Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

I called Piedmont Plumbing about my water heater, they answered my call right away, scheduled me right away, and were just as sincerely nice and competent as could be.

The plumber that arrived knew what he was doing, was super friendly, repaired all the parts that needed to be repaired, everything and was quick!  Our water heater is completely up to speed and working great now.  HIGHLY recommended - they will do you well!

Jason is my go-to plumber for all our properties.  His work is excellent, his prices are reasonable, and he is unfailingly reliable. Recently my electric water heater failed (because, of course it would in the middle of a pandemic). I looked at having a big box store provide the new unit and also install it.  Not only was it going to cost me twice as much as the unit, but they were booked up and I'd be looking at many days without hot water.  Fast forward to calling Jason and he very kindly squeezed me into his super packed schedule.  We did all the prep and haul off and he did the installation and modifications.  Both he and his helper were using safe practices, worked fast and efficiently, and the charge was equal to my phone quote.

No one wants to need a plumber, but if you do, call this guy.  You'll thank me later.

After they installed our shower valve everything was great until tile was applied and found the shower valve was too far forward to be right. It worked but I didn't like it.  The point was I called Albert & Son Plumbing 25+ times including multiple messages to try to have this corrected! No response whatsoever!

The shower valve now fixed by Julian's Plumbing (Check them out) and I wont do business with Albert & Son Plumbing ever again.

I called for an appointment on 15 May.  They scheduled me for 10 June.  I called to confirm on 9 June.  They canceled on 10 and rescheduled for 11 June.  They canceled again.   Would never reach out to Brothers in Rock Hill, SC again!!! Most unreliable business I have ever dealed with!!!

I own an older home in the Myers Park section of Charlotte.  For many years I  have had trouble getting proper heat and air conditioning on my second floor.  I have tried other companies with poor results.  A relative recommended Accent Comfort Services, and after getting proposals from three other companies, I finally hired Accent.  By golly, I made the right choice!  They fixed my problem, and I am very happy.  Their price was reasonable, and their service was excellent.  I will most certainly use them again, and I will recommend them to others.  This was a five star job!  Many thanks to Accent Comfort Services!
