We have used Mountain Park plumbing twice now and both have been wonderful experiences. We had our main water line replaced and a leaking kitchen faucet replaced.  Both repairs we had quotes from other companies and Mountain Park was was much cheaper. It is Labor Day weekend and I open the garage door only to find water up to my rims as my water heater decided it was a wonderful for a deposit. Contacted our home warrantee company and a few hours later Don with a  Cabellas Hat on is at my front door with a new Rheem Water Heater. It's Scottsdale at 103 degrees and fortunately for Don, the garage where the heater is located was only 101. At any rate, not only is Don my new best friend but he made easy work of the replacement ALONE (have you ever tried to pick one of those things up and place it in a cabinet shelf)? Three hours later more or less, I am up and running with no more worries over a three day weekend and Water Heaters Only is in my data base in case any of my other three heaters should fall out of line. Thank you Don, you were great!!!

Very honest, fast, and reliable. Found my go to  plumber in the valley after a lot of suboptimal experiences. Fixed a difficult shower leak over the weekend and respected our home in the process. Just a really good guy.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

We had a few small around the house items that needed looking at and called another larger plumbing business first.  After an $8K bid, we went looking for a 2nd opinion and called Kevin which we are so glad we did!!!  For around $300, we had everything fixed and he even took care of a sink faucet in the house that was loose just because!  He was nice, efficient and skilled!  Easy to work with and very reasonably priced and just got the job done (and well!).  Everything is back in running order now and we will tell everyone we know to use Kevin's Classic Plumbing!  Definitely recommend!

Our toilet flooded and we absolutely could not get it unclogged ourselves. We did not know if there was something else going on with our plumbing system. Thanks to these guys they came to the rescue and solved the problem!!

I Brought A Vacation Property IN Phoenix...Needed A Plumber, Didn't know the area so i just picked this company...Good choice...Joe the Owner in Honest... They Did The Whole House...They Should Name their company Two good guys...Glad i used them!!

First and foremost,  I am curious why the technician entered my home without a mask on.  Do we not have a threat anymore.  

My second problem is when they came to me house May 2nd for a garbage disposal.  They got the garbage disposal unstuck and told me if it happens again they would have to replace the disposal. Because there was rust and other build up.  Matter a fact there was so much build up he told me to use vinangerand baking soda.  Said that would help with some build up.  Apparently that doesn't work because disposal got stuck again.  Called my home warranty they sent same guy out I believe the name was ( Randy ) I would have to check my inside home surveillance system with audio. About name.  Technician unstuck disposal and said there you go.  I reminded him of what he said last time about having to replace the disposal.  He denied saying that.  Next thing I will be doing is posting the video and audio of what he said last time and what he said today.  Very dishonest.  I will be posting videos to Reddit and every social media blog out there.  Hopefully this will be the last time they lie to a client.  I have also copied this and am posting to every social review as well

I don't understand how they are still in business or why our home warranty would send a contractor like this to their clients. It took 4-5 visits to fix the problem because they had the wrong parts or didn't have the right tools etc etc. Office staff is incredibly rude. They don't listen to your questions, talk over you and will put you on hold (multiple times, for over an hour) if they decide they don't want to do their job. We will never allow them into our home again. We will be paying plumbing costs out of pocket (even though the issue is covered by our warranty) just to avoid having to deal with Pruitts.
