor, listen to the majority of these reviews, pay less and get better customer service somewhere else.

David Hargraves ghosted me after we set up a time for a septic inspection.  He gave me a price, we set a date and time, then he never showed up.  He has not replied to my further emails. I wouldn't recommend him for any work if your time is valuable.

I had them come give me a estimate on some rough-in plumbing just water supply in the walls. Probably 1-2 days work for the 3-3/4 baths a kitchen and 2 washers. All the drain lines already installed under slab and water supply and water heaters are in place. 55k. Crazy expensive when all they have to supply is cheap plastic water lines.  Cant comment on the quality of there work since this was almost 50k to much

Over it. Toilet acted up right after their warranty window. So, I was quoted for almost the same amount to come back and re-snake. No thank you

P.F. Plumbing has done two major jobs for us: a new sewer line the day after Christmas (!) and a new water heater. In all instances they were clear, prompt, professional, and focused. They are contractors, which means they may not be the best call for small repairs -- they are excellent for big jobs. I highly recommend.

United Air Temp was the first company that American Home Shield goes to for contract service in Marietta, GA. Our upstairs A/C unit was exhibited problems throughout the summer so I finally called in August to repair diminished capacity. The first tech (Ed) said that our temperatures were within standard and there was no need for service; on top of that, he broke the outside unit freon fill valve but said he would fix it. 24-hours later, with no freon in the system, and it was Saturday, we learned that he didn't fix it, draining the system of freon. I called AHS and asked for a second opinion contractor to be assigned. The local manager reached out to me on Monday, asked for me to cancel the second opinion, and that he wanted to check the work that his tech broke.

A broken fill valve, and no amount of mechanical air movement would cool any space, so it was obvious his team would need to fix something. They ordered a TXV valve along with a promise to recharge the freon in the system. The second tech (Jorge') completed the work without incident, but the system could only achieve a 14-deg-F separation between supply and return, still presenting a high supply line temperature indicative of a problem with the outdoor compressor unit. A new compressor was ordered, even though Marco (the Marietta supervisor) stated that a matching coil would be replaced in order to meet the specific AHRI rating for the system.

Since we had greatly diminished cooling capacity, and the system would run continuously when on, Marco recommended a complete upstairs system replacement (including a new heater, even though our current one was only two years old); that estimate was $8,500 for a 3.5 ton system, and he hadn't even finish the AHS work that originated the service call. Once the new compressor arrived, the last tech (Alex) completed the work in a professional manner but would not show me the supply and return temperatures. After another weekend of noticeable weak cooling, I bought my own temperature probe and verified only a 12.8-deg-F temperature differential. (The industry standard is 16 to 20-deg-F differential.)

I called AHS yet again, demanding a second opinion and negative reviews against UAT; they assigned Express Heating and Cooling. When their tech (Chris) arrived, he stated the obvious of the outside unit needing a chemical clean of the compressor coils before any attempt to calibrate and pressurize the system. After further discussion, we both realized that United Air Temp completed unnecessary work consistent with high labor costs and ineffective corrective steps--all indicators of fleecing AHS for compensation but avoiding doing actual work to rectify the customer (me) concern about an under-performing system.

I am copying this complaint to any location I can find in the hopes of saving paying customers from the angst, time loss, and corruption exhibited by a an unscrupulous HVAC contractor. Their hold music of recipient of the national ethics award should be removed as further evidence of deceptive practices, and the local supervisor (Marco) should be fired for ineptitude.

I welcome anyone to reach out should they have concerns about this company or desire further details. I will not allow them to step foot on my property again.

We are an 80+ year old couple living near Waxhaw, NC.   My name is William (Gene) Childers and the owner of the property involved in this matter is Rachel Kennerley, my companion since 2005.  
On Sat, Apr 4, I actually mistakenly called Michael & Son Services to get a water leak under the house repaired.  I had found the phone number on their web site.  The service man came out around 1:43 pm on April 5 and was here until approximately 4:00 pm but he only did a little over an hour's actual work.  I can not cover what all transpired with the service guy due to lack of space.
I checked the T-connection which the service man had cut out and replaced.  There is absolutely no evidence of the short pieces of pipe connect to the T-connection were leaking.  The leaking is from around the area where the piping is pushed onto the connection, leaking under the piping.   I decided right then that I wanted to see what the service man had actually done under the house and that if he had to fixed several  other things like he said which caused the initial quote of $500.00 to go up to a  $700.00 charge.   I thought the $500.00 was expensive but when he told me there were several problems to be fixed I told him to go ahead and fix them.
After crawling under the house on Monday afternoon, Apr 6, and checking the work done by the service attendant I could only see that he had replaced the T-connection but I couldn't see any evidence that he had done anything else.   Just thinking about the $700.00 charge for the guy doing just a little over an hour's actual work I decided to call Michael & Son Services on Apr7 around 10:00 am.   I talked to a guy who answered the phone and explained the details of why I was calling and told him I wanted to talk to a manager.  He said everyone was in a meeting and he would have someone call me after the meeting and that it might be 24 hrs or more before anyone returned my call.
No one called me Tuesday afternoon or on Wednesday, so I called Michael & Son back on Thurs, Apr 9. At around 10:30 am and talked with Bonnie.  She said she saw a note for someone to call me and that she would make
Again, no one had called me by Friday morning, Apr 10 so I called Michael & Son again around 10:30 and talked with Bonnie again.  She assured me that she had passed the note on to have someone call me.  I told her I felt I was being ignored.  She finally said that she would try to connect me with someone and put me on hold.  After some time on hold the connection was lost.  I called back in a few minutes and spoke with another woman telling her the details of my complaint   I was emphatic and told her I was tired of being ignored and that I wasn't going to give up and that if necessary I would come up to their office.  .  During our conversation I told her that $700.00 was entirely too much to charge for a little over an hours work and that the only supplies used was the T-connection and several pieces of small plastic pipe to make the connection.  The woman started telling me that they charged different prices for different services but I quickly told her that no one charges that much for a little over an hour's work and the T-connection and short piping might have costs a couple of dollars.  She finally said that she would make sure someone got the message to call me
I still had not received a call from a manager on Friday, Apr 10.
It is a shame that this company is ripping people off which is proved by the numerous bad reviews I saw about the company on the Better Business Bureau's web site and the company web site.  We feel that it is even worse that they seem to be preying on elderly people like us.

I have signed up with this company for the Maintenance plan for two years now. Last year and this year is nearly impossible to get an appointment for the maintenance for the summer and for the winter. This year's appointment they can't even give me a time. Instead they will call me 30 minutes before they arrive. Meaning I just sit home all day and all evening until they call. This is the only day I could get an appointment without pushing the time out to December 22 which is unacceptable.Woman I spoke with was very rude. This maintenance plan is quite expensive. I will never use this company again nor will I ever refer them to anyone.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

This company was recommended by my home warranty company , the tech was loud , lack knowlegde , and was very unprofessional. He state over and over what the home warranty didnt cover and he didnt know where to find the parts, asked questions unrelated to the job.  I dare to say he was GHETTO, I would never use or recommend this company. The home warranty sent another company two days later that fixed the problem in 30mins with Zero issue.
