We had a leak in our well. I called Ryan he came right over check it out. He had us up fixed in no time. We had them out a couple of years ago to replace our pump. They again were awesome. The part that broke today was an old PVC fitting. I can't recommend them enough. Give them a call you will be satisfied and very, please. Thank You

This company is top notch. Five star service at a fraction of the cost of other plumbers. They have replaced my garbage disposal, added an outdoor spicket and fixed a broken sewage back up pipe.

The day started horrible. I tried to fix something under the kitchen sink and all of a sudden there was water everywhere. I tried to undo what I had done. I tried to turn of the water. It wouldn't turn off. I tried the whole house and couldn't turn the pipe. Someone said call the Fire Department and they came and got it turned off. I had already called my plumber and he was not returning my call. I looked on line and found Conrad Plumbing. He was here in less than a half hour. He got it fixed with plenty of laughing. I promised him no more plumbing. He turned a horrible day into a great one. I'm so glad I found him he will be my new plumber.

Very reliable and responsive. Work quality is great. He goes over and beyond to take care of his customers' needs. Definitely recommended.

Filled out the form as we have a leak in our house and wanted to inquire if they serviced our area and if they offered alternative hours for those that work full time.
Had a missed call a short time later from Dave. In his voicemail he mentioned they did service the area and 4:00 PM would be the latest they could come by, unless I wanted to pay more then, I could do later hours, but he would have to pay his guys time and a half, which means he would have to charge me. He also mentioned that they charge hourly, that at a minimum it is $550(+) depending on method of payment for the first 1 1/2 hours and $250 per hour after.
While I appreciate the quick turn around, I also contacted other businesses at the same time that do offer alternative hours and that will come out for a free estimate to see if they can even locate the issue or even fix the issue. I don't know whether this company offers free estimates or not, but talk about paying upfront the minimum charge instead of coming to check out the issue like the other companies just made it an easy decision to not call this company back.
While I don't hate their policies, I'm just choosing to go with others that can fit my needs and budget. I'm also wanting this information to be out there so people don't waste their time contacting this company if they need alternative hours or don't want to pay on an hourly basis, but instead an agreed price, which is my preferred method.

This plumbing company was dispatched to my home by Home Warranty for service on two plumbing issues. Both issues where described in my initial service request thinking there would not be any problems. When service man arrived, the only concern he had was to collect the deductible before even talking to me or giving me diagnosis. Very rude and his only goal was to pressure me in adding more repairs with more expenditures. Did not have the proper info on codes and what is grandfathered etc... I would NEVER RECOMMEND them nor use this company for any reason. Terrible!

I recently hired Charlotte Mechanical to install a compact whole house water filter in my townhome. Calvin arrived and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The water filter was installed in a reasonable amount of time and for a fair price. I called two other plumbers and Charlotte Mechanical was within the same range.

Left messages to have someone call and schedule an appointment - no one called.
If there was an option for zero stars they would get it.

My house apparently had a main sewer line blockage. Dirty water was backing up into the shower and tub. Jacob came out to the house and in approximately an hour resolved the problem just fine. He had to first remove an interior toilet in order to snake the main sewer line. The reason for my low evaluation is the price tag. My final invoice was for $756.86. Jacob did give me the option to not hire them, however, I was between a rock and a hard place, this clog needed to be fixed ASAP. Subsequently, I did some research and in my opinion, I believe this price was excessive. If you're considering hiring these plumbers, I would simply recommend you get an additional quote(s) from someone else for comparison.

I called John as a referral from an electrician I hired. I had a leak in my kitchen sink. This turned out to be an insurance claim and a major renovation. He was a bit off putting but was professional and I chalked it up to his personality. He did provide several recommendations, one for the mitigation and one for the counter top. He also said the countertop person can recommend the rest of the contractors I will need to do the full renovation.
So I did that. I called the mitigation company and they came for the water damage. While my space was drying I got on the ball and called the countertop guy named Steve, whom was very helpful. He informed me he is not able to do turn key, but told me he would make calls around to turn key contractors he trusts. He then provided me with a contractor that has been really amazing.
This project is taking time. Mostly because of things on order and various issues like that. At week 10, I needed to shut my water off and realized the shut off valve was no longer working. So I reached out to John because he told me I could call him and I trusted him.
This is where it gets weird. He was very rude in speaking to me. What he said was since I am not using the mitigation company to rebuild my kitchen I shut the door on him for all future plumbing repairs. I have never even heard of this. Plus I did use his recommendations. But he is not over my home, nor knows what's best for my living situation. I felt it best to remodel the entire kitchen rather than a part of it. There are several reasons I didn't choose the mitigation company to put the kitchen back, but it's also non of his business. I also wasn't asking for plumbing work to the kitchen, I needed a repair for the shut off valve for the home.
John seems to have a really big ego, no feeling, and was very off putting and rude. It was actually abusive the way he spoke to me I had to hang up. Very traumatizing to be spoken to like that. He also nickel and dimes and doesn't show on time. It's just not worth the verbal and mental abuse.

have never in my life dealt with someone as rude as one of the technicians who was sent out to the property I rent to put in a new sewer line. There was a group of technicians who did the work and when I got home they were all sitting down on buckets eating plates of food at 4:30 in the afternoon. I asked when we would have access to the sanitary services again since we planned to have company for dinner (they came out a day early). They started to work after that. After speaking with them, I noticed that they had taken tree roots and thick pieces of tree trunk that they had cut out and put in our trash can and put at the curb. I let them know that the City will not pick that type of thing up with the trash and they needed to remove it themselves. A young technician started to argue with me and tell me they did not put those roots there, that I, in fact, had done it. Funny thing is, the reason they replaced the sewer line was because roots were growing into the old line. Another technician ended up removing them for me. When they were done with the job, I noticed a large PVC pipe sticking up out of the yard about 7 inches. It was capped. They indicated the City needed to come out and clear their side of the line, as there was a clog on the City side. He assured me he would call his supervisor and take care of that. He stated after the City took care of their issue, he would cap the line off. They never called the City. I did. Once the City finished their part of the job, I called their office and asked them to come cap the line off and finish the job to which the lady asked if I had called the rental company about it. I let them know that I should not need to call the rental company, as this was part of the job they hired them to do. She then called the technician and he said what they left was the clean out and it should be like that. He ended up coming back out and argued with myself and my husband saying it was normal. He was rude and arrogant continuing to ask, How is this? Is this what you want? What do you want? My husband had to point out to him that if he looked around, he would see that there were NO other homes that had a gigantic PVC pipe sticking out of their yard.
I would NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company if it was my money paying for them. I rent so I had no choice. Rude is putting it mildly.
