This young man, Eddie Castillo, owner and operator of Authentic Plumbing, is a consummate professional, he was so hard working, his workmanship is absolutely the best. Eddie put in a soft water system for us. We couldn't ask for more. He cleaned up after each day of work and believe me, it wasn't the easiest job to do. But I would recommend him and his company with no qualms whatsoever. He is very even keeled and takes things as they come at him and maintains completely. By the way, we just met him when he did the work for us.

These guys came and saved the day after I tried being a handyman... you could do it yourself and end up flooding your home because you forgot it, or they could do it and you'll be done. It's hard to find people who can do it right the first time these days... but luckily I found these guys! Thanks again

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I have to say that working with Forest at Neighborhood Plumbing was awesome.   Unfortunately we had a pipe break in our house which was a huge nightmare and a mess, but Forest was amazing.   Him and his team was prompt, efficient, professional, organized, polite, thorough, genuine, friendly, I can go on.   He was terrific to work with.   I highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs.    He was very communicative with me on the entire process and kept my stress level at a minimum which was extremely helpful considering the situation.   He is exactly the type of contractor you want on your job!

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

Aea Plumbing came through again for me! I had an issue with a simple repair that I thought I could do myself that spiraled out into a big mess! This team not only gave me a quick quote but we're here same day and got it done fast! The workers were outstanding and professional! This is the only plumbing company I will use going forward!

What a nice experience! Truly, nothing but enjoyable from the call for an appt to Jim crawling in my attic on this hot June a.m.  He just couldn't have been nicer and helped with a few other small things which is totally worth it as I get older, lol. It's not very often that things that are concerning, turn out ending this well and the customer feeling it was worth it.  Very reasonable.

I would highly recommend this company! We had Lou Hernandez and another gentleman come out and they were so polite and professional and very knowledgeable! They took their time making sure the work was done correctly and informed me every step of the way what they were doing. I will most definitely be using them in the future

Fantastic service, I highly recommend them! We needed an assortment of work done around the house, ranging from kitchen plumbing to putting up closet shelving. Patrick came over, did a great job with everything, and the price was fair. He was also super nice and fun to talk to.

I had a pool leak but couldn't figure out where. These guys came out fast and fixed it right on the spot! Would definitely use them again if I run into any future leaks.

I bought new coach lights for my newly painted house but had to leave town on a family emergency before I could install them prior to a Memorial Day party. At first I posted the job on Yelp under Electricians and got quotes of several hundreds of dollars weeks in the future. Then I posted it under Handyman and got a number of replies. Mark was at my house in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday) and installed both lights for under $100. I didn't feel this was fair to him so I rounded up. I'm a realtor, so I saved Mark's info in my phone for the next time a client needs a BINSR rescue (the list of repairs buyers deliver to a seller in lieu of cancelling the contract). Mark handles many kinds of home repairs and installations. Highly recommend.

Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

I am so glad that I chose Bradley Plumbing for my plumbing needs. He is very professional and very knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience. My backyard project came out just as I planned. What a great experience! Will definitely use Bradley Plumbing again!

I had Ty hang a fan for me earlier this week and install a new light fixture today. Very professional/friendly, reasonably priced, quick to respond and schedule  I will definitely use again in the future. I highly recommend!

My daughter, Lydia, recently became a new home owner in Laveen. On Sunday evening, she called me panicked about sudden sewer waste coming through her shower. I researched and decided to explore Jason the Plumber primarily because he was located on that side of town. I called Jason anticipating no answer (it was Sunday, after all...).
Surprisingly, he did!

And even though he was on the road back to Phoenix from an out-of-town trip, he took the time and patience with me to explain and offer advisement on the particular problem. He then promised to contact me the following morning to arrange a visit to the home to assess the issue.
Still not the best part of this saga...

Later, the same evening, Jason called right after returning into town. He not only offered to make a trip to my daughter's home, but within a short time of arrival there, he completely resolved the problem! Lydia was so VERY impressed with his professionalism, quality of work, pricing and pleasant personality. She is also ecstatic that she's found her forever plumber - Jason the Plumber!!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I called Desert Water to fix some plumbing issues today.    Nick responded to my request for an estimate quickly and knew exactly what needed to be fixed.  I recommend this company and I feel they provided a fair estimate and they fixed the issues with my plumbing!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
